So since yesterday's post we have learned a few more details.
First off is that we now have an actual copy of the official complaint.
When you read it, especially Track's testimony, it appears that Todd and Sarah had ample time to notify the police BEFORE Track arrived to kick Todd's ass, but failed to do so until things got really out of hand.
There were no children in the home so everybody can stop worrying about them.
However after the badly beaten Todd was able to get away from Track he apparently abandoned his wife and jumped in his car.
She was also able to get out on her own it seems and was in a second vehicle exiting the compound when the police arrived.
Track was still inside screaming at nobody and high as a freaking kite.
The complaint also says that after pointing his gun at Track that Todd "decided" that he was not going to shoot his son as he broke in through the window.
Personally I doubt that Todd ever intended to actually use the gun, but he did indeed point it at Track and threaten him with it.
That is some good parenting right there.
According to Court View Britta Hanson, his first baby mama, also petitioned for a protective order, which she quickly received.
Now I assumed that this was a preemptive move on her part, after hearing about this incident at the compund, but Zaki told me that he believes she could not have received one of these unless there was an actual physical threat made against her, which indicates that more may have happened that night than we know right now.
All in all it is beyond obvious that Track's addictions continue to control his life.
According to various sources I have talked to in the past Track has been abusing and selling drugs for more than a decade now, and in fact that may be how he is currently paying his bills.
Sarah had a real opportunity to help this young man, and instead she attempted to "save" him from himself and now this is the result.
It appears that Track remains in custody, and is still not represented by counsel which I think indicates that Ma and Pa Palin are finished covering for his loser ass and that he is now truly on his own.
Morality is not determined by the church you attend nor the faith you embrace. It is determined by the quality of your character and the positive impact you have on those you meet along your journey

As promised here is a follow up to Track Palin's arrest for domestic violence.
![]() |
Here is a better picture to replace the crappy one I had before. |
So as I am sure all of you know we, and apparently everybody else, reported yesterday that Track Palin had been arrested for getting drunk and punching a woman in the face.
We now know for certain that the woman was his girlfriend of one year, Jordan Loewe.
Here is more courtesy of the AP:
According to the three-page affidavit, both Palin and his girlfriend called 911 that night. Police Officer Andrew Kappler wrote that he arrived at the Wasilla home and found Track Palin walking outside and talking on a phone. The officer said Palin had an injury to his right eye and surrounding area, smelled strongly of alcohol and acted with escalating hostility, prompting Kappler to put him in handcuffs.
Police say a breath sample provided by Palin showed he had a blood alcohol level of 0.189.
The affidavit says other officers found the girlfriend hiding under a bed inside the home and crying.
The argument continued at the home, according to the affidavit, which says Palin struck the woman with his fist on the left side of her head near her eye. She curled up in the fetal position because she didn't know what else he would do, the woman told police. She said he then kicked her in the knee and threw her phone across the driveway, according to the court document. The woman said she went inside after getting her phone.
Inside, Palin held the rifle, with the barrel just away from his face pointed to the side, the affidavit states. The affidavit adds that the woman told police Palin was yelling "Do you think I won't do it?"
The girlfriend "was concerned that he would shoot himself and ran outside and around the house," the affidavit says. "She didn't see where Palin went, so she went inside and up the stairs, where she hid under a bed."
So now we learn that Track had a blood alcohol level of 0.189, which is considered legally drunk, and then some.
Here is a little more detail from Alaska news station KTVA:
The woman claimed Track Palin was calling her names, and in an effort to calm him down and “to scare him away from ‘touching her,’” she told him she had called the police.
“Palin approached [the woman] and struck her on the left side of her head near her eye with a closed fist,” police said in court documents. “Palin then kicked [her] on the right knee.”
The woman said he then grabbed her phone, which was on the ground next to her, and threw it across the driveway. She was able to retrieve the phone and headed inside the residence. Track Palin was reportedly already inside the residence and had a gun. She said he yelled, “do you think I won’t do it,” among other things, and was holding the gun in a way she believed he would kill himself. She ran out and then went and hid, police said.
Track Palin denied using a weapon during the altercation, “but stated that they were spread throughout both residences on the property,” police noted.
Track Palin had an injury on his face he claimed was caused when she “threw a bow,” or her elbow, at his face. The woman had a visible head injury, according to police, and was complaining of pain in her leg.
The takeaway was that Track was clearly out of control and assaulted this young woman repeatedly, and placed her in fear for her safety and his.
And I have to say the statement that there were guns "spread throughout both residences on the property" concerns me since we know that young children are on those premises at all hours of the day and night.
Alaska Dispatch added more detail about what started the altercation:
Palin told police he and the woman had been arguing over her communication with an ex-boyfriend.
“This angered Palin,” the affidavit says. “He stated that they had been arguing for most of the night.”
According to the affidavit, Palin told detectives the two had gone to dinner, then to his sister’s house and later to a piece of property he was considering buying. There, he said, they began to argue again. Palin accused the woman of driving drunk back to his sister's house, leaving him to walk back from the property.
The affidavit said the two later drove back to Palin’s parents’ house and continued to argue. Palin told police they argued verbally and that the woman “threw a ‘bow,” meaning an elbow, and that was how his face was injured.
The woman also said the two had been arguing for the better part of the night, and in the driveway of the Palin family home.
For more on what happened you can visit Gawker and read the entire police report.
Now I was contacted by my sources in Wasilla last night as well, and I have a little more detail to add.
According to them after Jordan drove Track to the Palin compound, she tried to leave and Track threw himself on her windshield to prevent her from leaving.
It was then that he also pulled that gun, only according to my sources he put the barrel in his mouth and threatened to blow his brains out. They also identified this weapon, not as an assault rifle, but as a pistol.
However when she got out of the car that is when he assaulted her by punching and kicking her.
They were both hammered and Jordan was sobbing uncontrollable, and of course Track is barely coherent even when he is not drunk.
So there you have it, Palin family values once again on display for the whole world to see.
And while all of this was going on Track's parents were all the way down in the lower forty eight endorsing Donald Trump, because Sarah Palin is the very embodiment of conservative values and Christian morality.

