Vanessa Trump filed for divorce against her husband Donald Trump Jr. late Thursday in Manhattan Supreme Court.
The president’s daughter-in-law filed for an uncontested proceeding, meaning she’s not expecting a legal battle over custody of the couple’s five children or their assets.
They were married in 2005.
I would actually not be surprised if all of the Trump's end up in divorce court by the time we get to 2020.
Let's face it all of the idiots that married into this family did so for money.
I mean does anybody think that Eric Trump attracted this woman with his looks, charm, or savoir faire?
Hell no. She saw an easy way to get rich, and she took it.
But now that the Trump brand is so badly damaged, and investors are starting to flee like rats leaving a sinking ship, these women (and Jared), are likely going to start reevaluating their options.
But the divorce that I am most certain about is the one between these two.
There was clearly not much holding them together before the election, and now with the Trump brand in tatters, and the Stormy Daniels' allegations thrown into the mix, I just do not see Melania staying once her contract is up.
I would say that the Evangelicals are about to have a "come to Jesus" moment, but those idiots could not find Jesus if he was standing at the foot of their bed when they woke up in the morning.
Morality is not determined by the church you attend nor the faith you embrace. It is determined by the quality of your character and the positive impact you have on those you meet along your journey

Eric Trump calls the Russia investigation a "sham" and then bitches that nobody is investigating Hillary Clinton over the Uranium One conspiracy theory.
Courtesy of Raw Story:
During an interview that aired on Fox News on Sunday, host Maria Bartiromo noted that Donald Trump Jr. had become a target of the Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation.
For his part, Eric Trump insisted that he had not been interviewed by Mueller.
“The Russia thing is a total sham!” he exclaimed. “It’s total nonsense. There is zero collusion with Russia.”
Eric Trump then quickly pivoted to the dubious Uranium One case against Clinton.
“To me, it’s such a travesty that that’s not being investigated because there is something there and it smells and it looks horrible,” he opined. “It’s horrible what happened and you see all the other bad facts. And you at least know the 33,000 emails and every thing else, the fact that they will look into nonsense, something that didn’t happen, and that they will go on tangents for weeks and weeks about nonsense emails [between the Trump campaign and Wikileaks] and other things, but they won’t look into hardcore facts.”
“It’s really a travesty,” he repeated. “It’s unfair to this nation.”
“As an American citizen,” Eric Trump said that he “hoped there would be” an investigation into Clinton.
Boy I know you did buddy.
That is why virtually every single person associated with the Trump campaign seemed to be trying to get Russia and Wikileaks to surrender those non-existent Hillary Clinton emails.
By the way does anybody remember when we thought that Maria Bartiromo was an actual journalist?
Recently she claimed, with a straight face, that there were no allegations against Donald Trump.
It's like these people have to put their integrity and journalistic ethics in a lock box before working for Fox News.
As for this Uranium One story that has already been debunked by essentially EVERYONE. But since Eric and his family only watch Fox News here is Shep Smith driving a stake through its heart for the kill.

Yesterday, while the Mueller indictments were being made public, Eric Trump had the audacity to send a campaign fundraising email.
Courtesy of Raw Story:New Trump fundraising email: “Still standing” pic.twitter.com/o8XWo25jkZ
— Zeke Miller (@ZekeJMiller) October 30, 2017
President Donald Trump’s campaign on Monday blasted out a fundraising email, asking donors to contribute after the indictment of former Trump campaign manager Paul Manafort.
On the same day that news broke that Manafort had been indicted on 12 counts, Trump voters found a fundraising request from Eric Trump in their inboxes with the subject line “Still Standing.”
“There’s a new opposition against my father and this Administration every day,” Eric Trump wrote. “But as a loyal supporter, I know you know the truth.”
“Please make a contribution of just $1 to help us crush our goal this month,” the email pleaded.
I would like to identify the individuals who actually respond to this email with a donation, because I have some magic beans I would like to sell them.
Simply MUST be the most gullible people on the planet.

