OT: Here is a great visual representation of how the country voted. The one that shows Alaska as compared to the rest of the country is interesting.

Don't need no education, all you need is common sense gutteral instincts. Rape the earth and shoot em all and have God sort em out. We all's gonna meet Jesus in our lifetime anyway so we might as well dance.

Before the Texas bashing starts, let me say that not all Texans are wing nuts. These idiots are just trying to get their 15 minutes. Plus with all the lies and manipulation going on over at Fox News, these dumb asses don't stand a chance. I really think Fox News puts out subliminal messages and has brain washed their viewers.

I was born and raised in Texas and live in Alabama these people are CRAZY. I live in Huntsville and almost all jobs here are dependent on Army or NASA and their contractors and sub contractors. If people want to leave America go away and leave us alone. Renounce your citizenship and do not come back.

Pretty frightening when you consider that Texas sets the standard for textbooks. Yikes! However, the sign fits in perfectly with their dumbshit governor.

Anon at 9:18 is right. This is changing because many text books are no longer printed on dead trees and therefore can be easily updated digitally and sent to students from anywhere.

Remember that Texas schoolboards determine what is in the schoolbooks for the entire country... and they are proud of their willful ignorance and total lack of curiosity.

Lawrence O’Donnell Tears Into McCain And Lindsay Graham For McCarthy-Like Opposition To Susan Rice

O’Donnell accused McCain and Graham of supporting Condoleezza Rice despite knowing she lied about Iraq. O’Donnell highlighted Graham’s justification for supporting one Rice but not the other: the United States wasn’t the only country that thought Iraq had WMDs. Thus, O’Donnell coined the Graham Rule:

“It’s okay for highly placed foreign policy players in an administration to be wrong about something they say on TV involving intelligence, as long as other people are wrong too, especially people in other countries.”

To the tune of Battle Hymn of the Republic:

"Battleground States Hymn of the Republic"

Mine eyes have seen the glory of the coming of Obama
He is trampling out the right-wing where obstructionists are stored
He's the target of hateful slashing from Fox's terrible faux sword
But the truth is marching on....

    Glory, glory, Hallelujah
Obama got that bin Laden mullah,
    Glory, glory, Hallelujah
    Obama marches on...

Obama's in the trenches with the GOP circling camp
They are trying to tie him to the general's brunette tramp
The right-wing smells a coverup so they begin their usual spin
They just can't accept the fact that Mitt Romney didn't win

    Glory, glory, Hallelujah
He never met the twins from Tampa
    Glory, glory, Hallelujah!
    Obama marches on..

They are writing in petitions so some states can secede
They will bash the gays, praise Jesus and continue to inbreed
Obama sounds the trumpet that shall never call retreat
He went forth throughout the land and earned his seat (take that, Clint Eastwood!)

    Glory, glory, Hallelujah
He kicked conservatives to the curb-a
    Glory, glory, Hallelujah,
    Obama marches on...

I have never in my any years( not telling my age) seen so much whining after an election.
As for Texas seceding ( see some of us can spell it)
    It's never going to happen.
Texas will go BLUE next election and that's whats got the baggers upset. But there are many republicans that are intelligent enough to know that Texas cannot stand alone.