Convicted felon shoots himself in the penis while attempting to buy a gun illegally, blames a black man. Thanks Obama!
Courtesy of Argus Leader:
A convicted felon who accidentally shot himself in the penis was arrested after police say he lied about how the shooting happened.
Donald Anthony Watson was admitted to the Avera McKennan emergency room about 1:30 a.m. Sept. 6 for a gunshot wound to his penis, according to an arrest affidavit.
When questioned by police, the 43-year-old said he was shot by “a black guy (who) tried to rob” him while he was taking out the trash at his apartment.
The story seemed a little suspicious to the police who got a search warrant and were able to determine that this Watson guy shot himself in the dick while he was contemplating whether to buy the gun from an unknown party.
Now the man faces charges of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of a firearm by a drug offender, false report of a crime to law enforcement and false report of information to law enforcement. So you know his life just took a significant turn for the worse.
Don't you just hate it when the your metallic penis shoots your real penis out of spite, and there is not a handy black guy around to blame it on?

1927 newspaper article indicates that Donald Trump's father was arrested along with KKK members fighting against the police. Well that potentially explains a lot.
![]() |
Donald Trump and his father Fred Trump |
According to a New York Times article published in June 1927, a man with the name and address of Donald Trump's father was arraigned after Klan members attacked cops in Queens, N.Y.
In an article subtitled "Klan assails policeman", Fred Trump is named in among those taken in during a late May "battle" in which "1,000 Klansmen and 100 policemen staged a free-for-all." At least two officers were hurt during the event, after which the Klan's activities were denounced by the city's Police Commissioner, Joseph A. Warren.
“The Klan not only wore gowns, but had hoods over their faces almost completely hiding their identity,” Warren was quoted as saying in the article, which goes on to identify seven men “arrested in the near-riot of the parade.”
Named alongside Trump are John E Kapp and John Marcy (charged with felonious assault in the attack on Patrolman William O'Neill and Sgt. William Lockyear), Fred Lyons, Thomas Caroll, Thomas Erwin, and Harry J Free. They were arraigned in Jamaica, N.Y. All seven were represented by the same lawyers, according to the article.
The final entry on the list reads: “Fred Trump of 175-24 Devonshire Road, Jamaica, was discharged.”
The post goes on to point out that Fred Trump, who would have been about 21 at the time, lived at the same address listed for "The Donald's" father at the time the article was written.
It also provides other information about the incident that strongly suggests Trump senior was involved, and also provides other data strongly suggestive of Fred Trump's uncharitable attitude toward minorities.
If true, I think it goes a long way to help understand why the Donald Trump of today is garnering so much support from the white supremacists.

