Secret Militia WITHIN the military caught planning terrorist attacks as well as the assassination of the President.

Courtesy of the Huffington Post:

Four Army soldiers based in southeast Georgia killed a former comrade and his girlfriend to protect an anarchist militia group they formed that stockpiled assault weapons and plotted a range of anti-government attacks, prosecutors told a judge Monday.

Prosecutors in rural Long County, near the sprawling Army post Fort Stewart, said the militia group composed of active duty and former U.S. military members spent at least $87,000 buying guns and bomb components and was serious enough to kill two people – former soldier Michael Roark and his 17-year-old girlfriend, Tiffany York – by shooting them in the woods last December in order to keep its plans secret.

"This domestic terrorist organization did not simply plan and talk," prosecutor Isabel Pauley told a Superior Court judge. "Prior to the murders in this case, the group took action. Evidence shows the group possessed the knowledge, means and motive to carry out their plans."

One of the Fort Stewart soldiers charged in the case, Army Pfc. Michael Burnett, also gave testimony that backed up many of the assertions made by prosecutors. The 26-year-old soldier pleaded guilty Monday to manslaughter, illegal gang activity and other charges. He made a deal to cooperate with prosecutors in their case against the three other soldiers.

Prosecutors said the group called itself F.E.A.R., short for Forever Enduring Always Ready. Pauley said authorities don't know how many members the militia had.

Holy crap!

You know the informant that I have been working with, that has been helping me piece together the behind the scenes information concerning the Schaeffer Cox trial, has also been warning me about other militia plots around the country. I have not been able to confirm that this is one of them, but it certainly fits with some of the information that I had been given concerning the military's involvement.

According to my source these militia movements are growing in size, and there does not seem to any end in sight. Hatred for Obama seems to be the fuel which drives their passions, and inflames their tendencies toward violence.

This group was especially dangerous in that one of their plots was the assassination of President Barack Obama himself:

Aguigui, according to Georgia prosecutors, financed a plot to kill the president, take over Ft. Stewart and poison apple orchards in Washington state with a $500,000 insurance settlement he got last year after his wife's death. The group—its numbers are unknown—called itself F.E.A.R., for Forever Enduring, Always Ready.

This, by the way, is what results from the constant drumbeat coming from the Right Wing that Obama is planning to introduce Sharia Law in America, or overthrow the government, which is also what had that judge in Texas all riled up.

I really do fear that once the President wins his second term that this kind of thing will simply explode all over the country. And when it does will THAT finally be the wake up call that gets the Republicans to start acting responsibly? Or will they simply throw their lot in with the domestic terrorists and help to usher in the second civil war in this country?

Because right now, I am not sure I know the answer to that question.

Holy cow. Thank goodness our law enforcement is onto these groups, which all seem to be connected. I think the RNC seceretly wishes them well, as well as the NRA, don't you? After all, if one of them succeeds, that just opens the door to their takeover of DC and the nation. Let the plutocracy begin. The really ironic thing is that once thse groups enable the RNC to gain control; the RNC will dump them. They have no other use for poor misguided people with guns, once they are in control. In fact, people like this are not very loya...they tend to lash out at whomever is in power, because they feel powerless.
This is terrifying Gryph. And I bet the RNC response will be...silence in public, and back slapping in private.

      O.M.F.G!
I actually think this is the reason POTUS extended the Patriot act, b/c of this type of treasonous, murderous activities.
When I hear libs bitching about Patriot act, I think of THIS, I don't like the Patriot act, but it serves a purpose to stop this shit!
The other night I watched the #RNC hastag and at first I thought it was sockpuppet accts (paid for by Kockbros) but some were RWNJ (Greg howard) and the shit they spew....is unfuckin' believeable.
POTUS can keep the Patriot act as long as it catches bastards like these fucker!

More of the, they're proud to be the crazy, USA GOP/Tea Taliban. So will China have to invade the USA to protect their major investment and major debtor?

Also, what is going to be accomplished by poisoning apple orchards?

Also via the Gawker comments, these guys are heroes to some USA GOP/Tea Taliban people. Sad.

My first thought on the apple orchards -- a test. How many people would become ill or die, followed by closing down the orchards, the economic impact on the community, etc. A perfect domino string. If it was a successful effort, then expand it and watch the chaos begin. I'm sure I've already been put on a dozen lists for posting this, but flying a plane into a building is nothing compared to disrupting the country's food supply.

