And yes, any employer should think twice about hiring any person that is perfectly willing to jeopardize their employment (after only a few months on the job, typically a probationary period for most employment) and potentially cause PR nightmares.
She is the one that went to her employer when the photo went viral and told them it was her. She didn’t try to hide this. In fact, if she had just kept her mouth shut she would still have a job. Even if she put that photo on her Facebook page, she would probably still have a job.
