Hillary Clinton was in the headlines last week for using her personal email for government business when she was secretary of state. Her supporters are saying, “who cares?” But even CNN knows why those are important facts to consider in a more-than-likely presidential candidate!
Emails are getting to be a big way to see what our officials really think and do, and to hold them accountable. (And can I just say, my mom’s emails were examined and they found absolutely NOTHING on her!)

I know people’s tongues are wagging because they are beginning to realize the Clintons believe the rules don’t apply to them. But for me, the big revelation is that my mom’s harassment was just that. Politically driven malice toward someone who did nothing wrong.
How will the same liberals react to Hillary, when it’s obvious to everyone that she’s done something wrong?
They’ll probably serve on her campaign staff and continue to carry her baggage.
Well I have already expressed my concerns about Hillary's choice of using a private e-mail, so I doubt I fall into the "serve on her campaign staff and continue to carry her baggage" category.
However I disagree that Palin's heavily redacted e-mail dump did not reveal anything of importance. In fact we learned quite a lot.
However this is really a case of apples and oranges since Alaska has very strict rules about government e-mails that Palin purposefully ignored.
They also revealed that Palin's husband Todd, who was not a government official, was cc'd on many sensitive e-mails that he had no business seeing.
And perhaps my favorite was that one of those e-mails was the one that I was able to use to finally convince Joe McGinniss that Palin lied about the birth of Trig Palin. (He never admitted it publicly, but in private...)
This is actually rather tame, so I do expect for Palin to come out more aggressively on this matter. Perhaps in the form of a Breitbart article once HER ghostwriter finishes wiping the hate spittle off of Palin's notes and has a chance to translate it into some form of English.

DeleteConfession: I was for years a state employee and almost exclusively used my own email for communicating with students and the outside world. I was using email long before the state caught on to how it should work and it was just too damn inconvenient to log onto their system and be booted off 2 minutes into composing a reply. My address was well known by the time they fixed their issues (5 years later)- sort of like not changing your professional maiden name. So sue me.

There don't seem to be any hidden expenses on her PAC filings, just the usual suspects; handlers, treasurers, PAC administrators, speech writers and HSP direct for all of her mailers for her own PAC's money-begging and begging for campaign contributions for others.

This Clinton email scandal can't be shrugged off. If this doesn't strike you as shady and corrupt, I don't know what will. Didn't anyone in the Obama administration notice that the Secretary of State for "the most transparent administration in history" was only using a private email account for all her government business? And her answer to all these questions is a tweet? Diplomacy (and cover ups) by Twitter continues.

I replied and told him that I was right and referred to the fact that a young man was convicted for hacking into her account by guessing her password. That was a few hours ago.
