RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned that Johnston has dragged Palin back into court in Alaska in a bid to get more time with their five-year-old son, Tripp, and to curb Palin’s repeated trips out of state with the boy.
“I was never EVER ok with u taking my son anywhere or put[ting him] on your tv show,” Johnston snaps in bitter text messages submitted as evidence in the case, and only Radar has all the details.
Radar also finally learned that there has never been a legal custody agreement between Levi and Bristol, and that all of this time he has been at her mercy as to when, and for how long he could see Tripp. (Just another way that he was screwed over by Rex and Tank.)
Instead of having a solid visitation agreement, Bristol just up and took Tripp whenever she wanted to, and often this came as a surprise to Levi:
“Hey I thought our flight left tomorrow, but it leaves midnight tonight,” a supposed text from Palin sent January 6, 2014, reads.
“When does my son get back?” Johnston’s response reads. “I told u … There is not chance you are taking him there for another 3 months. TRIPP wants and needs his father, Bristol. U need to let him stay with me or fly him back up to me when I’m back from work. That’s completely reasonable.”
“Look Levi, bfeore sunny got involved in this, you were fine with me being in school,” Palin snapped back in the alleged text. “Tripp is enrolled in school in AZ and will be back when I’m done with training.”
Johnston insisted, “Tripp needs to be in Alaska. We’re [sic] the rest of his family is. How can u be so selfish and no I was never EVER ok with u taking my son anywhere or put on your TV show. It’s all crap. He deserves more then [sic] that. He needs his dad and my family just as much as yours. And more importantly. Tripp needs stability and a routine and sports. And all that. I really hope and pray u put 2 and 2 together one day. It’s not right. Or fair to our son.”
“Go ahead and ask him if he want to stay with dad or go with u,” he taunted. “Bet he says dad. Just saying Bristol. Tripps old enough to tell u what he wants now.”
I have been told that Levi often did not even realize that Tripp was out of town until days after he left.
I remember that Sadie would complain bitterly that there would be agreed upon visitations, often around holidays and birthdays, and then at the last minute Bristol would simply cancel, without bothering to give a reason.
Hopefully this time there will be an actual agreement that will protect Levi and his parental rights, and introduce some stability into the child's life.
Which by the way is more than Bristol apparently ever had.
This looks good in Levi's favor, but I got a bad feeling the judge will side with Barstool. This is Alaska. There are two types of justices there. Just ask Sherry Johnston and Diana Palin.

Not responding in any way regarding the Palins, but your notion that trade schools are beneath college education is elitist and snobby and simply wrong. If I could go back I think I would skip yrs wasted in college and go to a technical trade school for electrician or hvac or similar and start my own business. I know plenty of smart people who have gone that route and built very successful companies making way more money than I do with my college education and professional license.

Palin/Heaths are just a screwed up bunch. For three generations these "good christian women" have become knocked up prior to marriage. Sarah's sisters have had one or more divorces each and her brother knocked up a teacher half his age while he was married to another woman and now it has cost him his teaching job! Sarah had affairs outside of her marriage; both she and Todd Palin committed adultery multiple times.

There are some disadvantages to getting your boyfriend to impregnate you while you are both still in High School. The main disadvantage is being tied to whatever podunk town you currently live in for the next 18 years. In any custody situation, you can leave but you can't take the kids away from the other parent. I know that Bristol has been immune to all the other disadvantages but I hope the judge nails her for violating the custody order.

DeleteTo be a real estate agent, one must pass a licensing test that requires knowledge of state and local laws, the terms of escrow,etc. The agent also must have a commitment to work on weekends or in the evening, when clients are available.
So, which, if any of these attributes apply to Bristol, who dropped out of high school because it was too hard or because she had to do academic work that was beyond her capacity.
Training for a "pink collar" job simply isn't in the same league. This is not to denigrate in the slightest those who do these jobs; as my grandmother taught us, "A man is worthy of his hire."
Nonetheless, having expressed an interest in real estate or nursing, Bristol backed away from the hard work it would take to be qualified in either field.
None of the Palins have advanced training, education, or certification, so she had no role models in her life.
She should effing grow UP and be grateful that Sunny takes such interest in Tripp's well-being. Many wives resent the hell out of kids born of another woman. In this messed up world we live in today, the more love and guidance the better for kids!

DeleteJust because there is a legal document doesn't mean the Palin's will honor it. They'll just violate it, then pay the fine or promise to be good or whatever. Levi will be stuck paying court costs to go back and fight to enforce the agreement. Typical Palin behavior. If they can't get their way any other means they will make sure to drain Levi of all the money they can, if not directly (as in that joke of child support) then by making him pay court costs over and over every time he has to haul them to court for violating the agreement.

Look at that photo of him w/Levi. He ALWAYS looks so easy, natural and happier when w/his Dad. And, he looks like a brat when in photos placed out to the public by Bristol! Wonder how many tears and temper tantrums he has displayed and shed when he's been flown out of Alaska thinking he was going to get to spend Christmas w/Levi and his family?
I'll bet the kid detests Bristol. If not now, he will as a teenager after having read and seen all that has been made public about him by his bitch of a mother and bitch of a grandmother (Bristol and Sarah)!

Remember, also too, Bristol is only putting out the "good" pictures. He is clearly not a happy child with her and, frankly, she doesn't look, in photos, all that pleased to be with him. He looks relaxed and happy with Levi.

There was no reason for her to take him to Arizona except for her own advantage.
I guess, by splitting up her Arizona residency into two calendar years she'll still qualify for that socialist oil payment from the state?

My brother's child was raised in "the valley". He's getting a full ride to Brown. Not everyone in the valley is a dumbass, but there sure are a lot of lazy white trash folks that are happy with their EBT cards, WIC and Welfare and don't even bother to try. We have a lot of poor genetic material that makes its way to Alaska, thats the only thing I can find to explain it because I know a lot of successful people that grew up here, in even smaller towns than Palmer or Wasilla.

