Courtesy of Business Insider:
Sears' and Kmart's websites no longer sell products from the Trump Home line, which is owned by the Trump Organization.
As of Friday, a search for Trump Home items on both retailers' sites yielded no results, except items sold by third-party sellers.
"As part of the company’s initiative to optimize its online product assortment, we constantly refine that assortment to focus on our most profitable items," a Sears Holdings spokesperson told Business Insider. "Amid that streamlining effort, 31 Trump Home items were among the items removed online this week. Products from the line are still offered online via third-party Marketplace vendors."
Neither Kmart nor Sears has carried Trump Home in brick-and-mortar stores.
Last week, Nordstrom officially cut ties with Ivanka Trump's fashion brand, and her fashion line disappeared from Neiman Marcus' website. Home Shopping Network stopped selling a Trump Home line of lamps.
You know I think this might even bother Trump more than low approval ratings and never ending protests against his presidency.
After all this is really what defines Donald Trump.
His brand, and its ability to make money.
But seriously why does Trump even need these outlets anymore.
With the help of Kellyanne Conway he can simply open a store right in the foyer of the White House and also market items on the official White House website.
Will Trump White House sales finally trigger Republicans to begin #45 impeachment proceedings?

Poor Ivanaka, what a tragedy that in a CAPITALIST SOCIETY PEOPLE HAVE A CHOICE TO BOYCOTT HER PUERILE CRAP!.
ReplyDeleteThose awful lying media people are being mean to her too, how could they be so awful because KellyAnne Spokes-Barbie just plugged her on TV?
Don't you all know that Ivanka will be so poor she'll have to worry now about getting health insurance, or paying her rent ? /vicious sarcasm
All that whining on the Sunday morning political shows from the republicans about people not being nice to Ivanka! Someone made a comment to her at her pricy workout class. Did they call her ovomit or bozo? Because right wingers thought it acceptable to say this about our President Obama. How about calling Ivanka a transgender man? They ordered us not to complain when they said it about the previous First Lady.
DeleteOmg, we are putting those chinese and latin workers in a sweat shop out of work!
ReplyDeleteYes, where is their explanation for not supporting American workers? No one has pointed this out. None of trump’s stuff is Made in America, a direct violation of daddy’s new law to make America first.
DeleteHer profit margins would definitely take a hit if she made her crap here; it is already overpriced so raising the price wouldn’t be an option if no one buys it now.
The designers she stole some of the styles from must be relieved. Finally, justice for them. Overpriced CRAP. Kellyanne is like a carnival barker, with all the CLASS of the tRump family.
ReplyDeleteHas there been any settlement over the shoe design theft case? Poor little Vanky. She sure has a tough life.
DeleteKellyanne is a robot. It's still being fine tuned so it goes a little haywire once in awhile. Have you seen her lately? Mmm Hmm, she's in for repairs.
That's just it. If her designs were ones that showed her to have a real vision and were well made, even with a boycott they'd be selling a lot of her stuff. But she is no actual artist and her stuff is derivative. Some fashion articles have also said they are outdated. Yesterday, too, the Trump adorers were complaining in posts to articles about Burlington having cut the line from its stores. They said to boycott Burlington. Thing is, if they love the brand so much, why haven't they been out buying it--you know these people don't own a single Ivanka product.
DeleteKellyanne looks BEAT, rode hard put up wet. So hard on a person to lie for a living. Maybe she should go to Ivanka's dermatologist, he might have a little Botox left over from injecting Ivanka's face with so much.
DeleteThis past summer I saw some of Ivanka's flashy purses for sale at Sam's Club. High end stuff they never were.

DeleteSomeone needs to tell the Trumps there's always eBay.
ReplyDeleteThere are lots of Dollar Generals where I live. Whenever I drive by one and I have a few minutes to spare I go in and buy an item or two. I chat up the cashier and ask them if they have any tRUMP merch yet. They don't have it yet but if enough people ask for it, it may happen!
DeleteIvanka is getting schooled on what it means to be associated with her father. After being brought up to think she is perfect, reality sets in.
ReplyDeleteAnd while anyone would be expected to generally show support of their father, she knows damn well that those sexual allegations are true. She knows he has assaulted people. For her to defend him and sing his praises and by her behavior condone what he's done makes her a monster, too.
DeleteI thought she was the smart one. She didn't see this coming during the campaign? She claims sales were just fine but I think she already saw a decline during the campaign. Her father made the brand toxic and she is guilty by association. The boycott started well before the election was over.
DeleteMaybe she thought after the inauguration it would be over and her crap would be in demand again?
Why doesn't she set up a website and google cart and sell her crap online from her own website/store? It's not like she can't have people run it for her. Oh, but that isn't prestigious. Then she'd be like those poor slobs selling on eBay and Etsy. She has to have her stuff exclusive to Nordstrom and Nieman Marcus.
Well, welcome to reality, baby. You are Karma's bitch.
Perfect? For her perverted Daddy.

