I swear it is almost as hard to decipher the Trump babble as it was to make sense out of the Palin word salad.
However what seems fairly clear here, and don't forget this interview was in 2013 only a year after Trump embarrassed himself over the Obama birth certificate lunacy, is that Trump had great admiration for Hillary and even points out that during a campaign she will be attacked on her record as Secretary of State, but that he thinks she can easily defend it.
So here we are, flash forward three years, and it is Donald Trump who is attempting to attack Hillary Clinton on her record as SOS.
If I were the Clinton campaign I would simply make an ad featuring that NBC clip, followed by some snippets of the truly harsh things he says about her today, and then add the tag line, "Donald Trump, he was for Hillary Clinton, before he was against Hillary Clinton."Crooked Hillary Clinton is a fraud who has put the public and country at risk by her illegal and very stupid use of e-mails. Many missing!— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) June 1, 2016
Damn, I really need to start charging for this.
If he want to call names, on Hillary, I suggest we pick one and stick to it for Donald. My suggestions:
ReplyDeleteDumdum Donald
Dummy Don
Trickster Trumpster
Hold a contest for us to vote.
Dump Trump
DeleteNah... Palin gave him the perfect nickname and Hillary needs to use it: Golden Wrecking Ball
DeleteBecause he'll destroy everything in the pursuit of power and money.
'Truck Fump'
DeleteMein Coif
DeleteYes! Golden Wrecking Ball!
DeleteImpossible not to imagine it wearing his trademark hairdo!
Don't forget John Oliver's campaign to 'Make Donald Drumpf Again' by referring to him as Golden Wrecking Ball Drumpf!
Delete"Don the Con"
DeleteI still like Chicken Trump and Donald Cluck.
DeleteThere's always Bill Maher's "Whiny Little Bitch".
Oh, Huffpo's got a good one in the headline: DISHONEST DON (GETS MEDIA PASS)
ReplyDeleteAbout time.
DeleteI think we are finally going to see and hear more and more negative commentary put out there about The Donald! It's way past time, but will be more than welcome to bring the jerk to his knees!
DeleteThe Trump U lawsuit has legs.
DeleteToday's article was how they fired two veterans for being in the military.
Which is ILLEGAL.
What is most amazing is to see how similar Trump's rhetoric is to that of Sarah Palin! Both of them are fucking idiots and will never serve in the White House!
ReplyDeleteThey are thick as thieves.
DeleteYou'd better believe that she's advising him.
@4:44pm, Though he acts like one, Trump is not an idiot. He's cunningly smart, making him a good con artist. Trump, along with Palin, is selfish, ignorant, narcissistic, & pathological liars. Palin is also lazy, and has no working brain. In fact, I think her head is hollow.
DeleteI just have a feeling that #BabyDonald won't make it all the way to November...the oppo research is just getting warmed up!
ReplyDeleteSo who will be thrown in to the fray? I'm still betting on Mittens, but aren't there rules in place about who can be on a Presidential ballot in states, and what is the cost and the timetable?
DeleteI still wonder about Paul Ryan, too. It just seems like, along with these fraud charges, there might be some big surprises in store for The Donald from the GOP. And then when the Democrats really start bringing the oppo research....woo hoo.
DeleteDonald Cluck has already requested that the GOP fund his campaign after he receives the nomination at the convention.
DeleteAll the GOP has to do is starve him of funds. Sure they can fund him at the bare bones level. He who has the gold makes the rules. They can make sure he loses by holding those purse strings so tight then strangle his campaign.
It's only a matter of do they want him to lose that badly? After all, if he wins it's a Republican in the White House.
There's going to be a lot of soul searching in the party.
Hey Gryph, WTF is with that teased by my young Boss's ad bullshit. I hope I'm wrong butt...

