A little follow up on the whole Track Palin beat Todd's ass debacle.

So since yesterday's post we have learned a few more details.

First off is that we now have an actual copy of the official complaint.

When you read it, especially Track's testimony, it appears that Todd and Sarah had ample time to notify the police BEFORE Track arrived to kick Todd's ass, but failed to do so until things got really out of hand.

There were no children in the home so everybody can stop worrying about them.

However after the badly beaten Todd was able to get away from Track he apparently abandoned his wife and jumped in his car.

She was also able to get out on her own it seems and was in a second vehicle exiting the compound when the police arrived.

Track was still inside screaming at nobody and high as a freaking kite.

The complaint also says that after pointing his gun at Track that Todd "decided" that he was not going to shoot his son as he broke in through the window.

Personally I doubt that Todd ever intended to actually use the gun, but he did indeed point it at Track and threaten him with it.

That is some good parenting right there.

According to Court View Britta Hanson, his first baby mama, also petitioned for a protective order, which she quickly received.

Now I assumed that this was a preemptive move on her part, after hearing about this incident at the compund, but Zaki told me that he believes she could not have received one of these unless there was an actual physical threat made against her, which indicates that more may have happened that night than we know right now.

All in all it is beyond obvious that Track's addictions continue to control his life.

According to various sources I have talked to in the past Track has been abusing and selling drugs for more than a decade now, and in fact that may be how he is currently paying his bills.

Sarah had a real opportunity to help this young man, and instead she attempted to "save" him from himself and now this is the result.

It appears that Track remains in custody, and is still not represented by counsel which I think indicates that Ma and Pa Palin are finished covering for his loser ass and that he is now truly on his own.

Why did Todd need a gun?

Sarah just told everyone that she has never been sexually abused because she is always packing.

Guns are their lifestyle. It is not a need, it is a want for insecure people.

They use them to "hunt" and to make threats. Todd knows Sarah lies and she can't shoot straight, so he has the role of top bully with a gun.

Todd also knows that Track prefers assault weapons. I doubt Todd believes a pistol would help him protect his family from an angry Track.

I don't think the stories they are telling about a gun is accurate.

Track called the police "peasants" and ordered them to drop their weapons? If he'd been anyone else they would have taken him up on his suggestion and shot him at some point during this encounter.

The Palin family is absolute proof positive of White (trash) Privilege.

It will be in the police report if the police found anything in the vehicle that took Track to the scene of the crime. He may have had drug paraphernalia, drugs or other weapons.

Being he was on probation they would be checking vehicles for what they could learn. He would also have a drug test to be certain the drug or drugs in his system.

Police don't just assume Track told the truth about a few beers or that the parents would know he was only on medication.

His alcohol level and all the drugs will come out in court.

All Democrats opposed and 12 Republicans crossing the aisle to vote no. Darrell Issa promised to vote no but I’ll believe it when I see it in print.

It now goes to the Senate floor for debate. They’ll vote later tonight.

Flake is still iffy. Even if he votes no it will pass with Pence breaking a tie. The Democrats really need two No votes. Unless McCain comes back to vote No, which I guess he’s not. Not sure what is going on with that other Senator on “sick leave.”

Looks like we are all going to be screwed over, thanks to Bob take the bribe Corker and Clueless Susan Collins.

If the midterms play out as they should in Dem favor then this entire tax bill will be history next year. I'd not get too worried about it, seems like a short term debacle, as is much of Trump's legislation.

Even if the clock isn't running out on Trump himself, time should be running out for a GOP majority in either body of Congress, if the past is any predictor of the future.

    8. McCain not being there is not the same as a no. It is an abstain. He he been there the Democrats would have 49. With that other sickleave guy out that would be 50 to 49. If Flake had gone with the Democrats that would be 49 to 50. If sickleave guy was there it would be a tie needing only one more senator to turn. Either Corker, who should be ashamed of himself claiming to be a deficit hawk and voting for this abomination, or Collins who is just STUPID to swallow the promises of the likes of McConnell and Ryan. She won't get anything she asked for. No one will.

But they'll all get rich while the rest of us are totally screwed.

Fuck McCain. When it was really needed, he let the country down.

Yes, Devin is 26, Track is 28. Both military service and mental health problems.

Devin Kelley's estranged second wife sometimes attended First Baptist Church in Sutherland Springs with her family. Prior to the shooting, he sent threatening text messages to her mother. His wife and her mother were not at the church when the attack occurred, but he killed his wife's grandmother at the church

You never know when something like this will happen. It doesn't hurt to stay safe and err on the side of caution. If I was in Britta or Jordan's family I would want to do all I could to stay out of harms way with my child.