I've been annoyed by all of the "celebrities" who suddenly discover their great fashion design talent and push their own clothing lines. Ivanka Trump isn't even a legitimate celebrity; she's the daughter of the country's prime con artist. Why did she ever merit her own fashion line? Aren't there enough really talented designers who deserve the opportunity to make it to the top on their own? I think Ivanka should go back to the family business and hawk real estate. She's blond enough.
ReplyDeleteBeaglemom
I've always had that same thought, Beaglemom. Walked through Macy's and Johnny Depp has his own fragrance! I think it was called "Savage," but don't hold me to that.
DeleteI've also felt for struggling voice and commercial actors who have lost that gateway to fame because so many companies pay big bucks to famous celebrities. Matt McConaughey in the Lincoln commercials... These jobs used to be below actors of his stature.
@629
DeleteAt least "Savage" has the courage to actually smell like Johnny Depp.
Makes you wonder what DRUMPF!, the official fragrance of the Drumpf Organization smells like.
And then again, perhaps it doesn't make you wonder...
People want to buy the brand and image that comes with the celebrity marketed products. The financial pay off is big. Young women look up to famous and rich celebrities desiring to emulate their style.
DeleteThe Trump name in contrast to Kylie Jenner (Kardashian) now represents the hypocrisy of we make it in China but Make America Great and companies will bring back manufacturing to the USA!
Our government could reduce corporate tax rate to zero and manufacturing will still be done over seas due to the low wages elsewhere. Changing trade agreements would assess increased import taxes that would negate proposed tax advantages.
Just saying the Trump brand of items now represents Donald Trump bull shit. Reduced sales and the Donald's malarkey caused Macy's to drop his lines.
Given that celebrities have clothing, accessory and cosmetic lines can you imagine if during an awards ceremony or runway show they suddenly hawk their products? Yet President Trump, his wife and daughter are delusional they are entitled to use the presidency to market and profit from their products!
DeleteThey are unethical, unprincipled opportunists.
It used to be that the celebs wanted to go into the restaurant biz. So many places closed. Some hung on and were actually really well reviewed. Oh, and they thought they could write poetry. Groan. Having an MFA in poetry, that was torturous for me. I mean, go ahead and write, but to put yourself out there as "a poet" without any real work having been done studying the craft of poetry...what egos. Now, everyone thinks they are designers. I get the interest and wanting to have fun when you have the money to play at such things, but it doesn't make these people true artists. I don't mind the perfume thing. Everyone knows that the stars aren't chemists--at least they don't claim to be that!
DeleteIvanka tried "modeling" Either it was too difficult, or too time consuming. Stealing from others is so much easier, since it is in the tRump DNA.
DeleteCome on, celebs have been hawing product lines since Lillie Langtry. http://www.ebay.com/itm/LILLIE-LANGTRY-ENDORSES-PEARS-SOAP-ANTIQUE-1887-COMPLEXION-SOAP-ADVERTISEMENT-/400280613770
DeleteShe's no designer, someone just slaps her name on things that someone else designed. She is just another thief just like her father
ReplyDeleteShe has even been sued for stealing REAL designers designs.
She will be out of her dishonest business very soon.
Yep. None have actual talent. They are all just average people who majored in business because daddy did. Any one of us could have taken business courses and done well. But they could not have majored in the arts or any other creative endeavor and done well.
DeleteTOO<bad.

Gryphen, you are so quick to hammer our new emperor. smh. You don't even know him! How can you write about someone you dont even know???? You and your little libtard blog buddies make me sick. sad!
ReplyDeleteNot all of the Drumpf Enterprises merchandise is overpriced crap. For example, a recent issue of Heads Up, the monthly magazine of the American Society of Specialists Working In Proctological Excellence (ASSWIPE) rated Drumpf(tm) brand hemorrhoid cream as having the 5th least offensive odor and 9th most effective, which is nothing to sniff at, considering the competition.
You should at least have the decency to treat Emperor Drumpf with the respect that Republicans showed for that Obama character that were always going on about who stole the White House in 2008.
And again in 2012, also too.
Looks like tRump as been smearing that hemorrhoid cream all over his face. Started with his mouth, that must have looked like the photo on the label!
DeleteAlways was drumpf junk>

If #NOTMYPRESIDENT'S daughter separated herself from her business then WTF is biting #NMP's ass that he needs to text America? It's obvious that the Trump family including #NMP still has connections to their family's businesses. This dumbass needs to understand his orange ass is not there for personal family businesses.
ReplyDeleteIvanka Trump Reportedly Pissed Off at Kellyanne Conway
ReplyDelete... Sources close to the Donald Trump team tell Politico that Ivanka Trump felt crossed and personally "scolded" Kellyanne for "dragging her brand into an ethics mess." She reportedly also begged Conway not to mention it again on TV.
... Apparently, this was not the first time Trump has brought up this problem. According to Politico, "this was a continuation of a conversation that Ivanka Trump had with her father weeks earlier about leaving her business out of the politics, a conversation that Conway wasn't aware of."
Seemingly, Donald Trump wasn't aware of it either, as the "weeks earlier" conversation didn't stop him from posting about the brand from both his personal and official POTUS Twitter accounts on multiple occasions.....

DeleteI just had another thought -- instead of eBay -- Ivanka could recruit the likes of Bristol to hawk her wares on Instagram!!!
ReplyDeleteI can see it now . . . Instagram pic of Bristol wearing a pair of Ivanka's sling-back heels in the snow, sipping a tumbler of her weight-loss-energy tea, holding Sailor on her hip . . . "Rushing off to work in my stylish Ivanka Trump snowshoes . . . "
Damn!! Someone delete this comment before the grifters get any ideas!!