DeleteTrying to coach Tripp will most likely fail. If the Palins were smart (they aren't) they wouldn't try to coach him. The judge can probably easily detect children that have been coached, unless they are pathological and accomplished liars. I don't think Tripp is either.

Bristol is such a good mother she is spending all her time with Tripp. Cooking for him nutritional meals, making sure he gets to sleep in his own bed on time, supervising play with his friends, taking him to lessons and school. On top of all that she works her job and she is preparing for court custody hearings.

DeleteTruth is, Bristol was reared in a situation where she and her siblings were used as prods, prises, attention-garnerers, etc, and had/have little other apparent value, at least to their mother. Bristol has learned her lesson well, and Tripp won't benefit any more than she did. She has not a clue what a good parent actually does (and less interest in learning if it requires a change of her). If she were bright or had any real interest in the child, she'd see that, but she just carries on as did Mama Palin, and tries to cheat, lie, blame, etc, her way out of her child-rearing shortcomings--anything but buck up and learn how to help the child to a better life and everything to keep him locked in the sick system. I wouldn't trust a puppy to her, much less a child.

ReplyDeleteI really think there is room to argue whether Bristol is a fit parent for her son. Any mother that has a bunch of men in her life she is calling 'trial daddies" will not be looked upon by a judge as being a good mother. That one episode of that awful TV show when she kicked some poor guy to the curb in the middle of nowhere and told her son she would find him a new daddy will not be viewed favorably by any judge. Certainly she was not thinking about the attachment her little boy had to that man when she unceremoniously threw him out of her car.
In addition, judges do not like it when a parent makes disparaging remarks about the other parent. Bristol has very publicly said some pretty rotten things about this child's father. Levi has had the sense to keep his mouth shut and has not made a fool of himself on reality TV.
Bristol might realize, a little too late, that the judge doesn't give a crap about her or her family. The judge will do what he thinks is in the best interest of the child. And children do better with structure and routine. They do not do well when they are hauled all over the country just to spite the child's father. And the fact that Levi has probably saved every text and every email will not bode well for Bristol.
We will see what justice in Alaska looks like soon enough.
Disparaging words are bad enough. How many parents take a rifle and shoot the face of the child's other parent in effigy? I swear I remember Tripp was there at the scene but seeing it in his "memory album" is destructive for a child. When I was older than Tripp, I could not bare when cartoon characters where harmed. Children don't see differances like adults. If that was me I would have experienced my mother gleefully killing my father. That is how it would feel. Adults may think that ridiculous but I remember to this day how deep those things can be for a child. If Tripp was there at the scene of Bristol's killing enactment for her own satisfaction or if he saw it later on the big screen, I do not see how that could be anything but a severely scaring trauma. He may black it out, but it is deep inside of Tripp.

Christian right people like Bristol who "choose life" regardless of the consequences end up in a position just like this with a kid that won't ever be normal because both parents were too young to handle the responsibility. If kids this age decide to procreate and actually give birth to the baby the best thing is to give it up to a loving older family, one who may not be able to have children, and let it have a normal life, unlike poor Tripp.

Mmmmm... I would FAR rather see people too young to parent use birth control and at least CONSIDER terminating an unplanned pregnancy. Adoption is no cure-all--it's a multibillion-dollar industry in the U.S., and the only folks who get what they say they want are the adoptive parents who want a healthy white newborn.
DeleteNo child wants to be separated from its biomom. Humans are programmed to suffer, as many adoptees and most first mothers do.
People who want to adopt should look first at foster care. There are some wonderful instances in which both a pregnant teen AND her child have been fostered, as the mother learns parenting skills and continues her education.
Unfortunately, in American money rules adoption. It's more complicated than just "talk 'em into relinquishing." Before I get off my hobbyhorse, I'll add that the greatest tragedy is that Bri$tol had no adult models from whom to learn proper parenting.
As a single mother of a now adult child, I would like to see the judge address Levi's unrealistic back child support. Good lord why would any judge have allowed this. Yes he did make some big money at one time, but now is just working a regular job and the whole world knew the money train wasn't going to last for him.

ReplyDeleteI hope Levi has a good lawyer, sets his child support to a more reasonable amount, and makes Bristol pay (if she made more than Levi over the years) , The tide is turning in courts, they used to favor the mother in almost every case, but now they're focused on what's good for the kid. Sarah's FB, Bristols FB, reality show failures and Blog are chock full of cray cray that can really effect a child negatively for life. Melissa and Joan gave her excellent advice and she was too laaaaaazzzzzyy to keep a routine for Tripp.

Did she ask Tripp if he wanted to be on her awful reality tv shows? she used her own kid for her own gain and that is the most damning thing a Mother can do. She did this knowing how awful his behavior is thus exposing her own child to ridicule, frankly calling his behavior obnoxious is putting it mildly. The public saw a child curse, hit, kick and scream "I hate you!" so therefore was labeled a spoiled brat and people saying that he needed discipline badly, which was and is true.

It almost amounts to child abuse and let's hope the courts pay close attention to all those videos of it! I doubt Bristol Palin would be interested in understanding effects and harm done to her child for her choices including canceling visitation on holidays and special days without arranging for a make up visit. ReplyDeleteI hope the myth that Bristol struggled financially working full time as the office manager at the dermatology office for years is exposed too. My experience with chronic liars is that exposing them incites revenge in them instead of to cease lying because of the consequences. Maybe Tripp was presented as a difficult child to manipulate false sympThy for Bristol or simply to make money using him as a bad character. These situations are sick and damaging to many and serve only one person's sick needs.
