A disgraced police officer called on militia members and “lone wolf patriots” to bring their guns to Cleveland to do battle with black protesters at the Republican National Convention.
“I am encouraging patriots and Trump supporters and those that support liberty and freedom to come lawfully armed with lethal and non-lethal weaponry,” said Jim Stachowiak, a right-wing activist and former police officer, in a video posted on his YouTube channel.
Stachowiak, who has been banned from Facebook and charged with criminal defamation for falsely identifying a LinkedIn user as a terrorist, said Black Lives Matter activists — a group he calls “Black Lies Matter” — had threatened to kill Donald Trump.
“They have threatened to cause riots in Cleveland and nationwide,” said Stachowiak, who lost his police certification following a misconduct investigation after just three years as a public safety officer. “It is our sworn duty and obligation for all those like me and many of you who have taken the oath to defend this country against all enemies foreign and domestic.”
If ever there was a perfect example of a Donald Trump supporter it is this guy.
Now as it turns out there actually was a young black man, who may or may not have been loosely associated with BLM, who uploaded a video threatening to kill Trump back in May.
A ton of Right Wing media outlets ran with the story even though there is no proof the guy has any real affiliation with BLM.
Jesus can you imagine if a bunch of heavily armed racist rednecks show up in Cleveland to confront the combative Black Lives Matter protesters?
They are going to have to call in the Cleveland PD, the state police, and the freaking National Guard to finally get control back of their city.
P.S. After I wrote this post last night, and scheduled it to publish this morning, I came across a story of an actual person who tried to wrestle a gun away from a police officer in order to kill Donald Trump.

DeleteI grew up in Montgomery Alabama in the late sixties. The Mayor said he liked being Mayor because "he could carry a gun and shoot N..s" And everyone laughed and laughed - well everyone except the black people living in fear. Sarah Palin gave voice to these types of bigots and Trump has just upped the ante. The hatred these shitheads have for anyone labeled "other" has been festering every since the KKK went mostly underground. Palin brought it the surface and made it ok to openly hate again, President Obama was the fuel and Trump has lit the torch.

Not only is the campaign down to just over $1 million on hand, but some of the money that has already been spent has gone down a familiar funnel—leading right back to Trump.
.......... Trump has paid out $73,000 to Trump Tower in rental fees and $125,000 to Trump Restaurants. Guess those taco bowls really add up. A whopping $423,000 went to the Mar-a-Lago resort. Hey, you have to fill those gaudy rooms somehow. The campaign has also paid $65,000 to Trump golf courses, but whether that’s to woo potential investors or let the candidate wind down isn’t clear. Oh, and Donald Trump took a $42,000 salary from his own campaign, because … not so clear.
In addition to paying himself, Trump’s campaign has also had some other interesting expenditures.

I work for an affiliate of Bureau of Land Management so whenever I see BLM in an article it cracks me up because to me it means something much different :-)
ReplyDeleteThere has been discussion in the Federal sphere to have them change their moniker, just like WWF World Wildlife Fund was able to regain WWF from the World Wresting Foundation.
I hope those folks pursue that because for so many in this country BLM means something totally different than the Black Lives Matter.
This is what Trump reaps and sows with his ugly language. The man's got the NRA and the KKK on his side, a volatile mix, add in a screwball nutjob calling for an american jihad, on the internet no less, and Trump doesn't have to say a word while getting his racist rants out through other nutjobs.
