Investigating Don Young's apparent murder spree.

So as most of you know Alaska's sole congressman , Don Young, recently told his Democratic challenger that, "The last guy who touched me ended up on the ground dead."

I think a lot of people took this to be mere rhetoric, from an old coot, who likes to talk tough.

But I am not so sure.

After all this was the last person that we know of to touch Don Young.

So here's my question. Has anybody seen this guy since?

Because I sure haven't.

I seriously think that this needs to be investigated more thoroughly.

After all I live in a state where killing people, and hiding their bodies, is almost a cottage industry.

This place is huge and there is no telling just how many people Don Young may have murdered and hidden away in the remote corners of the state. And let's face it, the guy has a history of losing his temper for really no good reason.

That is why I have reached out to Don Young on Twitter to ask for clarification.
And just in case he does not think I am being serious.
Because I am.
As an Alaskan I cannot simply sit idly by while this maniac gets away with murder.

I would like to suggest that every reporter who gets the chance to interview this lunatic to ask him to clarify his statements.

Until that happens I suggest that those of you on Twitter simply ask him for a response using the hashtag #Whodidyoukill. After all we cannot have a confessed murder in Congress now can we?

Gadfree! Alaskans really know how to pick their politicians, don't they? Don Young, Sarah Palin, Sean Parnell, Dan Sullivan, etc. Yikes!!!!

And, now we have a murderer from Alaska serving in the U.S. Congress - which he admitted himself! A big, big reason not to vote for him this go around folks. A murderer, a do nothing Congressman who is very much disliked by his mates in Congress, shows himself to have a terrible temper and is nothing more than a bully!

I sure as hell don't want to claim him as one of us!

If it were a religion it could be called a cult.

It would be great if the Palins would sue someone. Since they don't you know there is no slander/libel.

If Ferrero is in jail in Alaska and only Palin cronies are taking care of him he no doubt has been drugged and they are doing a number on him. I can't imagine they would want him to have his regular mental state and that may need to be altered.

Did they place him in isolation? It is not that hard to dope someone up to a place they can get a reaction out of them and the police find it necessary to isolate them.

I would hope someone that knew and saw him in Florida could observe how he appears in court.

To be fair "Lots of people" is vague and isn't anything. Do you have links? That is not enough because if it is social media or comments it could be an orchestrated campaign to make him look worse than he is. He may not be a likable person and people don't like him and find him unstable. NOT even that is what should determine this case. The court of public opinion makes judgments on nothing at all. But what matters the most is holding the state of Alaska to some fair standards in dealing with this. For Mr. Ferrero and for the public.

Another stalking case is Déjà vu. I feel Palin Stalking Fatigue Syndrome, PSFS, just because it feels like we've been through this before. It was horribly frustrating and unresolved. When you feel a state is holding back evidence it is a horrible violation and destroys any little trust.

9:16 PM lol Do you know who you are saying is excusing stalking behavior? Many people do know the Palins, others don't personally know them. They are public figures with public lives.

I know I am not going to excuse stalking behavior. I do like for people who are arrested to be entitled to a trial. Everyone here knows Mr. Ferrero far less than they know the Palins. The main point at this time is that hardly anything is known about what all happened and no one knows much about Mr. Ferrero. We are told this situation is similar to another. That doesn't prove anyone is a stalker or not. It means there needs to be a trial and investigations so all can be learn about all that happened.

Too bad the police in Alaska are so dishonest because they can't be trusted. Believe me it would be a thousand times better for everyone if the legal system in Alaska wasn't so lousy. But it is rotten to the core. And that will cost people a great deal.

I don't know Mr. Ferrero, I would still like to have more facts and documentation to learn why he was there and what went on. Even if he is mentally not right it is always good to hear his story and version of events. If he was in prior conversations with a Palin that could significantly change things.

    Courtview Peter Ferrero

    http://www.courtrecords.alaska.gov/eservices/?x=4yzRpR-8b0fBke0yXKV-CQ

First two cases are protective orders against stalking Willow and Bristol and the third case is his criminal case for the two stalking charges.

He's been arraigned in Superior Court and is in jail. Looks like he couldn't afford the $25,000 bail. He's charged with 2 Class C Felonies and and his hearing is set for Nov. 4.

A Class C Felony in Alaska carries a max of 5 years imprisonment for each count. On 9/30 the prosecutor added a "Notice of Aggravating Factors" meaning that the crime was either unusually brutal, or the defendant is not expressing remorse, or the defendant has similar priors which the record shows he does, but not in AK. So the charge is basically "Aggravated Stalking", 2 counts.

Adding Aggravating Factors means that the prosecutor pursuing the case with the fullest seriousness and employing everything available to him or her under the law in order to attempt to encourage the judge to enact the hardest punishment possible, so they must feel that he is a dangerous individual.

It would be nice to know the Alaskan press would report on this. There are usually at least 2 sides to every story. Ferrero hasn't been proved guilty in court, has anyone done an interview with Him? He may be a total nut case and or dangerous. Yet it is kinda nice to know that by way of hearing from him, people that know him or have talked to him. Others than the corrupt Alaskan legal system.

