I cannot believe that this idiot refuses to recognize that what MHP was saying is that children are not possessions, they are responsibilities. And that the responsibility for nurturing them, protecting, them and educating them does not simply fall on the parent.
And to answer Palins' question, "Hell NO you can't take our children hunting or riding in a pickup with you! You are an insane person!"

Sarah, my kids already know how to hunt, thanks to their scout troops (read "community"). They already go to church and help out in our Sunday school (read: "community"). Next week, when's school's on vacation, they're going to Mississippi to help build a house for Habitat for Humanity (read "community"). I'll be busy working on the School Board, figuring out our budget for next year (read "community"). Sorry, can't write any more at the moment -- my daughter's busy baking for the Habitat bake sale tomorrow, and she needs a few pointers.

This is Sarah's protest against the sense of community that Melissa Harris Perry spoke about, that we look after each other because we are all part of the same community. Track was sent off on that kind of communal thing. In protecting our interests, Track is part of a group serving the Community of the United States of America.
Sarah thinks that she is sticking to gun control people, atheists, and people who drive fuel efficient cars. She really is rubbing their faces in her sarcasm. What she is reminding us is that when she filmed a hunting scene for her TV show, her father had to load her rifle. She waved it around while it was loaded. She couldn't hit the caribou. No, Sarah, that's not a good memory of your hunting skills. (Does it kick, Daddy?)
We've seen the photos where Sarah's kids don't wear seat belts in cars and trucks. We've heard Tripp swear. We watched Tripp play with lit candles. Sarah's kids have broken into empty houses and vandalized school buses. I've seen photos of Trig being shown off to a crowd in the middle of a cold night, wearing nothing but a shirt and a diaper. Given Sarah's frequent absences from her home, I wouldn't let my kids go anywhere near the place. I don't want to take care of Sarah's kids, and I don't want her anywhere near mine.
Did she really call Chuckles "Daddy?" An almost 50 y o grandmother calling her father "daddy" in public? That is creepy, and puerile (watch $carah use that word as soon as she has Piper google it up to see what it means.)

If a fire broke out, and people were suffering with smoke inhalation and burns, Sarah would sit there preaching to them about the Constitution and their rights. If a tornado swept through her neighborhood, she'd be run to be the center of attention, barking insults at the government, while people were still covered with debris; if a famine hit the land, she'd bring a plate of cookies with a world-reknown evangelist and a camera crew. If there was an earthquake in AK, she'd be the first one to fly down to AZ. If her C4P fans were unfairly accused of scamming the public, Sarah would be no where to be seen, and would deny she ever knew them.
I've never seen her actually do something for anyone. Was she at her mom's bedside when her mom had hip replacement surgery? Did she bring her home and look after her? Did she ever personally take care of another human being? She talks and talks and talks about it, then expects others to do it. And when liberals do it, she complains. Very sad sad woman.

If people didn't save enough for their old age, they depended on their family, and maybe their church helped out, too. Social security was put in place to make sure that as people retired, they would have a means of support. People paid into the system while they were working, providing the income for an older generation. Your parents are enjoying their retirement because of medicare and social security-- two examples of other people paying into a system that is a benefit to them. It means that the community is taking care of your parents.
Dear Sarah Palin, If you think that the spirit of community that Melissa Harris Perry speaks about is bunk, then I suggest that you convince Chuck and Sally Heath to renounce their socialist social security and their socialist medicare. You have plenty of money. You should take care of your parents. There is no reason for any of us to contribute to their support and well being-- that's your job. You don't have to look after my kids, and I don't want to have to pay for your kids' education, health care or future retirement. Put them all on your tab. You take care of them!

A fun day after church was the kids hop in the old car and go to the community dump. And maybe go for an ice cream after, if it was summer. Yep, I guess no one is an American like Sarah.

Not much longer and Palin will have to enter an in-patient drug and alcohol treatment facility for her own good and the good of her family. She's sick and we shouldn't laugh at her any more. Rush already did it and it didn't work for him, but she must try.
