Just wanted to let you know about an automated phone call I received this AM. It was a tea party group that is trying to get 1 million signatures to draft Sarah to run for the Senate to put a stop to Obama's socialist policies. If I press 1 my name will be added & I will receive a bumper sticker that says Run Sarah Run or something ridiculous like that. The group doing this was NEVER named & of course I declined to press 1.
Damn these people are slow learners!
As I have said before there is NO way Palin will run. Not for the Senate, not for President, not for dog catcher, not for ANYTHING!
Simply put she can't. She has too many skeletons and too many people know about them.
But hell, it's America. So if she has the "fire in the belly," let her try.
I know that Mark Begich could not ask for a better opponent. I have even heard that his campaign donations went through the roof right after that little back and forth he had with Arizona's newest quasi celebrity resident.
In fact so helpful has Palin been in the past for Democratic candidate and liberal causes that some have started to wonder if she is not a double agent.
