Black Republicans: "Sarah Palin's comments are out of line, distasteful, and should be condemned by ALL Americans."

Probably NOT part of Sarah Palin's base anyway, but his remarks should definitely serve as a wake up call to Sister Sarah's handlers.

If I was the sun, I would expose this woman for what she is. A vampire on a day pass.

As I stated previously on TIM, these African American members of the Republican Party deserve everything they're getting from Palin. All of them have stood silent and allowed themselves to be the useful idjits of the party by not speaking out against all of the unwarranted attacks on President Obama. They have said/done nothing about the lies, smears, or injustice. Now that the chickens have come home to roost, they don't want them in the coop. It is my belief that a person should speak out whenever he/she sees an injustice and should not wait until it affects them before they speak. These "conservatives" are incapable of being satisfied. If they are successful in defeating one group, they move on to the next one, then the next, etc., so standing on the sidelines while other groups are being attacked is not a good tactic in fighting extremism.

  4. One prolific AA Sarah supporter is Adrienne Ross who has a blog called "Motivation Truth".

Her most notable offense (there are so many) was a post she published on Aug. 28, 2009 the anniversary of Dr. MLK's I Have a Dream Speech, entitled "Dr. King and Governor Palin: March On!" in which she compares Palin to Dr. King.

I wonder if Ms. Ross is aware even now of what a tool/fool she's been.

After the last election, I think the likes of Palin have conceded the black vote and the minority vote in general. Now they're free to flaunt their true colors in the daylight and smear at will. It's what their core base desires anyway. Personally, this is sad, because I tend to relate more to traditional Republican principles over those of the Democratic party. I always have my eyes open for a leader the the (R) party that'll show some guts and lead, but it's just not happening... anywhere.

The way I see it, yes, Sarah is a retard. But the real problem I think are her enablers. She is pseudo-political version of a hollow celebrity in every sense. She's nearing her 50s though, so she'll soon be out of the picture.

Someone should tell MLK"s niece because she's sharing the stage with Sarah at Beck's rally this weekend.

You know the one I mean don't you? It's the rally you say will end Sarah's career.

No impulse control. No leadership qualities. No connection to the real world. Sarah knows not what she does. She's got to pay spinners to try and rationalize her psycho statements. However, no matter how much her handlers try to shine up her spoiled image, her true nature is the only thing that becomes glaringly more obvious: She's a clueless, classless, narcissistic, attention-grabbing, malicious bimbo with no saving graces. She has also proven herself to be a champion of bad parenting.

It's simple observation, folks. Everyone is awakening to the authentic Sarah Palin which is sinking her ratings lower than low.

It's hard not to laugh! Maybe black Republicans could commiserate with gay Muslim Republicans, or even Alberto "leave anchor babies alone' Gonzalez.

I have no sympathy for any African American who is a member of this eras GOP. After almost two years (not counting the almost 40 something years of the southern strategy) of subtle, not so subtle and now out and out screeching racism they deserve what they get from the likes of Palin and the rest of the hyenas masquerading as humans.

The GOP decided long ago that they didn't need the black, Hispanic, Muslim, gay or feminist vote with the likes of almost the entirety of the Republican party having taken some sort of psychotropic drug that allows them to say things that would have even been shameful and offensive at a 1930s Klan rally.

The chicken have come home to roost it seems.

Alveda King is a homophobic, right wing nut. Just because she shares the King name doesn't mean that she is anything like her uncle, Dr. King. Even she thinks Sarah is an idiot and that's saying something because Alveda is right of Pat Buchanan.

I get the frustration at being videotaped constantly, but why not ignore? Why antagonize?

I like the way at the end of the interview he said he was going to be at the same event as Sister Sarah and he was going to discuss it with her. I just bet she is going to sit down and have a talk with this guy. Sure whe will.

RE: The "Hawk" video at the Valdez Airport

I think the Palins are classless wannabes, but I don't see the point of harassing them with this video.

Yes, Todd overreacted in that he started overreacting WAY early in the event, but most people would be irritated. The later bits after the camera was turned off tells a lot about what a bully Todd is.

The most important part was early in the vid with Sarah apparently talking about getting more pork for Alaska.

Other than that, I don't think it does the cause any good to try to instigate a Palin moment. It's better to let them happen organically. Be patient and Sarah does herself in. Pull stupid stunts like this and Palin only generates sympathy.

You really have to laugh at his naivete' as Palin has never apologized to anyone for anything that I'm aware of. Gryphen, do you recall $arah ever apologizing for her mistakes?

I'm going to email him and see if he has received an apology. I highly doubt it but it is worth checking into.

    To Majii,

African Americans who happen to be Republican are not much different from Muslims who happen to be Republican or Hispanics who happen to be Republican or gay people who happen to be Republican. Folks align themselves politically according to their personal philosophies.

Not all black people respond the same way to racist behavior. And it appears in this instance that black Republicans are speaking out. Usually blacks are condemned for always playing the race card. Now that right-wing racism is out in the open everyone is so shocked and incredulous.

The handwriting about racism within the Party of No has always been on the wall. Now these black Republicans are belatedly realizing that they have aligned themselves with people who couldn't care less about them. Unfortunately, it takes something really egregious for some people to see Palin for the clueless hatemonger she is.
