In the contest between Donald Trump and Ted Cruz to see who is the most vile human being it looks as if Ted Cruz has pulled ahead again.

Courtesy of Time:

Ted Cruz invoked Hillary Clinton’s name for a joke he used to criticize Republican rival Donald Trump’s stance on so-called “bathroom bills.”

The Texas senator, who is in favor of laws that would force transgender people to use restrooms that match the gender they were assigned at birth, has slammed Trump for disagreeing. He painted a vivid image of a hypothetical situation during a campaign stop in Terre Haute, Indiana, which he said was meant to “make things real simple” to voters.

“If Donald Trump dresses up as Hillary Clinton, he still can’t go to the girl’s bathroom,” Cruz said, according to ABC News.

People sometimes talk about having to hold their noses when voting for Hillary Clinton, but that is certainly better than having to don an entire hazmat suit in order to vote for either Ted Cruz or Donald Trump.

I would rather have had that David Dewhurst than this piece of shit that Palin got elected in Texas. I hate her twice as much for making this state worse. She has caused terrible things to happen in this country thanks to the idiots that think she is all that. Everyone should be forced to go to college in this country because people are too stupid for words these days Someone please drop a dime on Teddy boy!

Many people are failing to grasp one significant impact of electing Clinton. It will permanently break the stranglehold on power for the "(old) white men" that has been at the center of this country since the beginning. Barack Obama's election broke the requirement to be white. Hillary would break the requirement to be male. That alone will keep moving the country left and have a huge impact on the consciousness of the nation.

That is why republicans are so scared of her. For them, Sanders is fairly safe. It restores the visual message, even if he is a socialist. They don't really think he can accomplish anything he says.

He is such an awful human being. So Christian. It's no wonder kids are not the least bit interested in attending church. All they hear from evangelicals is hate, war, and more hate. As far as Cruz, Trump and "I don't run my campaign; I'm just the candidate" Kasich, none of them is fit to haul my garbage.

      "BLIND ITEM
      50. ENTERTAINMENT LAWYER 04/05 **#13**
I wanted to get this out before some 5,000 word article with charts and graphs and arrows and explanations comes out in the next few weeks or month. This is the gist of how it happened. For almost a decade, this Presidential candidate had an affair with a staffer. Oh, she didn’t start out as a staffer. She started out just with a tenuous connection. He found out about that connection and when he saw her photos on Facebook he set up some random mentoring appointment for her. That turned into lunch, and the married candidate hooked up with her. He kept hooking up with her while giving her an allowance that he originally paid for through his own accounts. Later, he learned all about shuttling money that was supposed to be spent for campaigns could just as easily be directed towards the mistress. To make it look better she started working for him. The fact she got paid triple what other people in her position got paid was never spoken about because no one wanted to lose their own jobs. They just dealt with it. At some point, she fell in love. She wanted to marry someone so our politician found someone else to be his main mistress. His former mistress continued to work for him but rarely hooked up with her boss any longer because she didn’t want her husband to find out. At some point, the husband did find out so the mistress wanted out. She also wanted to be paid for her silence so she got a lump sum payment that was massive. She also got a do nothing job for a huge salary that is guaranteed for two years and then will receive another lump sum payment equal to the first lump sum payment. All paid for by donors." http://www.agcwebpages.com/BLINDITEMS/2016/APRIL.html

Amanda Carpenter has a very young child who is the spitting image of Ted Cruz (huge ears; thin, crooked mouth; uneven eyes), and who looks nothing at all like her husband (who has small and very even features). If you start at the date this child was born and count backwards, he was conceived during a time when she and Cruz were away together for about a week at a convention. There is a photo of Carpenter seductively wearing one of Ted Cruz's suit jackets, and other photos of each of them showing that they both got matching tattoos. In fact, Sarah Palin unwittingly broke the story of Ted's tattoo. Yes, a tattoo – on each of them. How Christian is THAT???

Everything, but everything, about this sexually repressed Latin Lothario is nothing but a huge facade. Remember, this is a guy who lived apart from his wife Heidi for FIVE YEARS after marrying her (dual careers, different cities; and, for a time, different areas of the country).

Then, too, there are all the DC Madam phone records that link directly to Cruz.

