Good night my IM friends.
Yep, that's my home. Pretty awesome right?
Get some sleep folks, there is a whole lot more craziness coming our way tomorrow.
I lived in AK/Juneau up on the hill at the top of Evergreen for a long while in 1978 (MANY good stories). 129 steps up to the house from the street. Silly me, I brought my bicycle for easy transpo. Not so much. I brought my brandy-new Nikon to capture what I was seeing. I finally just stopped taking pics as whatever I shot looked like a post card. It is that beautiful. How do you show an iceberg calf floating nearby and an eagle dropping out of the sky to perch on it just for me?
Thanks for taking me back. And thanks for helping to move us forward. Constant vigilance is exhausting...thanks to you for your focus, your stamina, and your commitment.
Stella from MN Soon to a Michelle-Bachmann-free state.
How beautiful! Wish Alaska would get its act together and clean up the Palin scum so that I could come visit. As long as Todd the pimp and his associates are allowed to operate I will not spend a penny of my tourist money there.
Does anyone know where Willow was Labor Day? I just read in USA Today that a group of 300 teens broke into Brian Holloway's (ex NE Pat) home near Albany NY and did massive damage. Sound familiar?
Absolutely beautiful.

Beautiful pic! Makes me almost miss Alaska. But that looks suspiciously like termination dust which I heard arrived this week, so no fooling me.
