I certainly believe that Heather Heyer expected to return home to her family after she spent the afternoon standing up for the rights of others.
However she did not get to return home, and it was those who have no respect for the rights of others who took her life.
Her mother would like her legacy to be about the fight for justice.

The University of Virginia Medical Center reports that another 19 people were injured when the car plowed into the crowd, including five people who were admitted to the hospital in critical condition. The only possible happy thing I can see about this whole situation is simple. When the guy is convicted and goes to jail, he's going to be met by some guys he REALLY won't want to meet. I can predict he will NOT be a happy camper.
