Alaska's favorite domestic terrorist is trying to get out of prison again.

Courtesy of the SPLC:

Schaeffer Cox, the imprisoned founder of the Alaska Peacemakers Militia, is petitioning the U.S. Supreme Court to review his 2012 conviction that put him in federal prison for 26 years.

Michael Filopovic, Cox’s federal public defender, recently filed the petition seeking the Supreme Court review partly claiming lower appeals courts have issued conflicting rulings on legal issues raised in the Cox case.

”This case … really concerns the outer limits of liability for conspiracy in the federal courts, particularly with respect to statutes involving conspiracy to murder federal officials or federal agents,” Filipovic told Alaska Public Media.

Specifically, the defense attorney claims, the petition raised the question whether Cox’s talk about murdering government officials, who weren’t specifically identified, posed an actual threat.

Filopovic argues that threats from Cox and his militia group would have been carried out only if the U.S. government implemented martial law, something he claims was highly unlikely.

"Look I was going to kill you if you did this thing, I even bought weapons and made plans for that very reason. But since you didn't do that thing no harm no foul, right?"

Typically I would say that Schaeffer's chances of getting out of prison were about as good as Donald Trump's chances of finding his own penis without a hand mirror and a pair of tweezers.

However we now live in strange times, where the government does not seem to even recognize terrorism if it is carried out by a white guy, and where even a scumbag like Scooter Libby can be pardoned for obstruction of justice and lying to the feds.

So who knows?

Donald Trump's unrelenting attacks on the FBI and American law enforcement is providing aid for terrorists in court.

Courtesy of HuffPo:

Three anti-Muslim militia members, on trial for plotting to slaughter Somali refugees in southwest Kansas, have adopted a defense strategy that could’ve been culled directly from President Donald Trump’s Twitter feed: suggesting that a biased FBI conspired against them in the lead-up to the 2016 election due to their political beliefs.

Curtis Allen, Patrick Stein and Gavin Wright are on trial in connection with their arrest in a FBI domestic terrorism sting just weeks before the 2016 election. Their defense attorneys, in turn, are putting the FBI on trial ― accusing the nation’s premier law enforcement agency of improperly targeting the three men due to their conservative ideology.

It’s common for defense attorneys to suggest their clients were wrongfully singled out by biased law enforcement officials. And to be sure, there’s nothing wrong with healthy skepticism about law enforcement and the FBI.

But the situation here is striking: A U.S. president has taken pains to undermine the FBI (declaring that the bureau’s reputation is “in Tatters—worst in History!”), and defense attorneys for accused terrorists are seeking to capitalize on that reality. This is happening as the president is trying to neuter a special counsel probe that’s already resulted in multiple charges against and guilty pleas from a variety of his associates. The government, meanwhile, will have to deal with jurors primed to believe a conspiracy theory fundamentally at odds with the facts ― namely, that the FBI is a hotbed of liberalism that worked behind the scenes to somehow try to stop Trump’s election.

You know the really troubling part is that Trump and his supporters would probably find nothing wrong with this.

After all these planned attacks were against Muslims, not REAL Americans.

You know, white people.

So it appears that the Austin bombing suspect went out with a bang.

Courtesy of CNN:

A suspect in a wave of bombings that terrorized Austin killed himself with an explosion inside his car as authorities closed in, police in Texas said, ending a manhunt but leaving investigators scrambling to determine whether any bombs remain and if he acted alone.

The 24-year-old man detonated the bomb early Wednesday on the side of Interstate 35 in Round Rock, north of Austin, as SWAT team members approached him, police said.

Investigators believe he is responsible for the five explosions that killed two people and injured five others in Austin or south-central Texas since March 2, authorities said. They also warned a wary public not to let down their guard.

"We don't know where this suspect has spent his last 24 hours, and therefore we still need to remain vigilant to ensure that no other packages or devices have been left throughout the community," Austin Police Chief Brian Manley said.

This was a 24 year old white guy who seemed to be targeting minorities.