Donald Trump realizes that we can see him openly trying to influence these Russia investigations right?
(I think that "the" was supposed to be a "tell.")Just had ph call from Pres Trump + he assured me he's pro ethanol +I'm free 2 the ppl of Iowa he's standing by his campaign PROMISE— ChuckGrassley (@ChuckGrassley) August 30, 2017
(Actually Ethanol's days are numbered, as we are rapidly moving toward electric automobiles all around the world.)Tlkd 2 @realDonaldTrump about ethanol +he knows that ethanol is good good good— ChuckGrassley (@ChuckGrassley) August 30, 2017
Courtesy of WaPo:
President Trump called the head of the Senate Judiciary Committee to talk about one of his most important parochial issues — ethanol — shortly before the committee is slated to interview his son in its ongoing Russia probe.
Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Charles E. Grassley’s panel will be hosting Trump’s son next month for an interview behind closed doors in its ongoing Russia probe — something the committee has been trying to do since it was revealed that Donald Trump, Jr. accepted a meeting in Trump Tower with a Russian lawyer claiming Kremlin connections during the campaign.
Headlines about that committee meeting, which Grassley (R-Iowa) has been trying to set up for weeks, gripped headlines and cable news chyrons on Tuesday night. On Wednesday morning, Grassley announced via Twitter that the president had called him to discuss not Russia, but ethanol, proudly announcing that “he assured me he’s pro ethanol” and that Grassley was free to tell the people of Iowa “he’s standing by his campaign PROMISE.”
Wait, so just days after it was announced that Eric "The Dumb One" Trump was going to be testifying before the Senate Judiciary Committee, which Grassley chairs, Donald Trump suddenly makes these calls in support of Grassley's favorite bio-fuel?
What a coinky dink.
Please, does this orange tinted asshole think we are all as stupid as his supporters?
Obviously that is a rhetorical question.
Methinks we better keep an eye on ole Chuck "I Love Ethanol" Grassley.

Don't feel outraged enough? Well this rundown of Trump family expenses compiled by Newsweek should remedy that.

I think we all know that this is really only a fraction of what is being spent on this gold plated white trash family.
So not only is this the worst presidency in American history, by far.
It is also the most expensive presidency in American history, by far.
I'm confused. Was the "Make America Great Again" slogan supposed to actually be interpreted as "Make America Bankrupt Again?"
Just asking.

Does Eric Trump's new haircut indicate an open display of his fascist beliefs? Or is it just a really crappy haircut?
— Ali Gharib (@Ali_Gharib) June 25, 2017As the Washington Post pointed out back in November, this haircut is extremely popular with those of a certain alt-right sensibility:
Young white-nationalism enthusiasts leaving a recent conference in Washington, D.C., where several of them performed a Nazi salute.
The same haircut. The exact same haircut.
It is the same haircut sported by white supremacist Richard Spencer.
As well as the Hitler Youth of the 40's.
Yeah but that's just silly.
After all both Brad Pitt and David Beckham have sported this style, and THEY are certainly not members of the Alt-Right.
Of course they seem to have sported this haircut BEFORE it became the unofficial haircut of the new white supremacist movement. I'm just saying.
All I know is that I am going to keep an eye on this Trump presidency for any other signs of blatant racism, you know like appointing a black man as the head of HUD simply because he's black, appointing a man who ran an alt-right news site on the internet as an adviser, or suggesting that the first black president was born in Africa and is therefore illegitimate.
Yep as soon as I see anything like that I will know for sure that the Nazis have taken over America.

Eric Trump on Democrats: “To me, they’re not even people. It’s so, so sad. Morality’s just gone." Really?
Courtesy of The Hill:
President Trump’s son Eric Trump on Tuesday said Democrats are “not even people” to him after their obstruction of his father’s agenda.
“I’ve never seen hatred like this,” he said on Fox News’s “Hannity” Tuesday night. “To me, they’re not even people. It’s so, so sad. Morality’s just gone, morals have flown out the window and we deserve so much better than this as a country."
“You see the Democratic Party, they’re imploding. They’re imploding. They became obstructionists because they have no message of their own.”
Trump additionally criticized the Democratic National Committee’s (DNC) leadership without directly naming Chairman Tom Perez.
“You see the head of the DNC, who is a total whack job,” he told host Sean Hannity. “There’s no leadership there.”
This from the son of the man who made a name for himself, and one can argue based his campaign, on attacking President Obama and questioning his legitimacy to even hold office.
And this hypocrisy comes on the same day that we learn this about Eric Trump and his charities.
Courtesy of the New York Daily News:
President Trump's son has hosted charity golf tournaments over the past decade and raised money for child cancer research, but some of the proceeds were funneled to the Trump Organization, according to a report published Tuesday.
The charity events, organized by Eric Trump since 2007 at a Trump-branded golf course, ostensibly raised millions of dollars for St. Jude’s Children Research Hospital.
Donors contributed more than $500,000 that they believed was being used to help sick children. In fact, their donations were going to other Trump-connected charities, according to Forbes magazine.
Trump’s practices, if true, would violate federal and state laws on self-dealing and misleading donors.
Stealing money from kids with cancer, and it's Democrats who are not quite human?

Last night SNL's cold open was not to be missed. Update!
I swear this SNL cast may be one of the most talented in the history of the show.
My favorite by far is Kate McKinnon who seems to have no limit to her abilities.
Speaking of McKinnon, I think I kind of preferred her version of Hallelujah.
SNL is now going on their summer hiatus so we will not have their help in mocking the president and his cabinet, but I am sure that there are many others up to the challenge.
Update: Most watched season finally since 2011.