Baltimore man dies in police custody after having his spine 80 percent severed during arrest.
Courtesy of CBS Baltimore:
National tensions around police brutality focus right here in Baltimore after a 25-year-old man dies from injuries he sustained while in city police custody.
On April 12, 2015, at exactly 8:40 a.m., 25-year-old Freddie Gray was apprehended in the 1700 block of Presbury Street. Two minutes later cell phone video shows Freddie Gray screaming as police drag him into a transport van.
According to a timeline provided by Baltimore Police, at 8:54 a.m. Gray was put in additional restrains inside the van. But, at 9:24 a.m., he was rushed to the hospital–attorneys say his spine was 80 percent severed at his neck where three bones were broken. He later lapsed into a coma and died Sunday morning at approximately 7:00 a.m.
Family and friends are now seeking answers, and are also calling for an independent investigation.
Here is a statement issued by the family's lawyer:
“On last Sunday morning at about 8am, the police chased Freddie Gray, a 27 year old healthy man, without any evidence he had committed a crime. His take-down and arrest without probable cause occurred under a police video camera, which taped everything including the police dragging and throwing Freddy into a police vehicle while he screamed in pain. While in police custody, his spine was 80 percent severed at his neck. He lapsed into a coma, died, was resuscitated, stayed in a coma and on Monday, underwent extensive surgery at Shock Trauma to save his life. He clung to life for seven days and died today at approximately 7am. We believe the police are keeping the circumstances of Freddie’s death secret until they develop a version of events that will absolve them of all responsibility. However, his family and the citizens of Baltimore deserve to know the real truth; and we will not stop until we get justice for Freddie.”
Some statement seem to indicate that the police chased and tackled the man simply because he was running.
So we know you can be pulled for "driving while black," but it also seems you can be tackled and arrested for "running while black."

Let's call this police abuse Saturday.
Courtesy of Addicting Info:
An internal investigation has just been launched into a horrifying case of police brutality two teenagers experienced at the hands of Virginia police officers. The January 10 incident involves a 17-year-old being beaten and tased during a routine traffic stop, and the footage was fortunately captured on a cell phone – although police tried to delete the video and failed.
The Virginia Beach Police Department claims it was just made aware of the video, which recently went viral. The video’s owner, 18-year-old Courtney Griffith, says the police department is lying. The video below shows exactly what happened when Griffith, who was driving with her 17-year-old friend Brandon in the back seat, was pulled over because one of her back lights was out.
When the police officer – Officer Pittman – stops Griffith for her light, he claims there is a smell of marijuana in the car, which Griffith denies. Giffith believes that the officer was giving her a hard time because he was the same cop that had previously arrested her as a minor for marijuana possession.
At this point, four cop cars were at the scene. As the situation became more hostile, Griffith put her cellphone on the dashboard and started to record what was happening. She asks for a sergeant to be present so that her rights were not further infringed.
Officer Pittman’s attention moved to Brandon as he orders the teen to get out of the car. Calmly, Brandon tells the officer that he is 17 and doesn’t want to be searched unless his mother is at the scene.
As things get even more heated, the police officer sprays pepper spray into Brandon’s face as the boy shouts he’s 17. Scared and in pain, Brandon doesn’t exit the car – only to be beaten and tased by the cop. The teen is tased at least twice.
According to the young driver, Courtney Griffith, the police arrested them but failed to read themr their Miranda Rights. They also attempted to delete the above video. but she was able to retrieve it from her "recently deleted" file.
If she had not been able to retrieve that video I think we all know how this would have played out with it being the cop's word against theirs.
As disturbing as that was it is in no way the most disturbing police video released to the public this week.
Of course we all know about the Walter Scott shooting, but sadly there was even more than that.
There was also this video showing Vineland, NJ police sicking their dog on a suspect lying on the ground.
That man later died on the way to the hospital, which shocked and horrified the public. That caused the group Anonymous to threaten to release the names of the officers involved if justice was not served. And ultimately they did.
Then there was the footage captured by a local news crew of San Bernardino cops brutalizing a man, while the man seems to be surrendering, after being led on a long chase that ultimately ended with the suspect stealing a horse.
The guy was accused of identity theft, and the horse he stole was injured in the pursuit, however it still does not excuse what the police did when they finally got their hands on him.
I think at this point we can all safely assume that this kind of thing is happening EVERYWHERE in this country, and has been for decades. And since the vast majority of it happens with no cameras nearby there has been little response from the American people.
To my mind the only option we have to keep ourselves, and our children safe is to demand that all law enforcement officers wear a body camera and record each of their interactions with the public.
Anybody have a different opinion?

