Politifact confirms that the "Trump effect" in schools is real.

Courtesy of Mediaite:

Hillary Clinton has been attacking Donald Trump all week for hiring people who are considered by some to be racists. She’s been hitting him for catering to the alt-right and for promoting messages of intolerance and even cruelty. One of the things she said about him was that there has been a “Trump effect” in schools that involves more and more reported instances of bullying. Supposedly, children hear his divisive messages, go to school, and pick on kids who aren’t like them.

Is that true?

PolitiFact actually says that for the most part, it is!

So we go from a President who preached reaching out to our enemies, and working towards compromise with those on the other side of the ideological fence, to a GOP candidate whose personality is so obnoxious that it inspires bullying on the playground.

Is this what the Republican party means about taking their country back?

Back to what? Racial intolerance, inequality for women, and anti-gay beat downs in the locker room?

Yeah, actually that's probably exactly what they mean by that.

Bannon is a felon - he was registered to vote in a vacant, abandoned house in which he NEVER lived.

    TRUMP IS NOT A RACIST!
LAZINESS IS A TRAIT IN BLACKS

THE REASON WHY TRUMP HAD NUMEROUS BANKRUPTCIES IS BECAUSE OF THE BLACKS

“I am not a racist,” he told The Washington Post in an interview earlier this year. “I’m the least racist person that you’ve ever interviewed.”

Trump blamed financial difficulties partly on African American accountants.

“I’ve got black accountants at Trump Castle and at Trump Plaza — black guys counting my money!” O’Donnell’s book quoted Trump as saying. “I hate it. The only kind of people I want counting my money are short guys that wear yarmulkes every day. Those are the kind of people I want counting my money. Nobody else. . . . Besides that, I’ve got to tell you something else. I think that the guy is lazy. And it’s probably not his fault because laziness is a trait in blacks. It really is; I believe that. It’s not anything they can control.”

It is rather disingenuous to say that Obama "preached reaching out to our enemies, and working towards compromise with those on the other side of the ideological fence" when this number of civilians have been killed in our drone attacks agains perceived enemies.

Many - I would hope most schools have "anti-bullying programs" in place. And yet with the kind of rhetoric that we hear all day long - how are young children to escape from that? Every day when I drive my grandchildren to school I pass a home that has a Trump sign in the front yard and one of those yellow flags with a coiled serpent on it. They notice and we talk about it.
They know how I feel about Trump - but I do not belabor it. I stress respect for others, no inappropriate comments about race, etc. The schools they go to are mostly Hispanic. I can only wonder what those children are dealing with.

Sure, but they're pretty much useless.

The kids being bullied are too intimidated to snitch.

The teachers are powerless to do anything unless the bullies are caught in the act. And we all know that rarely happens.

It's like the police and burglaries.

They' can't prevent it and they usually don't catch them.

“When your opponent is drowning, the old saying goes, throw him an anvil;”Republicans have been demonizing people of color non-stop since the Reagan era and Donald Trump is just reaping the benefits of all their racially-motivated hard work."Democrats have to tie every national, state, and local Republican candidate to Donald Trump and conversely tie Donald Trump’s ‘seemingly’ extremist views and policies to decades-old establishment Republican policies.

Racism is on the table. People are talking about it. It's a good thing. Now lets work towards how we all live in the same pot without killing one another over our differences. How can we do that? By talking of coarse. But Donald and Co. want to have the upperhand because they are the gods. It's a quandary when you have a bunch of opinionated bigots who refuse to be called that, and refuse to have the discussion in an adult manner. Then our children watch and learn. And make no mistake, this can of snakes that Donald and Sarah opened is out there for them to see, and reap. Basically everything our past leaders sought to heal, opened by two of the most mindless idiots ever to hit the political arena. I guess dumbing down America did work. Too bad.

Perhaps we should bring roadrunners (activate the reasonably sane voters) to assist with GOTP snakes on the plains? Roadrunners so effective that rwing-ed elected officials that refuse to govern are unseated in 2016, 2018, 2020, and 2022 and into the foreseeable future?
