Hey, remember when we thought THIS guy would be the worst president we would ever have?

Don't get me wrong, he was absolutely terrible.

However by comparison he seems almost comical and inept.

  1. Absolutely. He has to be feeling quite relived by now. Anybody seen his low-energy, kid brother lately? Has he put the fat back on? So easy to imagine him last Friday, sitting around in a stained-tank top, gorging and playing with his navel.

Bush wasn't evil; he was a huge doofus failure and was run by a puppetmaster, but he wasn't evil.

I totally agree. Doofus is the perfect word. I wish he would have been harmless, though, like most doofuses are LOL. Sadly, his puppet masters WERE (are!) evil :(

    2. Exactly.

Bush wasn't inherently mean spirited and vindictive. He didn't delight in suffering, revel in retaliation or glory in one-upmanship. And he could smile. Laugh even.

I've never seen Trump smile a truly, spontaneous, sincere, joyful smile. I don't think he has it in him.

Trump is basically a mean person. Bush was not. Bush even tried to do some good. Trump won't. He will benefit the wealthy at the expense of the poor and he'll think that it's good, simply because he personally benefits. If others do too, that's OK as long as it doesn't take anything away from him.

The Electoral College failed us and we should never let them forget that.

    3. I agree with the above comments. What's more, while his daughters acted out somewhat in their teens (they did not want him to run for a second term and knew much of the country despised their father), they both matured into apparently decent, educated people. Surely both parents contributed to that.

White house occupier trump's brood of vicious greedy sociopaths is a different story.

His handler, Dickless Cheney was right behind him. So, after attending President Obama's innaugural in a wheelchair, he is now able to walk to a seat for Dumbass tRump? We the taxpayers should be thanked for giving him such excellent healthcare. Was Dubya aware that both his parents were hospitalized at the time he was there? He seems to be in some stage of dementia, unless it started when he was still in office. The Groping Old Pervert party just loves the stupid people, don't they?

Incidentally, there was a great picture of Michelle Obama and Jill Biden sharing an umbrella. It is to the left of our President.

  5. He's a silly man with limited abilities. I think Cheney pushed him around. 38-39 billion to Halliburton.

Maybe I missed them, but I see no PEETUS tweets sending condolences to the victims of a tornado in Mississippi. 4 people were killed and others injured and yet silence from the WH. Also silent are all the internet trolls about it.

i doubt that they consider any southern states as important. NY and DC are all tRump is conncerned with. Don't bother him now, he is getting the number straightened out as to attendance records at his coronation.

    2. I guess Kellyanus doesn't have the keys to the POTUS twitter account yet.

You won't be hearing anything from the REAL Donald Trump. That sort of thing is off his radar.

Notice that Bush II seemed to be about the only one worried about being out in the rain, not even his wife put a poncho on. President Obama sat stoically through it all I'm sure Michelle did too. It goes with the job.

Bush was a doofus and I didn't agree with many of his policies however I didn't have to worry about him deploying nuclear weapons in retaliation for some insignificant criticism.

At this point I would prefer Nixon or Hoover.