Suspect in the shooting of two Ferguson police officers arrested.
Courtesy of CNN:
A 20-year-old man from the St. Louis area has been arrested in connection with the shooting of two police officers during last week's protests in Ferguson, Missouri, a prosecutor said Sunday.
Jeffrey Williams was arrested late Saturday, and he has been charged with two counts of first-degree assault, a count of firing a weapon from a vehicle and three counts of armed criminal activity, St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney Bob McCulloch said at a news conference in Clayton.
"The demonstrations were pretty much over (when the officers were shot). People were leaving, and that's when this happened," he said, describing Williams as a demonstrator who had taken part in protests on numerous occasions.
At the time of his arrest, Williams was on probation for receiving stolen property, and McCulloch said he believed Williams had an outstanding warrant after not reporting to his probation officer for several months.
The prosecutor repeatedly thanked the public for the information that led to the arrest. He also said that, because of the public's assistance in the case, police were able to serve a search warrant on Williams' residence where they seized a .40-caliber handgun, "which has been tied to the shell casings that were recovered" at the scene of the shooting.
Can only imagine how surprised the Fox News crowd were to discover that the shooter was not either President Obama or Eric Holder. This must be a huge letdown for them.
And look the public were actually helpful in finding this man, which goes against the conservative meme that Ferguson is full of people who want to do harm to the police, or protect those that do.
By the way it should be noted that some of the Ferguson protesters are not at all convinced that this was also a protester.

Seattle refuses to prosecute cop who punched handcuffed woman in the face breaking her eye socket. Federal prosecutors to review the incident.
Courtesy of the Seattle Times:
Federal prosecutors say they will review an incident in which a Seattle police officer punched and seriously injured a handcuffed, intoxicated woman, after King County prosecutors said Friday they won’t charge the officer.
Emily Langlie, spokeswoman for acting U.S. Attorney Annette L. Hayes, said her office will look at the June 22 incident involving Officer Adley Shepherd for a possible federal criminal civil-rights violation.
The decision comes after King County Prosecutor Dan Satterberg announced that his office would not seek a state felony charge against Shepherd, 38, a nine-year department veteran, for punching Miyekko Durden-Bosley in the back of his police cruiser.
This case is a little different than what we have all seen lately on the news.
For one the woman lived, and two the cop that injured her is black not white.
However even though race may not the issue this time around the unnecessary use of force most certainly is an issue.
Just take a look at the video of the arrest. (Punch is at the 2:50 mark.)
It is clear from the tape that the woman, was intoxicated and being quite disruptive.
However it is also clear that the police officer struck her in anger and NOT because he was trying to subdue her or in fear of personal injury. She had her hands locked behind her back for fuck's sake.
And once again there is video to prove that something terribly wrong happened, and STILL the Seattle prosecutor did not do his job.
That has to make ALL of us wonder just how many miscarriages of justice are happening every day where there is no video and nobody ever even knows they happen?
Yes cops need to be outfitted with cameras. That is step one.
But then when prosecutors see on those tapes that the police did something like this, they need to respond appropriately. THAT is step two.

