Sarah Palin has gone rogue again, this time launching her own Internet channel.
“Tired of media filters? Well, so am I,” the former Alaska governor proclaimed Sunday on her Facebook page. “So let’s go rogue and launch our own member-supported channel. “
In a video on sarahpalinchannel.com, Palin calls the new subscription-based network a “community” where she and viewers can share ideas. “I want to talk to directly to you on our channel on my terms and no need to please the powers that be,” she says, promising to go beyond soundbites and to “cut through the media’s politically correct filter.”
The new channel includes videos of Palin criticizing President Obama and his addiction to “OPM,” or other people’s money, and her explanation of why she believes he should be impeached. There’s also a blog by her daughter, Bristol, and running tallies of the national debt and how many days, hours, minutes and seconds are left in the Obama administration. Palin, the 2008 GOP vice presidential nominee, will serve as the channel’s executive editor and will oversee all posted content.
Gee a whole channel dedicated to crazy impeachment talk, attacks on President Obama, and lies about Liberals and Democrats. Well I can hardly wait.
(By the way the word for today is "Rectify." Yes she actually has a word of the day on her site.)
Well let's see if this fails as fast as her reality show, her last book tour, and the Sportsman Channel debacle.

The difference is that since people have to pay to see her internet site, she is cutting down on her audience. AT least you get to see other cable TV stations when Sportsman Channel is part of your package.

I think that the Republicans and the people at Fox were telling her what she could post on her facebook and what she couldn't. They don't like someone who doesn't follow the party line. Sarah has been criticizing the Washington insiders, which would include the Republicans who didn't invite her to the 2012 convention. I don't think that the Tea Party was too happy with her drunken performance in Denver, either.

Will she stop posting on FB? How will subscribers feel when she posts articles on both and th FB folks get the same carp for free?
All she's doing is narrowing her audience.
What will she do if non-supporters buy memberships and post negative comments? Will she delete them? Refund their money? If they are paying customers they should be able to post, no? Will she discriminate against non-believers or will she gladly take there money and silence their voices. Stephen, you should sign up and see if she accepts your membership. If she doesn't, sue her for discrimination.
It's a for-profit website run by a private, non governmental entity and unfortunately it's pretty hard to win a discrimination suit against a private citizen or for profit company. Let's not enrich her by purchasing her subscription service; hell, the media will be all over it for us, no need to subscribe.