His mother had two illegitimate children (his half-brother Michael, and then him): there is no record of any marriage whatsoever between Ted's parents because at the time he was married, his father was still married to his first wife – from whom he did not get divorced until 1996!!!! All the documents proving these statements are on the internet, though I understand the Cruz campaign is working 24/7 to erase them/take them down. So, given his parents' loose morals and habit of having out-of-wedlock children, why wouldn't he follow in their footsteps? The uber 'christianity' thingie is a shallow front, nothing more.

No docs? Too bad, Ted stays in the race.

ANY man who refers to ANY woman with ANY term that is synonymous with promiscuous is a piece of shit of a man.

ANY woman who refers to ANY woman with ANY term that is synonymous with promiscuous is a traitor to her gender and a piece of shit.

This post is another sign that the Republican Party and their constituents are afraid to face Hillary Clinton in the General Election.

Explains why they do not attack Bernie Sanders, Independent Socialist from Vermont.

That's why these Republican voters are complaining they can't vote for Bernie Sanders Independent Socialist from Vermont during the Democratic Primaries.

If Bernie Sanders Independent Socialist from Vermont wins the Democratic Primaries then Trump or Cruz can then attack the Socialist, his beliefs and his travels to Communist countries and have an easy stroll into the White House.

I hear Bernie always saying that big money corrupts and that it's not fair in elections. Okay....so why is he losing if he's got the most money? He's out-raising Hillary and yet, she's beating him. WAKE UP OLD MAN! SHE'S BEATING YOU BECAUSE MORE PEOPLE LIKE HER THAN YOU!

Sanders clearly wasn't ready for the big time. I'm sure he's taking his loss hard, but I think he will ultimately do the right thing in the end

Do your homework next time grandpa. It takes more than an idea while you are trippin'. What in the world are you spending your 1.5 million budgetary dollars per year for 26 years? Munchies for Sweet Jane and hits of acid for B.S. Bernie? I think you owe Vermont, HRC, the Democratic party, and the USA an apology.

This campaign went off the rails immediately after the Wisconsin victory, really just a staggering nosedive. Now it's in complete disarray. It's clearly a leadership problem. Bernie is tired and the game has gotten too big for him.

I suspect he best listen to the professional Devine and put a bite collar on the classless Weaver. My guess is he will, but who knows? He's a stubborn and cantankerous dude...

I hope he concludes this campaign with the high standard of conduct with which he began, because it was something to behold, even for this strong Clinton supporter

Bernie Sanders Condemns Closed Primaries but Facing 4 of Them Next WeekBernie Sanders isn't happy about the rules for the next few primaries.

The Vermont senator has been outspoken in his criticism of closed primaries, which is the requirement for four of the five states set to open their polls on Tuesday morning.

Closed primaries allow only voters who are registered for a particular party to vote in that party’s primary

    https://gma.yahoo.com/bernie-sanders-condemns-closed-primaries-facing-4-them-160508865--abc-news-topstories.html

Their are hundreds of millions who are upset like Bernie Sanders. Citizens from Communist countries are prohibited from voting for Comrade Bernie in the unfair Democratic Party Primaries.

I think that all primaries should be "closed." The purpose of primary elections is for those who have made the conscious commitment to join a political party to have a say in the choice of that party's nomination of a candidate for high office.

In Michigan there is an "open" primary. While people register as Democrats, Republicans or Independents, or whatever third party they may choose, many choose to cross party lines so they can "mess with" another party's decision by opting to ask for that party's ballot. To me this is wrong on many levels, but it is especially wrong on a moral level. Voting is a basic right; it is a civic duty and a grave responsibility. For people who are so uncommitted to the process that they cannot decide which political philosophy best suits their own or who want to "mess with" the opposition, opting to interfere with the legitimate right of members of another political party to decide which candidate best represents their interests should not be an option. There were letters in the local paper urging Republicans to cross party lines and vote for Bernie Sanders in order to prevent Hillary Clinton from winning. This happened in other states as well. It is the worst kind of meddling.

Good citizens should be willing to commit themselves to one or another political party. In November we all get the same ballot and that is when we can legitimately cross party lines and vote for any candidate of any party. While I, as a registered Democrat, may be dismayed by the Republican candidates, my chance to let my voice regarding the GOP nominee will come in November. It should not come before.

I agree. If you want to vote for the person to represent the Democrats, you should be a Democrat. My husband is unaffiliated on principle (he votes straight ticket Democrat). When he found out he could caucus here in Colorado, he shrugged and said "oh, well."

You can't have it both ways.

The deadline should be closer to the primary than in NYS, but keep the party nomination within the party.