And yet when asked about this Sarah Huckabee Sanders refused to identify the bombings as an act of terrorism, and Trump did not bother to mention them until the bomber was dead.
I guess if the suspect is not a brown skinned or a Muslim, he does not qualify as a terrorist, nor do his attacks offer Trump the opportunity to call for a travel ban or a higher wall on the border of Mexico.

By the way Trump is right that the FBI did a great job on this case, and hopefully there is another investigation in which they will have equal success.

Michigan man arrested after threatening to kill CNN employees over "fake news."

Courtesy of CBS 46:

A Michigan man was arrested after an FBI investigation, accused of threatening to travel to Atlanta to commit mass murder at CNN headquarters.

According to federal court documents, the man, from a Detroit suburb, made 22 calls to CNN about a week ago.

It began with claims of "fake news" and ended with threats of violence.

The man told a CNN operator, among other things, "Fake news. I'm coming to gun you all down."

He then called again, saying "I'm smarter than you. More powerful than you. I have more guns than you. More manpower. Your cast is about to get gunned down in a matter of hours."

He continued, "I am coming to Georgia right now to go to the CNN headquarters to f---ing gun every single last one of you."

So I have a question.

If this lunatic had been successful in killing a CNN news reporter, would that have made Donald Trump legally responsible in any way?

I mean the man has been fomenting violence against the media since he first rode down that escalator to announce he was going to run for president.

And since this is sure to terrify people in the Atlanta community is Donald Trump not also inspiring domestic terrorism?

Men accused of plotting to blow up a mosque in Kansas want to make sure that there are trump voters on the jury.

Courtesy of TPM:

Three men accused of plotting to bomb a mosque and apartment complex housing Somali refugees asked a federal judge Friday to include prospective jurors from rural western Kansas because they are twice as likely to have voted for President Donald Trump.

A defense motion argues that plans to only summon citizens in the more urban counties closest to the federal courthouse in Wichita is a discriminatory practice that excludes rural and conservative jurors. The trial begins March 19.

Gavin Wright, Patrick Stein and Curtis Allen are charged with conspiracy to use a weapon of mass destruction and conspiracy against civil rights for allegedly planning to detonate truck bombs in the meatpacking town of Garden City the day after the November 2016 election. Wright also faces a charge of lying to the FBI.

The three men, who were indicted in October 2016, have pleaded not guilty.“This case is uniquely political because much of the anticipated evidence will center around, and was in reaction to, the 2016 Presidential election,” defense attorneys wrote.

They also argued the case will require jurors to weigh whether the alleged conduct constitutes a crime or whether it is constitutionally protected speech and assembly and the right to bear arms.

So to be clear the argument here seems to be that they want Trump voters on the jury because they believe that they are more likely to see a plan to blow up a mosque full of innocent Muslims as not so much an act of terrorism, as a simple use of their 1st and 2nd Amendment rights.

And the truly troubling part is that they are probably not wrong about how those Trump voters will see this.

P.S. Yes you have read about this case before.

White men having trouble economically are more likely to become emotionally attached to their guns and consider using them against the government.

Courtesy of Baylor Media Communications:

White male gun owners who have lost, or fear losing, their economic footing tend to feel morally and emotionally attached to their guns, according to a Baylor University study.

This segment of the population also is most likely to say that violence against the United States government is sometimes justified, reported researchers F. Carson Mencken, Ph.D., and Paul Froese, Ph.D., professors of sociology in Baylor’s College of Arts & Sciences.

“This speaks to the belief in some ‘dark state’ within the government which needs fighting,” Froese said.

“What’s paradoxical is that white male gun owners in the U.S. see themselves as hyper-patriotic, but they are the first to say, ‘If the government impedes me, I have the moral and almost patriotic right to fight back.’”

In contrast, nonwhite gun owners who have faced or may be coping with financially difficult times do not place as much importance on the gun, researchers found. They also are much less likely to approve of violence against the federal government even if they feel high levels of economic stress.

And that my friends is why domestic terrorism is far more concerning than anything that may come at us from a foreign land.

White men, heavily armed, and terrified that they are losing their place of prominence in society, are essentially a powder keg just waiting for a spark to set them off.