Let's end the day with the Rick Perry mugshot.
![]() |
Gov. Rick Perry, R-Texas, turned himself in Tuesday afternoon to be booked and have his mug shot taken at the Travis County Justice Center. The governor was indicted last Friday on two felony counts of abuse of power, which he called "baseless political charges."
"I'm here today because I believe in the rule of law. And I'm here today because I did the right thing," he said as he entered the courthouse. "I'm going to enter this courthouse with my head held high knowing the actions that I took were not only lawful and legal, but right," Perry added, promising promised that he would veto funding for the Travis County-based Public Integrity Unit again if was given the chance.
Perry maintains that the indictment is a political attack that infringes upon his right of free speech as both a governor and a private citizen.
"This indictment is nothing short of an attack on the constitutional powers of the office of governor," Perry added. "There are important fundamental issues at stake. And I will not allow this attack on our system of government to stand. I'm going to fight this injustice with every fiber of my being. And we will prevail. We'll prevail because we're standing for the rule of law," he said.
God I love that picture!
I hope someday to see another former Governor face in a similar mugshot.
As for Perry's contention that this is all a political witch hunt, here is a Texas blogger and political expert who begs to differ:
First, he used the veto to threaten a public officeholder. This is abuse of the power of his office. Presidents and governors frequently use the possibility of vetoes to change the course of legislation. But that is considerably different than trying to force an elected officeholder to resign. What Perry did, if true, can be politely called blackmail, and, when he sent emissaries to urge Lehmberg to quit even after his veto, he may have indulged in bribery. According to sources close to the grand jury, Perry dispatched two of his staffers and one high-profile Democrat to tell Lehmberg if she left her office the governor would reinstate the PIU budget. One report indicates there may have been a quid pro quo of a new, more lucrative job for the D.A., which is why this case has nothing to do with his right to use the veto.
But that’s where Perry will focus his public defense.
Of course, he will also continue his argument this is another manifestation of partisan politics in Austin. That claim is as misleading as his veto rhetoric. There wasn’t a single Democrat involved in the investigation and indictment. In fact, Perry appointed the presiding judge in the case, Billy Ray Stubblefield of the 3rd Judicial District. Stubblefield named retired Judge Bert Richardson of Bexar County (San Antonio) to handle the grand jury investigation, and Richardson picked Mike McCrum to be the special prosecutor in the case. McCrum, who withdrew his name from consideration for U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Texas, had the support of the two Republican Texas U.S. Senators and the state’s Democratic officeholders, which hardly makes him a Democratic Party hack. (A Washington gridlock over the confirmation process in the U.S. Senate caused him to withdraw.)
That all makes it hard to sell the partisan attack narrative that reporters are spreading for Perry.
The idea that he was concerned about Lehmberg’s drunk driving is also fatuous nonsense. Two other Texas D.A.s were arrested for DUI during Perry’s tenure in office and he spoke not a discouraging word about their indiscretions. Kaufman County D.A. Rick Harrison drove the wrong way into traffic and was found guilty of drunk driving in 2009 and in 2003 Terry McEachern, D.A. of Swisher County, was convicted of a DUI. Perry said nothing. It’s probably only coincidental that both of those individuals were Republicans and did not oversee an investigative unit responsible for keeping elected officials honest in the capitol.
I can hardly wait to see how this whole thing plays out.

Missouri "Doomsday Prepper" arrested after terrorizing neighborhood for weeks.
Courtesy of Raw Story:
Police arrested a Missouri “doomsday prepper” who investigators said had been terrorizing his neighborhood for weeks.
Neighbors began complaining in May about 36-year-old Roy McCool after he allegedly assaulted a woman in Springfield home, reported the Springfield News-Leader.
Investigators said McCool forced his way into the woman’s home and punched, slapped, and choked her before firing three rounds from a handgun into her living room wall. McCool broke into the woman’s home two days later and stole a bank card and $35 in cash from her children’s piggy banks, police said. Neighbors said McCool’s behavior grew even more threatening about two weeks later, in late May, when he stood in his front yard with a gun and yelled threats toward other residents.
Apparently Mr. McCool, who has one of the most ironic names ever, has also been getting into numerous confrontations with his neighbors, hit one man in the face with a wooden stake, and has been openly displaying firearms to passersby.
When the police arrested his ass he had 10 guns consisting of one AR-15, three other rifles, four handguns, and a shotgun. Not to mention the thousands of rounds of ammunition he had just in case the "gubmint" came after him.
Despite all of that preparation it sounds as if the local police had little difficulty apprehending the suspect, who has been charged with six felonies, including three counts of burglary, two counts of unlawful use of a weapon and one count of domestic assault.
Well that is one less Sarah Palin supporter walking the streets at least.

