Majority of Americans believe that Russia interfered in election. Gee, no kidding.

Courtesy of CNBC:

A majority of Americans believes that Russia interfered in the 2016 election, a new NBC News/Wall Street Journal poll has found.

That finding shows substantial public acceptance of the U.S. intelligence community's conclusion about the hacking of Democratic Party computers. President-elect Donald Trump, who takes office Friday, has only grudgingly accepted that finding while accusing intelligence officials of leaking unflattering information about him.

The survey showed that 51 percent think Russia interfered with last fall's campaign, while 36 percent said it did not. Some 13 percent weren't sure.

Gosh I wonder if it would help those who are unsure if they saw this?

That is a commemorative coin minted by a Russian company who clearly think that Donald Trump's presidency is worthy of celebrating.

Here is how the director, Vladimir Vasyukhin, explains his excitement:

“There are more hopes associated with Trump with regards to the lifting of sanctions; maybe the environment (between the U.S. and Russia) will change,” Vasyukhin told the network, explaining his motivation.

Gee look, even the guy running the coin making shop knows what Trump's policies will be toward Russia.

Are there really 36 percent of Americans too stupid to see what happened?

I still have yet to meet even one single person who changed their vote based on all the claims from DNC email hacking to Comey to whatever.

You should find one of these mystery people and interview them Gryph.

Besides even if no one changed their mind, it still remains a FACT that the russians worked to influence the election.

3:57 do you know anyone that changed their vote? Doesn't sound like it.

You do know that many political and financial leaders, and newspapers/press around the world, Europe, Australia, Canada, etc... publicly endorsed Hillary (as well as attacking Trump) don't you?

Is that not also foreign influence on the American election? Or is it only when Russia does it? Because that is the next stage of this conversation you limited thinking types are all headed towards.

@4:13. It's a bit different when someone, even if they live in a foreign country, endorse or not endorse another world leader or want to be leader. It's the manipulation, sneaky, underhanded, and treasoness way that the Russians went about it. If Putin had just said "I love Donald" and left it at that, there would be no problem. I'm sorry that you seem to be unable to grasp that. You might be one of those limited thinking types yourself.

Do you know anyone that changed their vote according to the liberal theme of Russian meddling, and is it colluding with Comey, or..?

If you do you should have them contact Gryphen to do a full depth interview.

BTW 4:50, how do you know that there wasn't any undercover, or sneaky, or underhanded attempts at manipulation by other nations to attempt to favor Hillary? How do you know? You may want to be careful of what you wish for in investigations.

    7. Interesting idea 5:54. Maybe some of those countries who donated to the Clinton Foundation and made Bill and Hillary mega rich were expecting some quid pro quo when Hillary was elected. Would explain rumors that donations have been plummeting since the election.

Fact Checking Donald Trump's Job Creation Claims

.... Industry experts say that wave of P.R. looks like a response to Trump, even if the underlying hiring is not.

"Many of these moves we anticipated," says Michelle Krebs, an industry analyst for Autotrader.com.

Car companies have simply began "timing" announcements, she says, to appease the president-elect.

"They are packaging their news that they otherwise might kind of dribble out," Krebs tells MSNBC, "and doing some storytelling around it in an effort to get out of the crosshairs of Trump."

Maryann Keller, another industry analyst, told Bloomberg News that car companies are clearly "announcing investments that they would have made anyway."

.... Even rhetorical pressure, however, has its limits.

"It's always convenient for politicians to take credit for job creation announcements, but no CEO of a Fortune 500 company is going to respond to sort of off-the-cuff policy considerations," says Hicks, the economist. "they have a board and stockholders to answer to."

Those board members and stockholders pursue global profits, and the law is also on their side.

GM, like most Fortune 100 companies, is incorporated in Delaware. That means its executives are bound by the state's business laws, which require executives only make corporate moves to increase the company's stock value....

Republicans Are Trapped In An Obamacare Nightmare As Only 22% Of US Wants Law Repealed

Repealing Obamacare has turned into a total political nightmare for Republicans.

...Six in ten Americans are very concerned that if the law is repealed before a replacement is enacted, individuals currently covered by the law would not have health insurance. Another 24 percent are somewhat concerned about that.

There is now no political upside for Republicans in repealing Obamacare. Trump is about to begin his presidency with a move that will drive his approval ratings even lower than their current historic lows. For Republicans in Congress, immediately taking away health care from tens of millions of Americans is going to put their seats in immediate jeopardy.