Track can and will never write anything. If something is written if will be no one we know now. It will come from a person with a life and a conscience. Someone that cares about community and this country and knows we need to have the air cleared on so much of the Palin nightmare.

Track and addiction are pertinent for today with the Opioid crisis. A crisis that is still a crisis but may be one day the Trump people will do something. Meanwhile people are dying and families deeply in suffering.

Someone or someones that have been close to the Palin situation, they could tell the truth and tell a story that would mean something as society struggles with these issues.

The Palins, Heaths and Dakota Meyer are useless since they are stuck in their roles as enablers with their own addictions and perversions.

6:05 PM That is the Trump position.

This opioid crisis is because of the pharmaceutical companies and doctors are giving everyone addictive pills.

Now that doctors are doping up so many grandparents and young kids, along with everyone else people are dying at a faster rate. Also more babies born addicted to the pharmaceutical that doctors are giving to everyone.

It's a real money maker but the families losing loved ones to these deaths want it to end.

"Faith in the Big House explores the formulas used by Christian missionaries to convert inmates. At a maximum-security prison farm in Louisiana, a group of Christian evangelicals conduct a carefully scripted religious retreat. Five felons, misfits handpicked by the Warden, join other inmates in this "Encounter with Christ".

Prison ministry leaders, including the late Charles Colson, insist revivals and bible studies radically reduce the number of inmates who are re-incarcerated. Those of the secular persuasion doubt their findings, favoring traditional rehabilitation and guaranteed results. Faith considers, who should be in charge of re-entry programs such as vocational programs and drug counseling? Will it be the new armies of faith-based volunteers? Or will the transition back to society remain in secular hands?"

Todd could have been attacked on a snow machine as he went for more beer. There may have been something involved that crushed him. It wasn't enough and he still got a beating because when you are pissed sometime you just have the beat the shite out of someone that has it coming.

There never was a snow machine so I have a problem believing the snow machine story.

Someone took Todd for miles to a market parking lot where he was dumped and the store worker at the scant store knew to help him out in the parking lot.

The visiting angels were never named and that leaves one to believe Todd knew them. But like a gang you don't give up people. The next time could be fatal.

Any number of things could have crushed Todd between Bristol's cabin and the market.

....How would the police know that he didn't have a gun when he was up on the garage roof?...

They did not know anything. They didn't know if people were in the house or not. Even if Todd told them no one was in there. They only heard what Todd and Track were saying and the call from Sarah.

The police had been out to the same house for a somewhat similar situation. They should have been dressed and prepared for a domestic violence event where it was possible others were on the property.

It is not unusual for a family to lie and protect each other from the law when they fight among themselves.

Police need to be trained in domestic violence since it is one of the most dangerous situations for police and the people involved.

The police also know about all the guns and at times guns are all over the Palin house. The prior police saw the guns.

They also knew Track had been suicidal and he again asked Todd to shoot him.

I have yet to read anywhere that the police acted accordingly. They were unprepared, inept, negligent and in every way not good policing. No protect and serve as police that serve a community and it's citizens.

These police enable bad parents and out of control adult addict children to be the worst.

4:12 PM So far it looks like the police are covering up a lot. I can't believe much of what they say.

If they are legit and due diligence there will be photos of Tracks hands and all his injuries accounted for.

The police are to collect evidence not ignore it, lose it, make it up or change it. They are not to have the final determination.

Especially in family and violent situations police are not to pass final judgement about what happened. The police report is not to be a report for the family as the family wants it to be.
Police are public servants working for the people.

It is their job to have photos of all the injuries. It is public record. This is a crime scene with a felon on probation.

It is not about a former politician Christian church lady's son that needs pity and a good report the family will like.

Todd came from a family that felt they were a few notches above the Heath Klan, even though, regardless of his fathers wealth, their history seems anything but high class. Those two deserved each other if you ask me even if the Heath's weren't thrilled that Todd is native.

Evidently he does have/had a job. Nabors was one of the early employer testers and is one party in the famous law case Nabors vs. Luedtke.

How did he keep this job with the drinkin' and druggin' and drug testing? I imagine that such jobs have drug tests fairly often as having someone on the job who is under any chemical influence would endanger others and cause their insurance to skyrocket.

Why wasn't $arah all over this company for not helping vets complete their rehab?

Track's not tall or muscular, and he was a garden variety grunt, not a Ranger with advanced skills in hand-to-hand. Like all bullies, he chooses weak victims who pose no real threat.

The tables will be turned if he does time. This will be the REMF's chance to experience "combat". He'll be beaten up by big sadistic guys who know how to fight, and the sow bear won't be there for him to hide behind.

Sarah must be ecstatic, she made Teen Vogue! Bad news it is due to track and not her teenie bopper attire.
As her motto goes bad publicity is better than no publicity !