They may have believed that by voting Donald Trump into office that they would no longer have to worry about women, minorities, and immigrants negatively impacting their ability to find work, but when they discover that nothing of consequence has changed they may become even more radicalized and potentially dangerous.

Members of a Kansas militia group planned to bomb a mosque.

Source
Courtesy of WRAL:

Three men accused of conspiring to bomb a Kansas mosque and an apartment complex housing Somali refugees also allegedly discussed killing the refugees' white landlord because he rented to Muslims, a move prosecutors say was meant to ensure the attack fully conveyed their anti-Muslim message.

Details of the alleged plot emerged in government filings in advance of an upcoming detention hearing Wednesday for Gavin Wright. His attorney has argued that Wright was unaware his co-defendants intended to actually carry out the attack, portraying him as a lonely man desperate to find friends after moving to Liberal, a city along southwestern Kansas' border with the Oklahoma Panhandle.

But prosecutors countered Wednesday with court filings that include transcripts of profanity-laced recordings that paint a more damning picture of Wright and a splinter group of the militia Kansas Security Force that came to be known as "the Crusaders" — based on the name "Crusaders 2.0" that they gave to themselves on a phone messaging app.

Prosecutors say the defense mischaracterizes the danger Wright presents if freed before trial. They allege that he manufactured and tested the homemade explosives and hosted group meetings at his business, G&G Mobile Home Center, where authorities later found explosives.

So what do we think, Trump supporters?

Oh yes, definitely Trump supporters.

And now that he occupies the White House this can only be the beginning.

Despite having a Nazi sympathizer in the White House the FBI is still investigating about 1,000 cases against white supremacists and other domestic terrorists.

Courtesy of WaPo:

The FBI is conducting about 1,000 investigations of suspected white supremacists or other types of domestic terrorists who might be planning violence, top federal officials told Senate lawmakers Wednesday.

Christopher A. Wray, in his first congressional testimony as FBI director, confirmed that his office has about 1,000 inquiries that people generally categorize as “domestic terrorism’’ — a catchall term often used to describe those motivated to commit violence in furtherance of racist causes.

Sen. Ron Johnson (R-Wis.), chairman of the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee, prompted Wray to confirm the number. FBI officials have previously said they had about 1,000 ongoing investigations in the United States of suspects who may be inspired by the Islamic State terrorist group to commit violence.

Wednesday’s hearing was the first public indication that the FBI is dealing with a similar number of domestic terrorism cases.

“We’re very busy,’’ Wray said. Asked by Johnson if there are any differences in how the FBI handles white supremacist terrorism cases vs. Islamic State terrorism cases, he said there are not, except for the criminal laws that may be applied.

Of course now the question is how long will these investigations be allowed to continue before Trump has his people put a stop to them?

Because as we know these are Trump's people, his base even.

And why would he want them to be investigated?

After all it is awfully difficult to vote in a election while locked in a prison cell.

Convicted domestic terrorist Schaeffer Cox is getting a new sentence hearing.

Courtesy of the Newsminer:

A panel of 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals judges has reversed one of Fairbanks militia leader Francis Schaeffer Cox's convictions but affirmed others.

A six-page unpublished memorandum filed on Tuesday states Cox will get a new sentencing hearing. It's not yet clear whether the decision will affect his total prison sentence of 26 years.

Cox, 34, was a one-time Alaska Legislature candidate and leader of a Fairbanks gun rights organization until his arrest in 2011. He has advocated the "sovereign citizen" ideology that disavows the legitimacy of the U.S. government, although he has rejected the label as a pejorative term in writings from prison.

This week's appeals court ruling came less than two weeks after three appeals court judges heard oral arguments in Cox's case in an Anchorage courtroom.

Cox is serving his sentence at a federal prison in Illinois after an Anchorage jury convicted him in 2012 on charges including conspiracy to murder federal officials, solicitation to murder federal officials and charges of owning illegal weapons.

It is very unlikely that this new sentence will have any significant impact on Schaeffer's prison time.

If you want to learn more about this you can actually read a great new book about the case called "The Blood of Patriots," written by Bill "Dropzone" Fulton and fellow Alaska blogger Jeanne Devon.

I received an early copy and read it a few months back.