The whitest, most foul mouth, gangbanger wannabes you ever saw get arrested after walking through a Cincinnati neighborhood sporting AR-15's, spouting racial slurs, and all but daring anybody to confront him. Update!
![]() |
From Jesse DeBoard's Facebook page. |
Videos that made their way around Facebook and other social media sites had neighbors talking about fears of violence.
The video showed a man and two women carrying around high-powered weapons. They made no attempt to hide their weapons and the videos are full of racial slurs. The voice in the video was that of a man who recorded three of his friends walking through the streets of East Price Hill. They flaunted the fact that they are legally carrying AR-15's through the neighborhood.
Since that video was recorded, Cincinnati police have arrested two of the four people in connection with the recent CIRV initiative. Charged were Jesse Deboard, the man heard on the video. The other was identified as Stephanie Coverman. Warrants are out for Chris Masters and Christina Tharp.
There is no way that I can adequately explain just what a vile little shit this Jesse DeBoard punk is, so I will embed the video that he posted of their heavily armed, expletive filled jaunt down a street in their neighborhood.
Let me warn you that about two minutes in you will want to wash his mouth out with soap and then slap the shit out of him.
Update: Okay well the video got removed, so I will leave it up to Raw Story to describe a little of the vulgarity:
“Broad day, you see this? Walking down the street with a AR-15,” says the man filming the demonstration, who police later identified as Jesse Deboard.
The group then brags about openly carrying assault weapons on city streets. “Open carry in the state of Ohio, the cops can’t do nothing,” one of the men says on camera.
Deboard can be heard asking if unidentified Facebook friends “still want that drama, though.”
“This is going on YouTube, n*gga, world star,” Deboard says to a passing group of black men.
His almost comical overuse of the "N" word is incredibly grating, as is his pathetic tough guy verbal diarrhea. The diarrhea dries right up when the police show up however.
The police then attempt to explain to the kids that by walking around with their rifles on display it makes them a prime target for robbery, but these idiots are far too immature to recognize the truth in those words.
After the talk with the police the punks go on their way, and suddenly DeBoard gets mouthy again.
I have to imagine that he again clammed the hell up after the cops showed up at his door and placed his ass under arrest.
However he could certainly talk some shit on Facebook:
Love when.mfs start shit take.off runnin and they wanna.squash it when.they alone then.come.to.my house 30 deep but scatter like cockroaches when.i.come.outside BY MYSELF NO.GUNS.MF!!!!!!! Yall aint bout that life #sitthefuckdown!!!!!!
I hate ol prison built buttercup soft ass pretty boy wannabe thug never in these streets only think u was hard cuz u did time tatted up even they face cuz they was in prison got patched up for protection fake made up gangbanger ass nigguhs and the bitches who entertain this shit is even more amusing.
Take a good look Wayne LaPierre, this is the lovechild that was delivered by NRA lobbying efforts. Now everybody can walk around acting like a dick while carrying a dangerous implement of death.
Even this little turd.
Update 2: I found some new footage that contains a portion of the video.
It leaves out a lot, but you get the idea.

Fox news anchor arrested for being belligerent and uncooperative. Well, yeah he's a Fox News anchor, what did they expect?
Courtesy of New York Daily News:
Fox News anchor Gregg Jarrett was released from jail early Thursday following an alleged drunken bust in a Minneapolis airport bar.
Cops said the 59-year-old weekend anchor appeared wasted and was belligerent during a run-in with police at the Northern Lights Grill at Minneapolis-St. Paul airport at around 12:30 p.m. Wednesday.
Jarrett, who on leave from the news station, refused to cooperate with police and was booked into Hennepin County Jail for interfering with a peace officer, a misdemeanor, authorities said.
He was released at about 1:30 a.m. after posting $300 bond, cops said.
"We were made aware late last night that Gregg Jarrett was arrested in Minneapolis yesterday and charged with a misdemeanor," a Fox News spokesperson said in an email. "He is dealing with serious personal issues at this time."
"A date at which Gregg might return to air has yet to be determined," the spokesperson said.
Jarrett has taken leave from Fox News due to "personal issues," and has been missing from the cable network since earlier this month.
Apparently viewers had noticed Jarrett speaking erratically during a broadcast in April.
Okay well as much as I would like to pile onto a Fox News host, most of whom I believe are guilty of journalistic malpractice, I think I will reserve judgement until we find out exactly what is ailing Mr. Jarrett.
At the link you will see video of him from April 14th, in which he is clearly struggling to formulate simple sentences, and seems to have difficultly reading the teleprompter.
However if he is just your everyday drunk, and I really wonder how you can NOT be and still work at Fox news, then the gloves are off.