Trump and the Republican Party are caught between a nation that doesn’t want the law repealed and a Republican base that has been fed lies about the ACA for years and will see repeal as a total victory.

The laziest group in office for 8 solid years, completely unaware of how REAL people feel, and want. It was reported that they were the most "do NOTHING" congress in history. Now that they woke up, they want to do something NOBODY but their owners (pharma) want.No wonder they have to gerrymand districts, just to keep themselves in office. A popular vote would destroy them, see how Hillary WON the popular vote. She should have been President, not this bloated orange Russian owned blob. Donald Trump puts up hideous Jumbotron blocking Lincoln Memorial

Someone may be trying a little too hard to compensate for something. In a move which is stunning within the annals of American norms and history but is not at all surpassing within the context of Donald Trump’s narcissism, he’s now erected a giant hideous Jumbotron screen in front of the Lincoln Memorial which is displaying promotions for him, while all but blocking out Abraham Lincoln and the monument behind it. Seriously, look at this shit:

In what couldn’t be more fitting symbolism for how poorly Trump’s inauguration is coming together and how thoroughly the majority of Americans don’t want him to be inaugurated, it’s almost certainly going to be raining during his outdoor inauguration ceremony on Friday. Here’s what the Weather Channel has to say about it: “Rain showers in the morning will evolve into a more steady rain in the afternoon. High around 50F. Winds SE at 5 to 10 mph. Chance of rain 90%.”

Weather forecasts can change, and there are still three days to go. But as of now it sure sounds like Donald Trump will be standing in the rain while he’s being sworn in — and the D list musicians and paid seat fillers who show up will be getting all wet for their trouble.

It sounds a lot like Vladimir Putin is taunting Donald Trump about his prostitutes

Now that Vladimir Putin has managed to manipulate the United States presidential election such that his puppet Donald Trump will be taking office, it’s important to watch for signs of a shift in tone from the Russian leader. The easiest way for Putin to ensnare a narcissist like Trump is to stroke his ego. But now that he has him hooked, Putin may look to destabilize the United States by getting under Trump’s skin. That’s why Putin’s remarks today are so eyebrow raising.

  29. Now who wants you to believe this and why?

And just exactly what changed because of the Russians, even if they attempted to sway the election? Clinton won the popular vote by about 3 million votes. But the Electoral College gave the election to Trump. Rural blue collar people voted against Clinton. Urban white collar people voted for her. Exactly what you would have expected and exactly what she campaigned for.

Maybe the Russians hacked our founding fathers and created the Electoral College which is the only thing that caused Trump to win? You're willing to believe anything else thrown out there on speculation.

The people that I've spoken to that feel that Russia may have helped sway the election, feel that many of those rural, blue-collar folks had been polled as Hillary supporters prior to the ongoing email and server crisis, the constant barrage of "she's a liar" and the last minute Comey revelations in regards to Weiner's computer.

Many seem to believe that it was Russians deluging those blue collar rurals with a constant barrage of negative or just plain false news regarding the activities of HRC and that's what turned them, that and the constant Trump battle cry of "she's a liar, she's a crook".

How much Russia really had to do with this we'll never know, but you are correct, the results were as we expected except for a few swing states which most reputable pollsters showed her leading and winning.

Were the pollsters incorrect or did something change these folk's minds? Who knows, it seems to be something completely unquantifiable.

    7. The problem is, Hillary had a problem from the get go. Some of us tried to get the word out about that, but we were shrugged off and pointed to polls showing us what a big lead she had and how inevitable her election was. A lot of people including Gryphen even wanted Trump to be the candidate she went up against in the General. Why anyone would want Trump to even have the slightest chance at being the President is beyond me. As they say, be careful what you wish for.

Even myself, before the election said, "I'll be happy with no more Clintons and no more Bushes when it comes to our next President." I should have added no Trumps ever, but I didn't dream that the circumstance could come about where Donald J Trump could win the Presidential election. He's a joke and a bad one on the American people. But it took a weak candidate with a bad strategy as an opponent for Trump to get the circumstances he needed to win.

I still blame the Super delegates and the Democratic Party for part of it. Part of what the people who voted against Hillary hated about her was the image of her that it was "her time" "Just mail the election in" The super delegates made her look privileged and made her candidacy seem un-American. And to the people who voted against her, that was just one more strike against her.