Will anyone be at the hearing set for Nov. 4? Has his family or anyone he knows been in touch with him? It seems the Christy incidents and case were handled by the media so different. What is that about? Crimes should not be important based only on if a celebrity is involved. A stalking case with someone not a celebrity name would have more reporting just because stalking is scary. Perhaps there would be lessons of what to do and how to not attract stalkers in this story. All kinds of people use social media and draw attention from people across the country and world. Single women are vulnerable, as are young children.

You can't actually compare people like Track Palin and Peter Ferrero. Except both are about the same age and I think unemployed. I don't know if Ferrero still lives at home with his parents.

Track Palin was privileged and over the years had special favors from law enforcement. If not for his privileges, he may have had a far worse criminal record. Ferrero's circumstance, had he been born to more privilege, could have placed him in the Army instead of jail.

"Aggravated Stalking" due to priors doesn't actually say if he was brutal or how brutal. So far Ferrero sounds more goofy nuts. It may come out later he is real vicious and more like Track Palin was described. The prosecutors can pursue Ferrero's case to the fullest at their own discretion. Just as the prosecutor involved in the Palin brawl (of the same week end) can choose to or not to pursue anything with the Palins.

Track Palin was not charged and the police don't seem to want the public to have the facts but if the witnesses are correct, he should have been charged and he was dangerous and brutal. It is interesting how vicious and dangerous that Track Palin has been described for just that one week end. And he hasn't been charged.

It is awful when the law is so secret about matters. I would actually like to know more about why so hard on Peter Ferrero. For what, so far, doesn't sound good but not so brutal.

How can the citizens know what is going on if there is a black out on so much? No wonder Alaskans vote Republican, they only get a slanted view of things.

People should also be asking questions and make it known their concerns and that they are asking questions. Even if this guy is a horrible person you want your authorities to be doing the right things. And you really don't want anyone railroaded, if that is happening you want to know.

I hope Alaskans are sick about all the bullshit they have to put up with. When they've had it, they won't even tolerate some poor guy from Florida being railroaded and blacked out.

Do you work in law enforcement or in the mental health profession? Curious how you know what Peter needs. Even mentally ill people can just need a decent lawyer. Whatever is going on with or went on with this man, Peter, it has all been hushed. It's like he has disappeared into a blackhole. Since the beginning of September there are only the court docs that tell nothing but when he will be in court and charges.

As far as what we know about what he did, it is just not that much. Very slight has been said. And we are only getting one side of the story. If we are to institutionalize people for social media, let's start with the cray cray Palins.

I have seen no proof about strong families gravitating to the Palins. 99.9% of what the Palins manufacture is fake. Most people are made more aware of the crazy people that gravitate to the Palins. Sometimes the Palins show themselves with Ted Nugent and a whole slew of weirdos, charlatans and pedophile types. They don't always try to hide their weirdo side.

It is a safe bet that Peter stays in jail because no one cares about him and he is in a corrupt state.

I hope enough Alaskans show interest and are rather insistent to know what all there is to know.

Just because someone has delusions or mental issues is not a reason to railroad them. Granted there is much more to learn about this man and none of it should be swept under the carpet. Most important are all the social media and phone logs. That can show if and when calls were made. There may be reasons he was deluded about Willow, reasons more than his mental state.

Willow may also be a mental case but she is getting some form of treatments or medications. The public needs to know more about this particular case. There is more about the Christy case but still more is being held back. That should not happen again.

The guy showed up on someones deck and got charged with stalking. He's in jail right now awaiting trial because he has no means to bail himself out. He'll be represented by a PD because he apparently cannot afford a lawyer. He has a history of sending inappropriate numbers of comments to Bristol's Facebook and stated that he thought that he and Willow were married. If that's not a little mentally ill and a lot delusional I don't know what is. He exhibits a slew of rather classic symptoms that some sort of mental illness is present. Regardless of the crazies that the Palins choose to associate with it seems that they didn't invite this one into their lives and he should be dealt with appropriately. If he is diagnosed as mentally ill that will be taken into consideration and he'll be put somewhere where he is not a threat to himself or others. You have to admit that his behavior doesn't lend itself to a diagnosis of sanity.

That Congressman Grimm (NY) threatened a reporter that he'd throw him off a balcony. Hasn't he been charged? They take these threats seriously and no congressmen should be acting this way. This Don Young need to be put in his place.

Good for Gryphen to open this debate up and hope media will pick up on it. This man needs to explain himself. If he's a threat to people's lives just because they touch him, he's got serious problems.

Wondering if this Peter Ferrero's story should be directed to Greta Van Susteren. She seems to like to advocate for young men, like the one jailed in Mexico. Of course she's a big Todd and Sarah fan, but it would prove she's not as concerned about these young men as she pretends, if she ignores this story. If this young man in AK can't afford bail and there are no reports on his health situation, and he hasn't been allowed to speak or seek counsel, or get a lawyer, or whether he's been in touch with his family, Greta VS should investigate, and if she doesn't, she's no better than the people she condemns, those who aren't working to release the marine from jail.

The red cross might help. They check on prisoners.

