"Guardians of the Galaxy" director offers $100,000 dollars to Trump's favorite charity if he will prove he only weighs 239 pounds.

Guardians of the Galaxy director James Gunn isn’t buying Donald Trump’s annual medical exam. And he’s willing to bet $100,000 that the report wasn’t accurate. 

Gunn tweeted that he would give six figures to Trump’s favorite charity if the president would step on a scale under more transparent circumstances.

Gunn is simply saying what I think the majority of the people recognize.

And that is that the man on the right is definitely NOT six foot three and DEFINITELY does not weigh only 239 pounds.

Which means by the way that we really cannot believe a single thing that the White House doctor, Ronny Johnson, told us yesterday.

We have a story right below this one which insinuates, rather strongly, that Trump paid Marla Maples to claim he was the best lover she had ever had.

So of COURSE he also must be the healthiest president, no matter how much that costs to prove.

Personally I think that if Donald Trump wants to put this all to rest he should take James Gunn up on his offer.

 Besides it could prove lucrative, because let's face it Donald Trump's favorite charity is Donald Trump.

A White House physician declared on Tuesday that President Donald Trump is in “excellent” overall health and that he performed “well” on a cognitive screening exam, while noting the commander-in-chief could benefit from a low-fat diet and additional exercise. 

“All clinical data indicates that the president is currently very health and that he will remain so for the duration of his presidency,” Dr. Ronny Jackson said at the daily White House press briefing. 

Jackson added that during the physical exam on Friday at the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, he performed some cognitive testing and that Trump “did well on it.” He noted the exam was limited to a screening for cognitive impairment and was not part of a larger psychological examination. 

Trump, according to Jackson, is 6-foot-3 and weighs 239 pounds. The doctor said that he and Trump discussed losing weight and exercising, which he recommended, and that the president expressed “he would like to lose 10 to 15 pounds.” 

Currently, Jackson added, Trump “doesn’t have a dedicated, defined exercise program.”

It should be pointed out that 239 pounds at 6-foot-3 is only one pound away from obesity.

That, plus his diet and almost complete lack of exercise. makes it essentially impossible to legitimately claim that Trump is in "excellent overall health."

I watched the report, and Dr. Jackson seemed honest and forthcoming.

And I was with him right up until he claimed that Trump got a perfect score on his cognitive test.

I'm sorry, but I have watched this guy for two years now, and there is DEFINITELY something going on with his attention span, and his ability to reason.

Update: According to this doctor Trump is 6 foot 3. However the listed height for Barack Obama is 6 foot one.

Does Trump look two inches taller than Obama to you?

So do we really believe that Trump's doctor's note about his physical is real?

Following Donald Trump’s much awaited medical exam on Friday, the White House released a statement purportedly written by the doctor who administered the exam. The note said the exam went “exceptionally well” and pronounced Trump to be “in excellent health.”

There’s just one problem: As Rachel Maddow pointed out Friday night, it appears that the note was not, in fact, written by White House physician Ronny Jackson.

The statement was signed “Dr. Ronnie Jackson,” so unless the White House doctor suddenly forgot how to spell his own name, it would appear that someone else in the White House released the note and put the doctor’s name on it. 

It should also be noted that most medical doctors sign their name, followed by their degree (for example, “Ronny Jackson, MD, FAAEM“), rather than using their title (“Dr.”).

And then there's this.

But in 2010, the WH Physician did issue a more detailed same-day report on Pres Obama's first physical in office. Feb 28, 2010, including lab results.

You know you would think that a White House that lies as often, and as casually as this one does would be better at this sort of thing.

I would think that there must be a ton of reporters working to get an interview with this doctor right now.

And if they are not they are really falling behind on the job.

"Excellent health" my ass.

So when Trump gets his physical on Friday there will be NO mental health evaluation. Let's file this under "not surprised."

A White House spokesman said Monday that when President Donald Trump has his annual physical on Friday, a mental health evaluation won't be part of the routine. 

Spokesman Hogan Gidley swatted away the question with a curt 'no' as he briefed reporters aboard Air Force One. 

Trump, 71, will undergo a routine checkup at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center near Washington, D.C. 

Gidley also defended Trump's description of himself as a 'stable genius,' saying the choice of words was a direct response to how reporters misunderstand him. 

'Most of the press calls him unstable and stupid,' deputy press secretary Hogan Gidley said. 

'But the record shows quite a difference, than what the media is trying to portray. He comes back with exactly what he is. He's brilliant, not just in the business world, but as a political tactician, as a president. The accomplishments speak for themselves." 

Yeah, I knew there was no way that Trump would agree to a psych eval. 

And if he did have one they would just lie about the findings.

In fact I am quite convinced that we will not get an accurate report on Trump's health from this physical either. Especially since he himself has to sign off on the release of that information.

You can tell my looking at Trump that he is not healthy, so there is no way that information is going to be accurately revealed to the press.