"Doomsday Prepper," and convicted pedophile, gets arrested after appearance on National Geographic channel, because you are really not supposed to have weapons if you are an ex-con.
Courtesy of Raw Story:
Sheriff’s deputies arrested a Washington state man who was shown firing two rifles on the “Doomsday Prepper” reality show.
In the November episode of the National Geographic Channel program, Tyler Smith – a convicted felon who’s barred from owning guns — describes his plans to commit armed robbery and shots firearms on his property in Buckley.
“His stated plan was not to defend himself but to use weapons he illegally possessed, to rob his neighbors at gunpoint,” said Pierce County Sheriff Paul Pastor in a statement. “Did he really think that this wouldn’t attract our attention?”
The 26-year-old Smith was arrested Wednesday and charged with two counts of second-degree unlawful possession of a firearm.
He was previously convicted of theft and a gross misdemeanor for communicating with a minor for immoral purposes.
Ever hear of a background check National Geographic?
And you know it has always been my suspicion that these Doomsday Prepper assholes are less concerned with keeping themselves safe, and more concerned with having the firepower to take from others whatever they want once the government and law enforcement structure crumbles around them.
Essentially they are itching to bully and harass their neighbors once there is no way that they can be held accountable. They are not afraid of the end of civilization, they are looking forward to it.
Fortunately for us that is as unlikely to happen as for this guy to receive an invitation in the mail to join Mensa.

In perhaps the least shocking news of the day George Zimmerman is in trouble with the law again.
![]() |
Zimmerman's newest booking photo. |
George Zimmerman has been arrested in Florida, NBC News has learned.
A Seminole County Sheriff's Office statement says Zimmerman was arrested Monday afternoon after deputies responded to a disturbance call at a house in Apopka, Fla., about 15 miles northwest of Orlando.
Zimmerman will be transported and booked into jail pending arraignment.
The statement provided few other details, and it was not immediately known what charges he faced.
The police have not release any details as of yet, but the Orlando Sentinel did dig up this little tidbit:
The Sheriff's Office, in a short news release, reported that the agency had arrested Zimmerman after being called to a disturbance on Topfield Court in western Seminole County near Apopka about 1 p.m.
Zimmerman's new girlfriend, a 27-year-old blonde, lives in the 1300 block of Topfield Court, according to an unrelated Lake Mary police report.
Hmm, smells like domestic abuse to me. And it is certainly not the first time he has had run ins with the law over that in the past.
The only question is what will it take before George Zimmerman is locked away for good? It is not like we were not warned that he was dangerous.

Right Wing nutjob sets date for his planned uprising to remove the President from office or have him arrested for being worse than King George III. Uh huh, good luck with that.
![]() |
I'm a lawyer. |
The totally-not-delusional Larry Klayman has finally set a date for his proposed uprising to remove President Obama from office: November 19. The Judicial Watch founder writes today that protesters will “descend on Washington, D.C., en masse, and demand that he leave town and resign from office if he does not want to face prison time” for pushing “his Muslim, socialist, anti-Semitic, anti-Christian, anti-white, pro-illegal immigrant, pro-radical gay and lesbian agenda.”
Klayman, who has repeatedly called for a revolution, claims that demonstrations will use the same tactics as Mahatma Gandhi and Egyptian protesters to “shut the city down, by blocking roads and massing in front of the White House” and “bringing the victims of his reign of terror” to Lafayette Park.
He contends that Obama is even worse than King George III: “King George III may have been a greedy ‘control freak,’ but at least he was a Christian. The United States is being run by a Muslim bent on furthering an Islamic caliphate who seeks to destroy our spirituality and the body politic of our Judeo-Christian roots.”
Damn! That is an extra helping of crazy right there!
How is this guy NOT on Sarah Palin's speed dial?
I love this part, "His Muslim, socialist, anti-Semitic, anti-Christian, anti-white, pro-illegal immigrant, pro-radical gay and lesbian agenda.” Wait, he left out Nazi and Communist agenda.
Somebody's slipping.
Well I certainly hope that somebody catches this guy's tiny little mob on video, as well as his inevitable arrest, because THAT will be quite entertaining.