Hahaha.
DeleteThree years ago? Oh, come on - that is SO unfair! Donald can't remember what he said three hours ago!
ReplyDeleteTom, in FL
More like three minutes. He's is such an oaf.
DeleteIf not for the presidential election Trump would love Hillary and donate to her campaign like he did before. That says a lot about crooked Hillary.
ReplyDeleteNo it says a lot about Donald Trump.
DeleteIt says that Trump is not really a Republican.
DeleteIt says nothing about Hillary. It says a lot about crooked and disingenuous Trump.
DeleteRight, defend Clinton getting in bed wit Trump. You Clinton whores will defend anything. Lie, cheat, and steal for the woman, then claim she is so great. Laughable!
Delete7:36
DeleteYou are so confused you think Trump lauding Clinton three years ago is Hillary getting in bed with Trump. LOL! What a dummy.
You are so stupid you think Clinton can get in bed with Trump and still be considered a good politician. Laughable!

DeleteRight over your head. No reading comprehension at all. Don't feel you need to re-broadcast your limitations. We get it, you're an idiot.
Try going back to school to learn to read asshole.

ReplyDeleteInteresting take on campaign funding
"So about $43.5 million of the small-dollar donations Sanders has raised has gone directly into the coffers of some of the world’s biggest corporations: Facebook FB -0.03% , Google GOOG -0.21% , and Verizon VZ -0.92% , cable and broadcast conglomerates like Comcast CMCSA 0.68% , radio station and billboard owners.
All presidential campaigns, because of the amount raised and spent, function as a form of stimulus and redistribution. Really rich people give huge donations — money that otherwise would have sat idle on the balance sheets of plutocrats — and campaigns then spend that on advertising, salaries, hotel rooms, and airfare, which then creates lots of service jobs at big corporations.
Something tells me, though, redistributing cash from legions of small donors to the shareholders of large corporations isn’t what Sanders had in mind when he pledged to implement more redistributive policies."
http://fortune.com/2016/05/12/bernie-sanders-fundraising-donations-spent/
"the reason I know is when you file your federal election campaign reports, you have to list all your cash and liquid securities and bonds. You have to list them one by one. So we know without any question that as of May 27, Donald doesn’t have more than $165 million in cash and securities and bonds."
Delete"Trump hasn't built a high-rise building in decades. He moved into LICENSING as his main business about fifteen or twenty years ago. If you're worth $10 billion do you waste time on Trump Steaks? Trump University?"LOSER!
"about $43.5 million of the small-dollar donations Sanders has raised has gone directly into the coffers of some of the world’s biggest corporations" "the campaign boasts that in April, its average donation was $27. (That doesn’t mean the average donor only gives $27. Many people have set up their accounts to give MONTHLY sums to Sanders of $10, $15, or $27." Grifting old Coot he is...Or just

ReplyDeleteThe Bernie Bros lawsuit in California stating they weren't informed well enough to register has been kicked out of the court system. I do not have a link, a friend called from CA after he heard it on the news.
Yep. The judge called it "hot air." But they've vowed to "fight on." Haha. Most of the early ballots already cast have been for HRC, too.
DeleteAmong those who have already early voted in CA: 58% HRC, 41% BS.

ReplyDeleteBernie or bust: Sanders supporters vow to hold out
Philadelphia (CNN)Three words are hanging over the final days of the Democratic presidential race: Bernie or bust....
Sanders has inspired a movement, but it's unclear whether he can control it. Or if he wants to ...
http://www.cnn.com/2016/06/01/politics/bernie-sanders-hillary-clinton-bernie-or-bust/index.html
I expect to see a lot of "busted" Sanders supporters.
DeleteI am Bernie or Bust, but will vote for Hillary if she is the nominee.
DeleteNot all Bernie supporters are anti-Hillary; they're just more for Bernie.
Yeah. The Bernie pity party is going to be a real downer on the evening of June 7.
DeleteAnonymous6:43 PM,
DeleteYou're being to hard on yourself. You're not Bernie-or-bust because, while you are a true Sanders supporter, you will vote for Hillary should she be the nominee. I call that passionate and smart.
I was in center city today, they're "prettyfying" the place for the DNC, and there were about two hundred Bernie or Bust folks getting in the way of the whitewashing, planting flowers, changing traffic patterns and cleaning the streets. I didn't see anyone with identifying tee shirts or signs from either Hillary's camp or Bernie's with brooms in their hands, brushes, etc. Just a lot of name calling and juvenile antics, you know, what one expects from the GOP.
DeleteLike Palin, Trump has no real convictions. He's amoral and self serving. He's looking out for himself. His statements are all over the map and are designed to enable whatever agenda he has at the time.
ReplyDeleteVery true!

