Totally not the same, except exactly.

If you ever wondered how Germany allowed the rise of the Nazis, well wonder no more.

I'm sorry, but that has to be one of the more ridiculous statements I have read here!

Since when has that been a proven thing? And how the HELL do you know it was paid for by Uncle Sam?

  2. One Hitler's favorite justifications for his slaugher was that he was "fighting violent leftists." Sound familiar?

    1. The Nazi's are already spinning that the Antifa (that's their derogatory term for those that oppose them) were the instigators and came armed and itching to start a fight.

Of course this is in direct opposition to what the real news has reported.

The White Supremacists were told to bring weapons. They came with home made shields similar to riot gear the police use, home made body armor and brought weapons including pepper spray.

The police aided and abetted. They watched as the Nazis beat on the counter protestors and stood and did nothing. This just emboldened the Alt-Right even more.

Trump's lack of statement further emboldened them. They think his failure as a leader basically condones and supports what they're doing.

Yep. It's Hitler all over again. But Trump isn't Hitler. He is the weak leader preceding Hitler. So who will it be?

Will we find out that it's Mike Pence that is truly the Fascist Bigot we fear?

mialuppa at 12:00 pm. That description sure sounds like Germany in the late 1920's and early 1930's.

The White House is covering for Trump when they say he included Nazi, KKK, White Supremists, etc in his "many" comment.

Well, until that man stands in front of America and honestly and sincerely states in his own words, without reading a statement written by someone else, that he abhors the principles and actions of the white supremist communities who hate so violently against so many Americans, AND, acknowledges that his campaign, and presidential, rhetoric has undoubtedly contributed to the current state of affairs, AND that he will stop such rhetoric, etc. --- until he does all of that I will continue to believe with all my heart that he has brought these ugly people out of hiding and loves what they are doing. Yes, they have existed here for a very long time, but they stayed to themselves. He, following the example of Sarah Palin, (who was allowed to be her ugly self by John McCain) is responsible for them believing that Trump has opened the door for their hateful behavior --- and so far they don't appear to be off base. He has to stop it because he opened the door for them. And, that is his most important domestic issue.

So far today he is being is usual silent ugly self on this issue. Unfortunately I don't expect him to step up and accept his role in this or to put a real stop to it.

All the covers, excuses and apologists are getting too tired and old to continue much longer, I hope.
I've noticed more people are shutting them down faster. But that is exactly all Trump and minions are up to now. It is disgusting beyond words.

There is to be an afternoon with Trump today where he is to address Charlottesville. I hope I am wrong, but I can't see Donald Trump being much stronger in a direct way. He does want to be liked. He would like to pull off being a uniter, so he would have better numbers.
He is an actor, can he truly convince the people that don't trust him that he can be a president for all the people?