It is a gripping tale, full of heretofore unknown details, and after reading it you will want Schaeffer Cox to stay in jail for as long as possible.

(You can order your copy here.)

Two more participants in the Bundy standoff get to walk free.

Steven Stewart taking up a position to get a better shot at Federal agents.
Courtesy of Las Vegas Review Journal:

Jurors acquitted two men of charges that could have sent them to federal prison for decades Tuesday, while reaching a split decision for two others, in a retrial that stemmed from the 2014 armed standoff in Bunkerville.

The four men hugged their attorneys, as about two dozen loyal supporters erupted into cheers from the gallery of a courtroom where they had quietly watched weeks and weeks of testimony.

Montana resident Ricky Lovelien and Idaho resident Steven Stewart were acquitted of all 10 counts they faced and were expected to be released from custody Tuesday night.

Stewart cried and nodded his head along with each “not guilty” U.S. District Judge Gloria Navarro read aloud, while Lovelien showed little more emotion than a grin.

"Cried and nodded his head."

This man took transported weapons across state lines to use against Federal agents who were just trying to do their jobs and enforce the law.

But when he is sitting before a judge, and facing possible punishment for his crimes, he cries like a little bitch?

And they call liberals "snowflakes."

So yet another domestic terrorist gets released back into the community.

Does anybody think for a second that if these men had brown skin and were named Mohammad that they would not now be spending the remainder of their lives in prison?

Alt-Right brags that Trump Administration is "giving them space to destroy."

Courtesy of Daily Kos.
Courtesy of Salon:

“He’s going to give us space to destroy,” Michael Peinovich, the creator of The Right Stuff, an alt-right podcast network said during a Sunday guest appearance on “Fash the Nation,” the movement’s most popular web radio show.

“He’s going to give us space to operate, and frankly, it is space to destroy,” Peinovich continued.

“Now is the time that we have to make hay while the sun shines . . . while these investigations of ‘domestic terrorist groups’ are not being funded by the government, they’re not being pushed by the Department of Homeland Security” argued one of the co-hosts of the program, an anonymous former Republican political staffer who calls himself Jazzhands McFeels.

“We’d probably be facing fucking [racketeering] charges or some shit like that,” Peinovich said, discussing what he believed might have happened if Hillary Clinton had won the 2016 presidential election.

“We have to use these four years to grow into something that can’t be defeated,” Peinovich said, referring to possible future investigations of neo-fascist groups.

Some parts of the Trump administration actively want to encourage the growth of the alt-right, the former Hill staffer “Jazzhands McFeels” said, claiming that Trump’s top strategist Steve Bannon secretly was trying to enable the fringe movement.

“They kind of expect us to be doing this. I’m not saying he’s our guy, but they want — at least Bannon, I would think — wants us to be able to operate in that space. So we should and we are,” he said.

Both podcasters’ statements were met with agreement by guest Richard Spencer, an alt-right editor who operates a series of niche web publications and conferences catering to self-styled racist intellectuals who has since tried to rebrand himself as more of an activist.

You might remember Richard Spencer as a big Trump supporter who claimed that Trump was a white nationalist, whether he admitted it or not.

Whether Trump is as big of a racist as this Alt-Right crowd or not, the fact that he refuses to recognize any terrorism that does not come with a brown face and an Islamic background means it is open season for these clowns.

And that is very dangerous indeed.

White supremacist is arrested after planning to attack a South Carolina synagogue "in the spirit of Dylann Roof."

Dylann Roof
Courtesy of the Daily Beast:

A white supremacist planned a terror attack “in the spirit of Dylann Roof” on a South Carolina synagogue, the FBI alleges.

Benjamin Thomas Samuel McDowell, 29, of Conway, South Carolina was arrested Wednesday for allegedly attempting to buy a gun from an undercover agent posing as a hitman for the Aryan Nations. McDowell is a convicted felon and legally prohibited from buying firearms. McDowell allegedly sought the weapon after spending the past month writing Facebook posts about murdering Jews and praising Roof, who was convicted of murdering nine black churchogers in Charleston in June 2016.