ReplyDeleteIs many time loser Joe Miller challenging Lisa Murkowski again?
The whole world is waiting in suspense! (Not really.)
No, but the asshole Dan Sullivan announced today that he will run against her. You know - the jerk that was Mayor of Anchorage. He'll never beat her!!
DeleteWe should make a slogan and publicize it: "Don the Con, Faking America Great again!"
ReplyDeleteI like that.
DeleteDon the Con
Faking America Great Again
I'm sorry but I am going to steal that. That is brilliant.
DeleteOf course he loves them, especially Bill. Bill had a great time flying around on Trump's plane with a lot of willing women having a party in the sky.
ReplyDeleteI'm rather certain that the Clintons are on tenterhooks hoping that Trump doesn't use any of his "Bill and Donald Mile High Club" dirt against her campaign.
The Clintons are on tenterhooks? Nah. Unlike Trump, they are campaign pros.
DeleteThomas Friedman(!) says Trump & Bernie tell more lies than Hillary! Great read.

Donald Cluck's new hissy is against the PGA.
ReplyDeleteSeems they couldn't get enough sponsors to cover the World Golf Championship because it was being held at Chicken Drumpf's golf course in Florida.
http://www.huffingtonpost.com/entry/trump-golf-mexico_us_574f7af6e4b0eb20fa0cc4dc
"PGA Tour Commissioner Tim Finchem said the move was necessary “once it became apparent that we would not be able to secure sponsorship at levels that would sustain the event and help it grow at Trump National Doral.”"
So they moved it to Mexico.
"The PGA said the World Golf Championship event would move from Trump National Doral to a site in Mexico City and be sponsored by the Grupo Salinas conglomerate."
Donald is now accusing the PGA of "outsourcing". And of course he's blowing it all up out of proportion saying the move will lose millions of dollars in revenue for the U.S. and cost thousands of jobs, hundreds of thousands of fans will be disappointed, etc.
(I'll bet it's still broadcast on U.S. television. No way hundreds of thousands of fans personally watch it on the golf course as spectators.)
If he's worth so much money and wants the tournament at his golf course, why didn't he put up the money to keep them there?
I think we all know the reason for that.
Just about all Donald Trump can do is tweet insults about people who criticize him. A person becomes a "fraud" or a "loser" or a "hater." He is so middle school. I shudder to imagine the Trump foreign policy if this is the low level of his political campaigning.
ReplyDeleteBeaglemom
Trump have a falling out with Scarborough? They're sure evicerating him today (Thursday) on the Morning Joe show. Me thinks The donald (small D to match his you know what) jumped the shark with his press conference the other day.
ReplyDeleteYou know those old Godfather movies? Donald Trump has their demeanor. Like a mafiaoso. Could it be? I see people coming up to the White House and kissing Donny's little white knuckles trying to appeal to his favor. Hmmm. That's a real enough possibility. Did you see how scared Christie looked standing behind him some months back? And the RNC is slowly bending to this guy. He has a certain hold over them that is so not American. Almost like from the old country. Hmmmmmmmmmmm.
ReplyDeleteDonald and Sarah are cut from the same cloth. He's going to run the country on facebook and twitter, about all he's good for in person are insults and lies. If he hates China so much, why did he create all their jobs making his line of clothing and having it imported? Are they better at polyester single needle tailoring than american workers? Same with the workers who built and work at his properties? He's about as genuine as his toupee'.
