The Supreme Court has ruled several times that the Second Amendment is NOT unlimited. We don't have to confiscate all guns in order to limit the ability of them to slaughter large numbers of people in a few minutes.

It's grossing me out hearing Trump use the word "hardened" over and over again. LaPierre used it a lot too in his CPAC speech today. Those who surely talked to one another, and I'd bet before yesterday's listening session and Trump and he discussed what Trump should say so as to mollify people.

It did not even matter to those right-wingers if the subject was actually relevant to the political discourse (such as when the unwed teen daughter of “abstinence only” preaching Sarah Palin became pregnant). In their opinion any reference to the child of a politician was off limits. Case closed.

I disagree with Rubio in about every way possible. But I will say that I think it was good of him to show up and engage with his constituents. Rick Scott and Trump were asked to attend and declined.
