An image guaranteed to make Bernie Bro heads explode.

The guy that the Sanders' campaign wants kicked off of the DNC convention rules committee endorsing the woman that they simply want to fall off the edge of the earth.

Oh yeah, this is going to leave a mark.

  1. Well, a lot of Hillary supporters would like DWS to drop off the face of the Earth as well. I'm one. Frank's endorsement frankly mystifies me too.

Unlike Sanders, Barney Frank and Debbie Wasserman-Schultz get things done. Barney Frank was on Hardball last night along with Jeff Weaver of Sanders' campaign.

Chris Matthews asked Weaver why won't Trump release his tax returns. Weaver said Trump is hiding something. Chris then asks Weaver what is Bernie Sanders hiding by not releasing his. Must see TV folks. Youbetcxha

    1. Yea, DWS needs to go. Her strong support for the payday lenders is granting permission for those lenders to keep on financially abusing the ordinary citizen. Their compunding interest rates & fees are shameful & puts people in difficult positions of trying to pay it off.

      We need a true liberal.

That says a lot that Frank is supporting her. I wonder if, like Hillary, a lot of the press about WS is BS. Whenever Chuckles Toad sits there and looks serious and says, "and the unfavorables for Clinton are..." I just groan. Wait until she's the nominees, and people start listening TO her instead of hearing ABOUT her from the pundit class.

Ummm No not really. Don't like either one of them, due to their love of money in politics. One is already a rich lobbyist, and the other one will be.
Neither one of them cares to make policies/laws to help out Americans working 60-hr work week, living paycheck to paycheck---Payday Loans, anybody?

Bernie Sanders supposedly changed political parties from Independent to the Democratic Party. He sure has created a lot of hate and problems for the Democratic Party.

Sad, how people don't seem to be aware of the Dodd-Frank Act and all that Barney worked at for consumers/citizens while in the House.

I have been thrilled to see Barney back on TV this week, too, cutting through the BS and speaking, like always, in straight terms (no pun intended!) to us.

Bernie Sanders is one of many who want to see DWS gone. And Barney Frank, who now sits on Signature Bank board and his opinion on financial regulation has now changed dramatically and now talks out of both sides of his mouth? Nobody's heads are explodng - we're just rolling our eyes. Politics as usual.

Follow Al Giordano (the journalist, as there are 2 guys in the news with that name). Giordano is leading the search to replace Bernie and will run himself if no better candidate emerges. He's run 27 campaigns, knows Bernie, and did a ton of work in VT. So many Democrats across the country are going to donate & work for Al; he knows VT politics well, too. He trains young activists and journalists, and will also run a progressive activists academy in VT as part of his run. His website: authenticjournalism.com.

The same DWS who supports Payday loans that charge her Florida constituents an interest rate of 300%? And who do the Payday loans prey on? The poor and under or unemployed. Where does Barney Frank stand on those financial regulations? I say send both Debbie and Barney packing!

    @5:44 Good comment.

@6:20 The Dodd-Frank bill isn't strong enough to curb the banking excesses and fraud that occurred since the Republicans and New Democrats deregulated banking, with the last fire wall between investment and commercial banks removed in 1999 when Bill Clinton signed the repeal of the Glass-Steagall Act (also called the Banking Act of 1933 passed by Congress in 1933, it bars commercial banks from engaging in the investment business. “It was enacted as an emergency response to the failure of nearly 5,000 banks during the Great Depression.")

The repeal of Glass Steagall led to casino gambling by banks with our money-- Wall St. and the shadow banking industry committing fraud and speculation with the rating houses pulled into the charade that crashed the world economy in 2008. This is still going on with derivatives and other unregulated transactions and the rating houses like Standard and Poor's unscathed by their fraud. In short, we could have another collapse of our economic system because the practices that brought it about are ongoing.

The economic plans and reforms that Hillary and Obama and status quo politicians, like Frank, endorsed were and are too weak to prevent another financial crisis because instead of making needed systemic changes they essentially leave the financial sector as is, with only a few “tweaks.” For example, Hillary is not for re-instituting Glass-Steagall, a law that from 1933 kept our financial system from crashing as it did in 1929 and 2008.

It also led to Hillary having a shit-load of Wall Street cash for her campaign to be the Senator from Wall Street. Ya think maybe Bill might have seen that coming?

Of course, the New Democrats were always working with/for Wall St.

Fakegoddammit, Gryphen ~ Why can't you use your hate towards the real enemy: Drumpf?

My heart would be broken if Bernie dropped out before the convention; but i will live with his decision. You know in your heart of hearts that Bernie will eventually capitulate and throw his support behind Hillary or Joe Biden, or whomsoever is the Democratic candidate.

“Debbie Wasserman Schultz has played a critical role over the past several years in the massive Republican gains we have achieved at the state level, in the U.S. House of Representatives, and in the U.S. Senate. Wasserman Schultz’s leadership has also been a catalyst for the emerging civil war in the Democratic Party this year, ensuring that their nominating process will drag on far longer than that of Republicans.”

    http://tinyurl.com/AFP-DWS

Wasserman Schultz's extreme liberal views are damaging to American prosperity, but the scales tip for us to endorse Wasserman Schultz because conservatives and the Tea Party have thrived during her tenure as DNC Chairman. By continuing to press for a far-left agenda, Americans have rallied to Tea Party supported candidates across the county. Her blatant partiality towards Hillary Clinton against Bernie Sanders has led to an acrimonious Democratic Party contest, and a likely contentious Democratic Convention. Why give up a good thing by having Wasserman Schultz defeated now?"

So she's got that going for her.
