FRC Action is pleased to announce that Governor Sarah Palin is confirmed to speak at this year's Values Voter Summit. Along with the Governor, other confirmed Values Voter Summit speakers include Governor Bobby Jindal (R-La.), Senators Ted Cruz (R-Texas) and Rand Paul (R-Ky.), Governor Mike Huckabee, Senator Rick Santorum, Reps. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio), Michele Bachmann (R-Minn.), Vicky Hartzler (R-Mo.), John Fleming (R-La.), Frank Wolf (R-Va.), Glenn Beck, Mark Levin, General James Conway (Ret.), Erick Erickson, Texas Lt. Gov. David Dewhurst, Star Parker, the Benham Brothers, and Duggar Family, among others.
Family Research Council Action President Tony Perkins made the following comments:
"We are pleased to announce that Governor Sarah Palin has been confirmed to appear at this year's Values Voter Summit. Governor Palin has always been a steadfast supporter of natural marriage and every human's right to life. She not only 'talks the talk' but also walks by her convictions. We are proud to stand with the Governor and are honored to have her presence, for the first time, at the Values Voter Summit," concluded Perkins.
Apparently the "values" that the Family Research Council believe representative of their kind of politician includes drunken brawls, domestic violence, and threats of retribution.
Who knew?
That kind of made me wonder if Perkins and the FRC knew about Palin's recent family values demonstration in Anchorage, so I sent out a tweet, to sort of bring them up to speed.

Also asked why First Amendment champion Sarah hasn't spoken out about Eric Thompson being fired for exercising his First Amendment rights. Let's BLAST them (with Tweets, not guns--don't want our resident troll to accuse me of using the kind of violent language she finds laudable from Sarah and reprehensible here).

It's tragic, but children of this Palin family are like prisoner, scared, calling out for help, but never being heard. Maybe they scream but can't made a sound. No one is allowed in their sphere and they aren't allowed in the outside world, always having to be chained to an older family member, never having their own dreams, but being servants of Todd and Sarah forever. . They are brought into the world to be used as pawns of retaliation by their parents. They are valued as things, and are probably treated like animals, thrown candy and toys and things to keep them quiet. These kids grow up never being able to break free, as no one would believe them, because no one in our society could believe that this kind of family even exists. It's too much to imagine that nothing can help these children, Tripp, Trig and Piper. No power in the world can intervene to save them, and that is so tragic.

What type of person would feature their family in their political career from mayor of a small town to governor of a state to vice presidential candidate? Sarah Palin manages her children’s lives and destinies in the way only an exceptionally controlling narcissist would do so. They are her accessories and are used very carefully to coordinate with her strange self-centered view of the world and the costume she wears on any particular day. She is great theatre if you aren’t her children, but she has hamstrung them to the point they are entirely dependent on her for their adult identities. I have lived around political families for most of my life and have never seen such parenting. Most politicians do everything to assure their children’s privacy. There is an unspoken rule among most politicos that children are not to be used in campaigns, not to be extensions of the candidate. Privacy is supreme if a child is to emerge their own person, acquire skills and grow up a fully engaged adult. The Palins don’t have a clue about parenting in the very best of circumstances, but the out of the ordinary events in their lives and the parent's inability to protect their children was an obvious mistake. It shows in the messy lives her children live. I just feel sorry for them,they were not parented with any sense of their potential. They seem to be rudderless and pointless. Sarah had no obvious ambition for them and it is simply sad to see how poorly her children have fared as young adults. Instigating violence is very disturbing and if Bristol, Track and Willow don’t get some professional help this will not end well.

And of course, if you consider arson to the Church that held the adoption records of said child to be a good value to have. I find it highly entertaining how Christian Republican reconcile their beliefs and politics. Take Bristol Palin for instance. Sexually promiscuous and got knocked up because she for some reason needed a kid at 16, Bristol was marched out on stage like her pregnancy was unplanned for the right to eat up. Where the Republicans should have said thanks, but no thanks to Sarah Palin, they conveniently forgot Bristol's open leg policy and latched onto the golden mantra, I'm pro life. How fucking stupid can people of faith be in this day? Mighty fucking dumb!

DeleteCracklin Charlie, I've seen other people make that statement too, but I've never understood why they would have faked a pregnancy during the convention, rather than just keeping Tripp out of sight like they do the other babies. Sarah's whole "I'm so noble, I gave birth to a DS baby" was enough pro-life cred without tossing a pregnant teenager into the mix, especially for a crowd that disapproves of premarital sex.

But the date of birth would not match Sarah's miracle story of the Wild Ride.
So, to deflect attention away from a birth certificate, they pranced Bristol out there saying she was 5 months pregnant to show that Bristol couldn't be Trig's mom.
That's why it is so horrible what Sarah did. If she had just shown a birth certificate Bristol could have been at the event and played low key.
Sarah was SELFISH and only thought of her made up image--not anything about her daughter's situation or feelings. Bad Mom, Sarah!

There's been a split off recently in the church. It hasn't even been acknowledged by vocal leaders yet, but many people are confounded by these radical right-wing churches. They have gone off the beaten path and have re-invented christianity to suit their own political needs.
ReplyDeleteAll the invitees named at this Values Voters conference, are all part of this very idolatrous/greedy/intolerant/hypocritical/militant group. They should not even be associated with mainstream christianity. They are a creation of their own power-hungry minds.
Palin being invited by this group is not surprising, as their true goal is not 'values' as much as it is gaining strength through Washington. If these listed guest speakers were found out to have all been involved in corruption, even orgies or mass slaughter, I sometimes believe that wouldn't matter, they still invite them and praise them as fine outstanding christians. They lost their minds.
I was once in the fudie church and all you have to do is say you are a Christian and they will believe you. Palin is a fraud through and through and most of them refuse to see. Sad world when criminals operate with impunity. I guess Todd has the goods on everyone in power through his prostitution ring.

ReplyDeleteA friend of mine sent a frame by frame video of her als challenge. That was scripted. Whoever she instructed told that person to pour it on her face. This is why she kept pulling her shirt down so we can all look at her boobs when her shirt got
wet but she turned her head to fast and the water displaced the hair on the left side of her head which clearly exposed the mop on top of her head tightly woven onto her real hair. Now I know why she looks like she hasn't shampooed her hair in weeks. Take a close look at the pictures from her exiting her yoga class. Zoom in on the hairline above her forehead. That is not natural hair. It looks like hair plugs or pasted in wiglets. The rest of her hair is really short. It's very obvious she wears a wig in comparison with internet images and the recent no makeup paparazzi pics.