According to an FBI affidavit filed Thursday, McDowell’s internet activity suggested that he set his sights on the Temple Emanu-El, a conservative synagogue in Myrtle Beach.According to the FBI, McDowell elaborated on his preferred form of “action” on Facebook.

........

“Dylann roof did what these tattoos wearing so badass is supposed to be doing they don't give f*** about their white race,” he wrote on January 5. “All they wanne do is stay loaded on drugs the Jews put here to destory white man and they feast on the drugs. they should be Feasting on the enemy that stole their Heritage and their bloodline and trying to run us off of this Earth you can post pictures off****** Viking and swords all the s*** you want to post if you ain't got the heart to fight for Yahweh like dylann roof did you need to shut the f******up damn right I'm pissed off when I see a f******white young and disable beat him to death before f******n****** and white people running:their f******mouth not doing nothing!!!!!! !damn right I'm pissed off'.”

.......

"I seen what Dylann Roof did and in my heart I reckon I got a little bit of hatred and I … I want to do that shit. Like, I got desire ... not for nobody else … it just... I want something where I can say, 'I fucking did that' ... me personally ... If l could do something on a fucking big scale and write on the fucking building or whatever, 'In the spirit of Dylann Roof."'

As terrifying as this is I think it is just the beginning.

With one of their own occupying the White House these racist pieces of shit are feeling more empowered than ever.

White supremacists: "Trump is setting us free." Well isn't that special.

Courtesy of Think Progress:

Online neo-Nazi and white supremacist forums have been unmistakably jubilant lately, as web chatter moved from celebrating President Donald Trump’s electoral victory to celebrating individual cabinet appointments and policy proposals.

On Thursday, internet racists celebrated another perceived victory: Reports that President Trump will soon remove white nationalist groups from a federal effort to study and neutralize extremist radicalization, and rebrand the program to focus solely on groups associating themselves with Islam.

News of Trump’s plan to reverse that symbolic recognition of right-wing threats prompted a wave of celebration in white nationalist circles.

“Donald Trump wants to remove us from undue federal scrutiny by removing ‘white supremacists’ from the definition of ‘extremism,’” the founder and editor of the neo-Nazi website The Daily Stormer (which takes its name from a Nazi propaganda publication) wrote in a post on the site. “Yes, this is real life. Our memes are all real life. Donald Trump is setting us free.”

Interesting that the two groups most pleased with the election of Donald Trump are the Russians and the White Supremacists, don't you think?

The Bundy boys stamp their feet and refuse to show up for court appearance.

Courtesy of Oregon Live:

Two sons of Nevada cattleman Cliven Bundy refused to attend, and several co-defendants shouted an oath of defiance at the end of a Friday court appearance for 17 men accused of conspiring and taking up arms against federal agents near the Bundy ranch in Nevada in April 2014.

U.S. Magistrate Judge Peggy Leen decided not to order marshals to bring Ammon and Ryan Bundy to court by force, so the two Bundy sons remained in a nearby holding cell. Marshals were instructed to provide a speaker so they could hear audio of the court proceedings.

Another defendant, Peter Santilli, blurted out that the Bundy brothers didn't want to be shackled. Leen admonished Santilli that he didn't get to speak on their behalf.

So began a contentious three-hour hearing during which the judge didn't make immediate rulings on a range of arguments, including the government's request to have three trials and defendants' requests to be tried together or in groups of their choosing.

Kind of hard to blame the Bundys.

After all they were already found not guilty of conspiring against the government, so they probably figure they will soon be walking out of prison scot-free.

Besides let's face it once Donald Trump is sworn in he will probably not only give them amnesty, but he will probably give them both cabinet positions.

The domestic terrorists who took over the wildlife refuge in Oregon are totally pissy that they might be on a terrorist watch list.

Jon Ritzheimer, claims he is not a terrorist. Uh huh.
Courtesy of Oregon Live:

Some Malheur National Wildlife Refuge occupiers appear to have jumped from one conflict with the federal government straight into another: At least three claim to now be in a federal database of known or suspected terrorists.

Jason Blomgren, 42, Jon Ritzheimer, 33, and Jeff Banta, 47, believe they're on the terrorist watch list, created in the wake of the 9/11 attacks to track people who could be a threat to national security.