There's also an article on Gawker that Isaac Aguigui, the ringleader, was a page at the 2008 RNC in St. Paul.

To protect their wealth and power, the so-called 1% will do anything -- any thing to win the next election, including supporting these militia groups, voter suppression, vote fraud, continuing to lie and spread fear, pouring shitloads of anonymous money into election campaigns ... and if Obama is elected again, they will have him killed -- or threaten to kill his family -- kidnapping will be a possibility under cover of these groups, militarily trained and pissed off an uppity n**gger is in their White House.

It's gonna get really, really nasty.
I can only believe that the arc -- it may be a very wide one -- of justice will prevail. VOTE and DONATE!

You left out the best part...the ringleader was a page at the Republican convention in 2008.

  6. The Republicans and their noise machine have been committing TREASON since President Obama took office. They can't stop their creation now. So, yes, I think when President Obama wins a second term the crazies will really let loose and these plots will be coming faster than the FBI can keep up with them.

Awww... and they worked so hard on their "cool acronym" for the group... probably drank beer and shot their guns into the air to celebrate... got matching tattoos and everything...

Republicans will never claim one iota of responsibility... at best, we can hope it's just another wedge that pushes the Tea Party (and other RW fringe groups) further OUT of the Republican Party and hopefully out of politics altogether.

So far, the feds have been pretty good about monitoring these fringe groups... I'm not going to worry about civil war or worse... for now, anyway.

Culture of life right? Killing an innocent 17 year old girl to protect a stupid, man-child secret. What a bunch of delusional whack-jobs playing Patriot Soldiers.

I hope the file on the death of the wife of the leader is reopened in that it sounds like he was after the insurance money to finance this. It could well be he murdered her.

    1. Yes, I agree. Since he conveniently collected $500K to carry out his plans, it's very possible he killed his wife.

Gryphen, with all due respect, you are still unsure if Republicans will act responsible instead of fomenting a second civil war?

I don't see how any doubts on this question could still remain. What do you think their end goal is??? Why else would they keep up a steady drumbeat that portrays liberals, progressives, and moderates as subhuman, godless, treasonous enemies? Do you really still not know what they have in mind with all this?

And yes, there will very likely be a rash of shootings and violence when Obama is re-elected. We are talking about a subset of people who day after day receive virulent emails from people like Sarah Palin (her PAC) who tell them that if they don't send money RIGHT NOW, Obama will be re-elected and America will never recover.

Got that? Sarah Palin and her ilk are telling stupid violent people that if Obama is elected, America is finished.

So, when he's re-elected, they will honestly believe America is finished. Which will enrage them. Which will drive them to psychotic violence.

    This is intentional.

  12. Last night, Rachel Maddow spelled out in her great style of 'Politics For Dummies' how Romney needs 61% of the white vote in order to win the election, meaning it will be practically impossible for Romney to win in November.

What are the crazies going to do when Pres. Obama wins his second term? If they can't hurt him, will they take it out on other innocent people? Race riots? More mass shootings? Why are they all so invested in these wild conspiracy theories?

I blame FOX News for spreading hate and misinformation.

My first thought is this is another group plotting to "take the country back".

I have a suspicion that the majority of us do not know the extremes of subversive, treasonous, conspiracy driven emails people are deceived are reality.

Would these militias kill those of us who are not on their crazy train of being convinced of the manufactured lies including death panels, taking away guns and cookies, muslim terrorist regime, anti American?

Meanwhile right wing extremists are claiming intercourse is sex void of any context indifferent to rape. I keep thinking of my aunt raped at knife point
by a male stranger half her age who hid in her car. These extremists have no empathy or compassion demanding others live under their dominating rule. Who is seeking to take away freedom of choice?

I wonder what, if any, the statistics show about these morons? I would imagine they've been growing rapidly since President Obama was elected. I know a lot of people disliked President GW Bush, but I don't recall Democrats fomenting hate speech, and few, if any, death threats were spoken of vs. President Bush.

What makes me upset, is where is the outrage from The Republican Party? Their indifference implies support. This speaks volumes, and "Republican" and "Responsible" in the same sentence is an oxymoron.

    Nothing comes from violence.
