Family values warrior Bill O'Reilly loses custody of his children.

Bill O'Reilly and now ex-wife Maureen McPhilmy
Courtesy of New York Daily News:

Bill O’Reilly can’t put a spin on this: his kids don’t want to live with him.

A New York appeals court has upheld a ruling that denied the Fox News host status as sole decision-maker for the 16-year-old daughter and 12-year old-son he had with his ex-wife, Maureen McPhilmy.

“There is a sound and substantial basis for the Supreme Court's determination that it is in the best interests of the children for the mother to be awarded primary residential custody,” the four-judge Appellate Division panel wrote.

“Particularly relevant in this case are the clearly stated preferences of the children, especially considering their age and maturity, and the quality of the home environment provided by the mother.”

Could not happen to a more deserving guy if you ask me.

Bill O'Reilly is an arrogant, misogynistic bully that you just KNOW mistreated both his children and his wife.

I love it when these blowhards who are also telling everybody else how to live, are revealed to be raging hypocrites whose own lives serve are the complete opposite of their public image.

Gee I'm trying to remember who that reminds me of.

Next time - and we know there will be a next time - pick on someone your own age, Billo.

A good start is not to have a wife who could be mistaken for your precocious grand-daughter.

Hillary Clinton loves war, when she was SoS she courted obscenely wealthy Wall Streeters, CEO's and rulers to donate to the Clinton Foundation and reap rewards in return, and will means test Social Security. She is also willing to play politics with third term abortion. As a Democrat, she's an absolute abomination. As a Republican, though, she'd fit right in.

Exactly what my husband just said 8:25! The Republican candidates are all pretenders- pretending to be something they're not. Hillary (and to be fair, Bernie) are just what they say they are.

I can hardly wait to cast my vote for Hillary Clinton.

She can work circles around the Republicans (that have reared their ugly heads!) due to her government experience throughout the years.

Check her history folks - and, the facts! There are a LOT of haters and naysayers out there against her in full force...spreading nothing but bull and non-factual theories.

And he's STILL fighting it. Leaving aside the alleged domestic abuse for a moment, how much of an asshole must you be to try to legally force your teenaged children to live with you when they've clearly stated they're afraid of you and don't want to reside in your home?

I'm by far not an expert in the legal or SCOTUS category, but could this be an example that if O'Reilly wanted to take it to the SCOTUS, there would not be that tie-breaking vote in favor of "family values" and keeping the man as boss of his family?

I'm obviously not a grammar expert either, so be nice :)

    1. I wonder if Billo's children have ever read the juicy details at The Smoking Gun?

      http://www.thesmokinggun.com/documents/oreilly/bill-oreilly-falafel-lawsuit-turns-ten-897562

"Bill O’Reilly was accused of sexual harassment by Andrea Mackris, an associate producer who worked with the TV host at Fox News Channel. Mackris’s New York State Supreme Court complaint is bursting with examples of the 65-year-old O’Reilly’s alleged sleaziness (which apparently was surreptitiously memorialized via Mackris’s tape recorder).

The lawsuit was settled within two weeks and the parties agreed to confidentiality provisions intended to shroud O’Reilly’s purportedly pervy ways. The legal settlement reportedly included a fat check for the 43-year-old Mackris, who said that O’Reilly could be “paternal and engaging” and then “tyrannical and menacing.”"

Don't worry Billo, if they haven't read this yet, they probably will soon.

Remember Oreally was hammering on his wife - beating her in front of the daughter. That was the last straw so the divorce...

Don't forget he settled for 2 million for the female co-worker he was "assaulting" with phone sex night and day and who knows what she endured from him at work. She lost HER job at Fox when she complained, Oreally still has his mudslinging job.

Billo was always unbearable TV. From the beginning a good reason to never watch Fox. I am so sorry for those kids but it looks like the have a good mom and that can make all the difference. If he listened to Palin he would have known not to educate the kids so they wouldn't think of writing a book.at some time.

Kyle is also in a dispute with her late husband’s former business partner Bo French, who is running as a Republican for a Texas House of Representatives seat from the same county.

Lawyers for Kyle sent a cease-and-desist letter to the French camp last week calling on it to stop using her husband's name and likeness in campaign materials.

Who'd have thought it? Phlegm vs Mc Philmy, and Phlegm loses!! Good for Moreen, but I have to question her ability to raise a family, considering what she chose to have one with. I can't imagine the hell she's put up with all these years.

  27. Good news for the children and their mother.

O'Reilly had an abusive up-bringing. He wrote that his father, a Navy officer, used to beat him regularly. His mom was too frightened to intervene. No doubt she was abused as well.

The beatings ended only when Bill turned 16 and was able to beat his father up. No wonder the man is a monster, growing up under such nightmarish conditions.
