Well we've tried Stephen Oh how we've tried.

I don't think anyone has tried to destroy Sarah Palin, that's just her whining.

I think it has long been a given that she'll destroy herself.... we're just standing by and watching sink further and further into ignominy. Soon enough, she'll be swallowed up, a victim of her own hubris. Hardly anyone will comment on it.

The only reason there's been the hue and cry about her naff little blog is because her limp, elite, Hollywood lawyer was behind it. You can bet he charged her plenty. And what a waste of money.

What will Sarah Palin peddle when her "channel" fails?

  4. Hard to know which of your blog entries to put this in, but I found this interesting item in the Alaska Dispatch. It's the only time Palin and I have ever agreed on anything (and probably the one good thing she ever did for Alaska), but it's amusing to hear that her fans think the "liberals" are for the tax repeal.

Former Gov. Sarah Palin took to her new online TV channel and her Facebook page today to urge Alaskans to vote "yes" on Ballot Measure 1, which would roll back the oil tax changes implemented by Senate Bill 21. "Alaska, we've been down this road before," Palin says in the introduction to the 18-minute video, during which she discusses the state's economy, her tenure as governor, the benefits of the ACES tax regime, and how "Big Oil" is "trying to buffalo us with multimillion-dollar propaganda campaigns." The video (a free exclusive from Palin's channel, which charges $9.95 per month for full access to its content) has drawn mostly supportive comments from Palin's Facebook fans, some of whom appear to be under the impression that Ballot Measure 1 is primarily being opposed by "liberals" and those with "environmental agendas."

So if her low intellect Alaska fan base (I assume there are still a few out there) thinks "the liberals and environmentalists" are against it, I'd say that gives us a better chance of defeating this tax giveaway to the oil companies since, of course, they will vote the opposite how they think we are going to vote.

For the information of you who aren't in Alaska, our current Republican governor (a former oil company employee himself) has given billions of dollars in tax rebates to the oil companies in this past year...money that formerly came to Alaska in taxes. We have a referendum on the ballot this month to reverse that.

She'll be the kiss of death as to the issue. Just watch!

Plus, she is the quitter gov of Alaska - lives mostly in AZ and should keep her friggin' mouth shut as to their issues!

Who in Alaska is going to actually listen to her for crying out loud?

  6. Perhaps its been a mistake to call Sarah Palin an attention whore. It may be more accurate to call her an attention vampire.

The cross she wears at times isn't effective because vampires love bling; it'd work on her if it were a crucifix, like one sees on rosaries.

Let's stop referring to it as the Sarah Palin Channel, since, technically Stephen Colbert owns the rights to "the," upper and lower case. Also, since it's not a channel, we should rightly call it from now on "Sarah Palin website." That's exactly what it is and how it should be referred to. It sounds awkward, but that's her fault.

    1. On the contrary, referring to it as (the) Sarah Palin channel is perfect, as it raises expectations--and the reality is even more of a dissappointment.

Oh no, she is doing herself into a dark corner. Like a spider afraid of the light. In Palin's world, that is death. Then again, how do you kill that which was never really alive to begin with?

  13. LOL.

Today THEsarahpalinchannel had Stephen's report on Sarah Palin's Alaska followed by his "new" intro to the Stephen Colbert Report.

My only regret is that Sarah will dump her "channel" too soon, thus neutralizing Stephen's presentations.

    Pity.

(I understand she can't give her content away for free.)

Sarah Palin is like the peanuts in a can of "mixed nuts" You get more of them, they weigh a little and take up space. And besides, they're the cheapest nuts you can buy.

Along the same topic, Cliven and Sarah have something in common other than brain damage.
