Well now for the difficult part of my job. I have to report on some video that Palin announced on her Facebook page:
I posted a new video to the top of my channel called "The Truth About the War in Israel." I look to two very unlikely sources for wisdom on what's really going on there. Please check it out and let me know what you think.
But wait the Facebook page then directs me to her website which is asking for money that I refuse to pay. So since that is the case I have NO obligation to report on this video because it is ONLY for those people who are willing to shell out their hard earned money to hear the stupid things that she says.
Oh my God, I have never felt so liberated!
Not only that but I looked around the internet and nobody else is reporting on it either, not even Breitbart, since it is not presented in a media outlet that anybody considers legitimate.
Let's face it the FACT that Sarah Palin had this new "channel" was newsworthy. However the ignorant rants that tumble from her herpes encrusted lips, are not.

Just FYI for those out there that think that Seditious Sarah is the one that started the impeachment drum beat. She didn't, she just jumped on the bandwagon, the way she always does. She NEVER has an original thought, idea or point of view that she doesn't steal from someone else.

The article points out how Sarah's strenghs should be displayed more, like her video of being a good mother (cough cough) to Trig, where she read a story for him with an endearing quality. The writer explains that this forte of Sarah could have done lots of good for families with disabled children. She also wrote that Sarah's weakness was her unproductive attacks on the left and ugly rhetoric.
THe problem with this writer is that she doesn't really know the true Sarah, and Sarah's 'strength' is not as a mother.

Most TV shows have ratings and we can see how popular they are. For example, Bristol's reality show, "Life's a Tripp," and Sarah's show on the Sportsman Channel never made it to the top 100 watch cable shows for that day. Go to her website (it's an interactive website, not a real tv channel that you can watch on your tv). Count how many people have commented on the different articles, because part of the deal is that with people "registered" they know who you are. No one gets to comment unless they are part of that "community." While Bristol is reviewing a book about a distopian society, she should take a look at the moderated and censored comments at her own blog, facebook or her mother's media. They regulate what people can write. They are the filter.

ReplyDeleteMy husband watches "The Deadliest Catch", the Alaskan crab fishing show. Anyway, when he was surfing the 'net last night he found a clip of Capt. Keith Coburn ? ( sorry, not quite sure of the name) and *gasp* he not only mentioned climate change and how it was affecting crabbing he also said he was voting for Begich! Sorry I didn't get the link, I was actually working up an estimate for a job bid at the time when my husband was talking to me. But I think, it was on one of the morning shows yesterday, maybe, Good Morning America"?

DeleteWow just wow. I just watched her tribute to her parents on their anniversary. So --- I don't even have words. What is this woman's end game at this point? Is it really just the attention she craves? Ok. I get it. But is she trying to sound reasonable, lucid, intelligent? Does she think she still might have a shot at high office one day? Because little itsy-bitsy-cutesy-sing-songie tributes that lacked any depth to her parents do not play for her as a stateswoman. It's like she doesn't know who she's trying to be. Sad. Weird. Pathetic. And, as has been so notably stated by multiple others - starting with Gryph - this won't last. There's no way she can keep up the pace of making these little videos. My guess: in a couple weeks, once school starts back up at Piper's at Teeland for 8th grade -- and is this the year Trig will start formal school? She'll have waned in interest, making these little videos won't be nearly as fun - esp when there are so few subscribers. One of the most interesting things to me about SP is how she flatly refuses to take advice from anyone.

(What, you mean people work to improve their dancing on DWTS? Or that maintaining a successful blog is bloody hard work?) Sure, they've had enough $$$ and celebrity to sail along for a while with their ghost written books and blogs. Words go up with their names attached, easy peasy. But videos? Truly in her own voice?
