The Democrats craft a political ad from Breitbart headlines and it may be even more cringe worthy than using Donald Trump's own words.

Courtesy of Wonkette:

One of our favorite things about Donald Trump’s nonexistent “pivot” from the primaries to the general election is that, for somebody who thinks he’s such a salesman, he sure doesn’t know the first thing about his target audience. Oh, the toilet-water-drinking heathens who made up Trump’s base during the primaries absolutely love racist, homophobic shit like Breitbart dot com, but normal people in the general populace? Nah. Urban moderate Republicans who can’t believe Trump is literally their party’s choice for president? Fuck no, they read the Wall Street Journal and listen to NPR, occasionally stopping to tut-tut at the silly liberals on the other side of the radio waves. They do not read Breitbart.

So when Stephen Bannon stepped aside as head of Breitbart News to be Donald Trump’s new Work Wife, the Democrats obviously saw an opportunity. “Holy LOLs, y’all!” they must have said to each other. “Breitbart is literally the racist, spittle-flecked underbelly of the entire right wing internet, but we bet a lot of normal people out there have no fuckin’ idea what it is, or how utterly terrible it is. We should tell them about Breitbart!” That is probably how that conversation went. And thus a political ad was born!

Hey if you cannot laugh at this campaign season then all that left to do is roll up the fetal position and cry. And trust me if Donald Trump were to win the election we will all get more than our fair share of that.

But good to see Donald brought money to the floods of Louisiana. Oh, that was play-dough huh. Yes he is that twisted.

No, $cratch's posts are no longer posted onto Breitbart. She's been betrayed by them as well. Haters, all of em, any of em.

  3. Using Trump's own words, and videos, is the most effective anti-Trump weapon.

And he gives us so many to work with!

Could we cleanse our palettes on a Johnston post tomorrow? Too much politics is bad for the soul.

I can't wait for this election to be over so Gryphen can get back to writing about more important things, such as "Where is Trig's birth certificate?"

The election has to be covered, no doubt about it, but life needs to tie up its loose ends and put the final nail in the vampire's coffin.

      "Where is Trig's bc", lolololol.

Shit in one hand and wish in the other.

You are not owed any bc. Palin is not obligated, and never will provide it. Are you going to go to your grave pursuing this valueless informattion, which you will never aquire?

Same here. Although everything said was repulsive, I was expecting "more". It was too soft on both Trump and Bannon. Also, I was torn between reading the words or watching the speaker.

I think the ad will go over people's heads unless they are already aware of extremist sites like Breitbart.

Did you see Glen Beck with Lawrence O'Donnell? Beck was telling O'Donnell how dangerous Trump, Bannon. Bannon is a Lenin, scorched earth. He said they (Beck/O'Donnel people) have to stick together and get rid of the toxic mess. Like it is some kind of end game if Trump Bannon aren't put down, he didn't mean killed. Politically.

Beck told of a call from a Trump supporter that scared him. That guy was talking about what would happen to Trump if he did not stay with the hard line of immigration he promised his supporters. It was nasty and it did seem he was saying there is plenty of back up to get the job done if Trump won and did not do as he had promised.

Catch the show if you can.

I don't see anyone speculating on how Trump would handle criticism, freedom of speech, retaliation for insults to him. Anyone who has criticized him in a way he dislikes could so easily be found and hurt.

This means all of us in the Internet, who speak so freely, think we have the right to do so. Ever think about that right being suspended when a Trump type is elected?

Trump has started and he is not elected. He is not even doing that well in the polls. He looks like a crazy rotten excuse of a person.

He is suspending that right and he is not elected to anything.

He represents what is left of the now defunct Republican party. All those who are standing with him are just as guilty of taking others rights away as he is. Not one should be left in any form of politics when this is over. Don't forget who they are.

The Republicans who have made a stand and distanced and spoke up about Trump are one thing. Those silent and supportive or in anyway supportive are another. Latter should not be disregarded.

For his own sake may the good lord take him from his misery. Something like a stork might save him from himself. It might be the better option. He has one damn lousy doctor for his gut, so he is possibly on all the wrong medicines since he no doubt controls the doctor. A stroke is very possible.

I suspect he may owe Russian oligarchs much. Does he think becoming president will allow him to annex off parts of this country to pay off his debts? Silly child. A russian mobster he ain't. His history would be short.

OT Did anyone see Kellyanne Comway on Rachel Maddow?
She is like jello you can't nail to a wall. It seems her job is to present a different Trump as if he never said what he said or stood his ground for the last year. It's crazy making she will not admit nor does she acknowelege what Trump said beyond a week or two ago! I think they are bonafide crazy to believe they can reinvent Trump and sell a different character this late in the game. They must think the public is very stupid. She will not say though that Trump changed his position or why. She speaks as if the past did not happen.

They need to do one on his mouthpiece Kellyanne Conway where they show video of Trump saying everything she denies he's said. Repeatedly. She needs to be exposed for the lying shill that she is.

Just saw Kellyanne Conway on CBS news. I turned it on mute because I am tired of hearing anything about Trump. Anyways, her mouth was moving a mile a second, and when she was done yappin' she turned to the camera to show her white teeth in a fake smile that didn't quite reach her eyes. Donald sure knows how to pick em. I just don't understand how someone like Hillary can work her ass off all her life and get criticized all the time, and someone like Donald who was born with a silver spoon in his mouth gets his way all the way or it's the highway. I think the misogyny in this country is so ingrained and Hillary is trying to break past that but the man world is fighting back with all it's might, Ailes, Trump, Bannon. And all Trump's speakers are like airline attendants. You know how they tell you how to administer yourself in case of a plane crash. They do it with the same attitude. Pantomimed and with no real passion. Donald is just pelting out these fake people with a fake message.

Now Trump has the hubris to call Hillary "A Bigot" and "A Racist" then acts all kinds of shocked and awed that some people in the audience don't agree with him. No citing of instances, he just spills what Bannon tells him to, and that Katrina spokeswoman says "nothing's changed except for maybe the wording" on CNN. Sorry lady, that dog don't hunt.