There are other legal organizations that help people with maintaining their rights while incarcerated.

Also help for mental heath issues.

Some places have advocates for people in need.

Peter Ferrero definitely needs and advocate. Not one appointed by the state or that would be secretly working for the state.

The DOJ needs to be alerted to this case as well as what happened before in a similar situation. Why people are afraid and want this monitored.

What is sad about someone with a mental health problem they can easily be wrongly drugged.

We have unfortunate people in our jails and there are several people, organizations and such that have created their own lives. They do what they can to help prisoners. Especially those prisoners with their human or legal rights in jeopardy. Those with of without family, those without money if that is their need.

There are still some people in this country that believe a person isn't proved guilty until after a fair trial.

It is not about being judgmental about whether a person is sane or not. It is not even about the crimes they are accused of.

A gigantic indication that something is 'rotten in Denmark' is a media blackout and the way the prosecutors and courts handle this case. The troll response is about as least American as it gets and another indication that someone do not want anyone to pay attention Peter Ferraro's situation.

Since reading here I am highly suspect and just about totally convinced that Peter does have a relationship with the Palin girls. I expect the media blackout to continue and if anything is leaked it will be along the lines of the troll bs. Most likely the same writers or writing team.

"You have to admit that his behavior doesn't lend itself to a diagnosis of sanity."

It is a long way to diagnose anyone as insane.

Our Sheriff says that most of the people in our jail are in need of mental health treatment. The situation is so bad that now the jails are the mental health housing. I don't think anyone is too surprised when a person ends up in jail due to behaviors that could be diagnosed as insanity or a mental health matter. Not everyone is going to meet the legal definition of insanity, however. That is pretty far gone.

Some people are helped with medication and do fine outside of hospitalization. Today's jails and prisons are rarely a good answer for society or to individuals.

I will compare Palin and Ferrero.

Palin is much more of a danger to himself and others. Even Palin's speaker at RealClear admitted Palin attracted an incident that gave him some brutal broken ribs. Ferrero didn't sound half that insane, unstable or danger prone.

If what we've heard about those two over that week end is the basis of whether or not they need to be locked up, kept away from society or put someplace to keep them protected from themselves, it is Palin, actually more than one Palin, that are the ones that must be locked up. The courts can to appoint psyche evaluation and determine if they are insane and go to a mental ward or to prison.

    ReplyDelete
  48. Anonymous1:47 AM

If the Ferrero case didn't have so many similarities to the other case I don't think people would pay it attention. However, when something happens twice it screams to check it out and see what the pattern is all about.

Also this is smack dab in the middle of Alaska's legal system and pattern of corruption. Police, prisons, prosecutors, politicians, doctors and every other corrupt Alaskan entity. This Don Young character is just one more crappy influence to bring down Alaska. It is great to see Gryphen calling him out. The man is a shameful example. Stupid old men like him get by with crap because they are old like McCain. People will say it's just Mr. Grumpy being grumpy as an excuse. All the while they are corroding the community with their vile.

There may not be an identical third Palin stalking case that happens but the odds are good there will be another. Something similar is likely to happen again. Christie, Ferroro and .... So far no one has been physically maimed or extinguished.

Tripp wasn't completely terrorized after his brawling week end and he wasn't kidnapped or killed that time. Whatever the Palins thing is with attracting stalkers they also have a responsibility to know what they can learn to lessen their chances of creating such an unsafe situation for their family.

Someone is out of their mind and could be reflecting some guilt. They also think you institutionalize people when they read an instagram.

Willow looks like they keep her on meds and she is usually seen as if under 'supervision'. I don't think that is Willow, it may be someone acting for Willow. You know like Nancy French acts for Bristol.

"HUH? Do you know how many crazies there are like him? What makes him special?
You have no idea what his deal is.
Why are you meddling? Picking and choosing?"

Who are they talking to? They are encapable of being specific or even letting anyone know what they are trying to address.

What does "many crazies" have to do with anything? Who said anyone was special?

The point is there is a blackout, from media and law. Of course, people need to know what the "deal is".

Who is meddling in what? Or picking and choosing? A man was arrested, there is a blackout. The place of this arrest has a history. People disappear and far worse things happen.

No one has been convicted of a crime. The arestee is in a place where he could be totally railroaded, it already appears he was set up.

Darn right, people should wake up and do something to try to put some light on all this. If not for the man that was arrested, do it for the citizens who will be better off to know the facts and the truth.

Choose to help see that this man has his rights honored, he has good representation and that he can have a voice in a fair arena.

The trolls that are sounding un-American are doing dirty deeds for someone who is guilty of something very nefarious.

    Link please.

'place of employment' could mean she works at Bristol's house or the facility where Track does his research for National Days. Willow may have been allowed to troll to earn money, before she screwed up and brought in another "stalker".

The last one is only an alleged stalker at this time. It doesn't look like he can get a fair trial.

In that case the crimes against him from authorities will be worse than what they say he did.

He tossed some things on a balcony and sent too many emails. Not half as bad as Bristol slugging the host of a party she crashed. Not anywhere close to what has been described of Track Palin that night.