All three said federal airport agents have pulled them out of regular screening lines to pat them down and question them when they've tried to fly. Ritzheimer also said he got extra scrutiny when police stopped him for a minor traffic accident.

They said their boarding passes get marked with "SSSS," widely acknowledged among civil rights attorneys as the U.S. Transportation Safety Administration's notice to give somebody special screening at the airport. Any law enforcement official checking Blomgren's criminal history could see a warning to approach him with caution because he may be a member of a terrorist organization.

What the hell is this country coming to when armed men can't take over a government facility without finding themselves labeled as terrorists and treated as if they might be dangerous?

But hey, I think that these pinheads can look forward to some good news on that front.

I have a feeling that the Trump Administration is going to turn a blind eye to any domestic terrorism without links to Islam.

I imagine that the new motto for law enforcement when it comes to terrorism will be, "If they brown, take cover on the ground. But if they white, they alright."

Yep good news for them, not such goods news for all of us.

Joe "I won't pay no freaking child support" Walsh just threatened to go all 1776 if Trump loses.

Courtesy of Think Progress:

Joe Walsh, who was a United States congressman from 2011 until 2013, declared on Wednesday afternoon that he will take up arms if Donald Trump is not elected to the presidency.

Walsh, a man who at one point had the power to help write the laws of the United States, has a history of making violent threats against his political enemies. Last July, for example, Walsh tweeted — and then promptly deleted — a declaration of war against “black lives matter punks.”

I think it's funny that Walsh is threatening to brandish a musket in his bid to "take up arms."

After all even mall cops are more heavily armed than that.

But do you know who probably will not find that funny?

The FBI:

An anti-Trump group has filed a domestic terrorism complaint with the FBI against former Congressman Joe Walsh over a tweet that seems to call for violence if Donald Trump loses the presidential election.

And that's when shit gets real.

Word then got back to Walsh. Take a look at this fancy backpedaling:

“I’m not talking about inciting violence. I’m saying, ‘If Trump loses, man, game on, grab your musket. We’re going to protest. We’re going to boycott. We’re going to picket. We’re going to march on Washington. We’re going to stop paying taxes. We’re going to practice civil disobedience.’ Whatever it takes,” Walsh explained.

“What the heck! A musket! … For the life of me, it’s like the left … has no sense of humor,” Walsh said. “I mean, a musket, what damage could a musket do? What if i had said grab your slingshot?”

Walsh continued to argue that a musket was benign compared with modern weaponry.

“If I wanted to get booted off Twitter or Facebook I would have said, ‘Grab your gun and follow me to D.C.!’ But ‘grab your musket’? … I’m talking metaphorically,” said Walsh. “We have to do what we have to do. We have to practice civil disobedience to get this country back.”

I don't speak Right Wing scumbag, but since when is a "musket" a metaphor for a protest?

Can you believe this guy was once a Congressman?

Trio of sovereign citizens were planing a terrorist attack the day after the election. But no need to panic, they weren't Muslims or anything.

Courtesy of KWCH:

Acting U.S. Attorney Tom Beall says Curtis Allen, 49, Gavin Wright, 51, and Patrick Stein were all charged with domestic terrorism.

Beall said the three were planning to bomb an apartment complex and mosque in Garden City occupied by a Muslim community of about 120 Somali refugees.

Beall said the men planned to carry out the attack on Nov. 9, the day after Election Day.

He said the men stockpiled a large cache of firearms, and ammunition. Beall said the men planned to park vehicles full of explosives at all four corners of the Garden City apartment complex.

The men said they wanted to "wake people up".

Apparently these three considered themselves sovereign citizens and belonged to a militia group called "The Crusaders."

Catchy name don't you think?

Gee firearms, bombs, a coordinated attack on innocent people, if these were Islamic jihadists this would really be terrifying and worthy of media attention.

But it's just a bunch of white dudes so clearly Fox News has more important things to cover.

Associate of Bundy militia member caught trying to blow up Bureau of Land Management office in Arizona.