Ted Nugent's wife arrested at Dallas Airport after a gun was found in her carry-on bag. Insane, unintelligible rant coming from the Motor City Madman in 3..2..1
The wife of singer Ted Nugent was arrested Thursday afternoon after security found a gun in her carry-on luggage at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport.
Airport spokesman David Magana confirmed that the DFW Airport Department of Public Safety took Shemane Ann Nugent, 51, into custody, and “the rest of it is working its way through our system of legal approval.”
Nugent’s attorney, David Finn, said that taking the gun to the airport was an “honest mistake.” Finn said Nugent has a concealed handgun license.
Look I am going to take Shemane's ("Shemane?" What kind of a name is that?) side on this.
After all if I lived with Ted Nugent I would always be packing heat as well. There is no telling when he might need to be put down.
And as for trying to take it aboard her flight? Well when you live in a house where people use hand guns to swat flies and stir their coffee you are bound to be unusually comfortable having weapons around.
The wife seems genuinely embarrassed, but I imagine that Nugent will have a few choice words to say about this later today or tomorrow. We all knwo how much he enjoys blaming everything on the President.

Good news, Norwegian Marte Dalelv will NOT serve jail time in Dubai for the crime of being raped and then reporting it to the police.
Courtesy of Nyheter:
Dalelv was sentenced to prison after reporting a colleague for rape. Norways foreign minister confirms that she has been pardoned.
Dalelv reported her colleague for rape while on a business trip in Dubai in March. She ended up being thrown in jail and charged herself.
Last week Dalelv was sentenced to 16 months in prison after being convicted for having extramarital sex, drinking alcohol without permission and giving false statement to the police.
Dalelv appealed the case and has been anxiously waiting for the next round of court hearings. She received a summon to meet Dubais chief prosecutor on monday.
She got the news about the hearing around 11 a.m. local time. A few minutes later the norwegian minister of foreign affairs, Espen Barth Eide, held a press conference in Oslo.
- She is free and can go home when she want to, he said.
- The Emir got her pardoned himself, Bart Eide elaborated to VG.
- Its historic that this matter had such a quick solution, and that the highest circles in Dubai intervened.
After the alleged rape Dalelv was first suspended and then fired bye her employer, Al Mana Interiors. The given reason was «unacceptable and improper behavior». The company's managing director, Mr. Wissam Al Mana, signed the letter personally. Al Mana is married to pop star Janet Jackson.
16 months for being raped? You know that is what happens when you find yourself in a male dominated culture that worships a religion which devalues women and blames them for all the sins of society.
You know, like the one that WE have been struggling against for the last two hundred plus years.
And if certain conservatives get their way our women can expect similar treatment from our law enforcement in the very near future. Though as many of us well know in some places in the US there is no need to wait, this type of always "blame the woman" attitude is still alive and well.
By the way you KNOW the Emir would never had said boo about this if it had not attracted such attention, and condemnation, from around the world. And this is just a taste of what the woman in Saudi Arabia have to put up with every day of their lives.

Father arrested and charged with five counts of second-degree child endangerment after his 4 year old kills his six year old neighbor with a unsecured gun.
Courtesy of Slate:
In April, a 4-year-old New Jersey boy accidentally shot and killed his 6-year-old neighbor with his father’s .22-caliber rifle. On Monday, the boy’s father, Anthony Senatore, was arrested and charged with five counts of second-degree child endangerment (for storing five unsecured firearms in places where they were accessible to his children), and one count of third-degree child endangerment (for storing one of those firearms in a place where it endangered the welfare of the 6-year-old who was killed). Each second-degree count could potentially bring 5 to 10 years in prison, which means that if Senatore is convicted, he could theoretically face up to 50 years in prison. (He won’t, of course, get 50 years in prison, but, if he is convicted, he will likely face some jail time—if you are convicted of a second-degree offense in New Jersey, it is presumed that you will face a prison term.)
This is the kind of gun laws that we need to enforce all over the country.
And in my opinion NOT just for parents who allow their guns to fall into the hands of children, but also gun owners who do not sufficiently lock their guns away in their homes to keep them out of the reach of burglars who may steal them and use them in crimes or sell them on the streets to other criminals.
In my opinion the purchasing of each and every gun by an American citizen should bring with it a whole slew of responsibilities, and potential problems, that would make the purchaser think long and hard about whether they needed that gun at all, and just how many guns they were willing to take responsibility for.
I can guarantee that if the laws surrounding gun ownership were tightened up we would RARELY see people with arsenals of weapons in their homes anymore.