Source
Courtesy of The Salt Lake Tribune:

Federal prosecutors say a Tooele County man placed a pipe bomb against the door of a BLM cabin and pushed the button on a remote detonator multiple times, with no result.

His mistake? He'd unwittingly assigned an undercover FBI agent to build the bomb.

William Keebler, 57, of Stockton, was arrested early Wednesday morning in Nephi and appeared Thursday in U.S. District Court, charged by federal prosecutors with attempting to blow up federal property at an Arizona Strip BLM facility that he had allegedly scouted with Robert LaVoy Finicum.

If you think the name Robert LaVoy Finicum sounds familiar that's because he was the guy from the Bundy standoff that got his ass shot to pieces by the FBI because he pulled out a gun after a traffic stop.

And clearly his buddy's critical thinking skills are just as sharp.

If convicted this Keebler guy faces between five to twenty years in federal prison.

Hey maybe he and Randy Bundy can share a bunk?

Seems cozy in a Brokeback Mountain sort of way.

Here's what gets me.

These guys are not trying to blow up the CIA, the FBI, the IRS, or even the NSA.

No they have their tits in a wringer over the freaking BLM, which for most people is one of the most innocuous federal agencies that you can imagine.

It's kind of like being angry at the Church of Latter Day Saints, and deciding that to get even you're going to push one of those folks from the Mormon Tabernacle Choir out in front of a moving car.

It just seems pathetic.

The guy who shot and killed three people and injured nine others in the Colorado Planned Parenthood clinic actually tried to blow the place up as well.

Courtesy of the Washington Post:

The man accused of killing three people and injuring nine others during a shooting rampage at a Planned Parenthood clinic in Colorado last year told police he unsuccessfully tried to set off an explosion during this siege, according to authorities.

Detectives said that Robert Lewis Dear Jr., who has been held without bond since the November shooting, told them he brought propane tanks to the Colorado Springs clinic thinking that they would blow up when he shot them. Dear did shoot them, but the explosion never happened, police said.

This was one of several details included in a set of documents released Monday by a Colorado court. These documents — an arrest report and a set of search warrants — offer a new account of how the shooting spree unfolded. They also provide a glimpse at Dear’s state of mind, describing how he told detectives that he expected to go to heaven and “be met by all the aborted fetuses at the gates of heaven and they would thank him.”

I think expecting to be thanked by a bunch of fetuses is a pretty good indicator of mental illness.

You know if this guy were inspired by ISIS we would be going after the individuals who inspired him to commit his act of terror and taking them out.

So with that in mind just when will the Feds lock this little prick up and throw away the key?

David Daleiden the guy behind the doctored videos attacking Planned Parenthood.

Ohio sovereign citizen blows off both hands making bomb in kitchen.

Courtesy of Crooks and Liars:

Alphonso D. Mobley Jr. was allegedly building a bomb with a powerful, but unstable explosive that he was cooking in the kitchen of a vacant Columbus, Ohio house when it detonated, blowing off both hands.

Despite his injuries, the 26 year-old man was charged yesterday with possession and manufacture of a dangerous ordnance alongside 21 year-old Roberto M. Innis Jr.

Uninjured in the Tuesday morning blast, Innis called emergency services to the scene and later allegedly confessed to helping manufacture a dangerous ordnance.

Triacetone triperoxide, better known as TATP, is an old, but powerful explosive used by suicide bombers in the Paris attacks last year. Long known to extremists as ‘the mother of Satan,' it is easily set off by friction, static electricity, or flame.

While there is no word yet on where Mobley learned to make the compound, neighbors tell 10TV that both are ‘sovereign citizens,' a category that the FBI and other law enforcement agencies consider at least as dangerous as Islamic terrorists.

Of course as we know this is not a REAL terrorist because he is not an "Islamic terrorist" and that is the only kind that we are supposed to fear.

Of course in reality this is the more dangerous variety of terrorist, a domestic terrorist who lives, looks, and worships like the majority of Americans.

He could be your neighbor, your workmate, or even your family member.

And yet we are rarely warned to watch out for them because they are not the type of terrorist that justifies beefing up our military or spending millions on Homeland Security.