So apparently Russia also finances Trump's golf courses.
This is from a conversation that author James Dodson had with Donald Trump, and his son Eric, three years ago:Golf writer: "How are you getting $100M for a golf course?"— justin kanew (@justin_kanew) May 7, 2017
Eric Trump: "We get all the 💰we need from Russia."
https://t.co/HBuypFlFbg pic.twitter.com/NOL6QmhHa0
When the big day arrived, a dark, gray sky provided the first sign that all would not go as planned. Dodson was a little late arriving, and by the time he entered the Trump National Charlotte clubhouse, his host was already holding forth.
"Trump was strutting up and down, talking to his new members about how they were part of the greatest club in North Carolina," Dodson says. "And when I first met him, I asked him how he was — you know, this is the journalist in me — I said, 'What are you using to pay for these courses?' And he just sort of tossed off that he had access to $100 million."
$100 million.
"So when I got in the cart with Eric," Dodson says, "as we were setting off, I said, 'Eric, who’s funding? I know no banks — because of the recession, the Great Recession — have touched a golf course. You know, no one’s funding any kind of golf construction. It’s dead in the water the last four or five years.' And this is what he said. He said, 'Well, we don’t rely on American banks. We have all the funding we need out of Russia.' I said, 'Really?' And he said, 'Oh, yeah. We’ve got some guys that really, really love golf, and they’re really invested in our programs. We just go there all the time.' Now that was three years ago, so it was pretty interesting."
So not only have Russians invested heavily in Trump Tower, and bought a mansion for 55 million more than Trump paid for it, but now they are also the money behind his string of golf courses?
I swear every day we learn that Trump has more and more ties with the Russians.
How much more evidence do we really need that he was compromised?

Here is a breakdown of what it has cost the American taxpayers so far to have Donald Trump as our president.
Courtesy of Yahoo News:
President Trump's trips to Mar-A-Lago
Total cost for security in Palm Beach: $3.7 million

The provided costs don't even include airfare rates for Secret Service agents taking each trek with the Trumps, nor does it include the data on those agents’ salaries and other expenditures taxpayers may be footing the bill for. The budget was expected to naturally increase based on the size of the Trump family as compared to the size of his predecessors, but critics are concerned the billionaire first family hasn’t acknowledged that it's not him paying for his trips, it's the American people.
It is estimated that Trump's trips to Mar-a-Lago alone will cost more than President Obama's entire yearly travel expenses before his first 100 days.
So I guess this is what Trump was talking about when he said he wanted to Make America Great Again.
Apparently that just meant for him and his family.

So it appears that Ivanka Trump was actually the one who decided to launch a missile attack against Syria. I'm sorry, when was she elected president again?
![]() |
| Syria made me very upset Daddy. Bomb them...bomb them all. |
(Eric Trump) also confirmed that President Trump’s decision to bomb a Syrian airbase to punish President Bashar al-Assad for a nerve gas attack last week was influenced by the reaction of his sister Ivanka, who said she was “heartbroken and outraged” by the atrocity.
So let me get this straight.
We just launched an illegal attack against a sovereign country, without first seeking the approval of Congress, because Ivanka Trump was traumatized by some photographs?
Don't get me wrong I was upset by those photographs as well, as I am sure many of us were.
However having an emotional response to a picture is not what should determine a military response.
Especially if that emotional response was from your grown ass daughter who is not currently holding an elected position or seat on your cabinet.
I have to imagine that if we were living in an alternative universe where Hillary Clinton won the election, that if Chelsea approached her sobbing over a photograph and saying that we need do something, her mother would have informed her that they already had a plan in place, and to suck it up because there is no crying in the Oval Office.
By the way in this same article Uday...I'm sorry...Eric also said this:
Donald Trump’s decision to launch a cruise missile attack on Syria proved he is not in league with Russia and will not be “pushed around” by Vladimir Putin
Uh no.....no it doesn't.
But nice try.

From the You Tube description:

It looks like another case of Donald Trump and his family being celebrated for taking credit for donating other people's money.

Deplorable Donald Trump supporter mocks the fact that he is considered one of his "deplorables." Which allows the media to prove why he belongs in that group.
Courtesy of Mediaite:I am so proud to be one of the Deplorables #Trump2016 pic.twitter.com/IFD1hfC60w— Roger Stone (@RogerJStoneJr) September 10, 2016
Now, just to review, Stone has, in the past, used phrases like “fat negro” and “stupid negro,” has used lots of other nasty language, once set up an anti-Clinton political group with the acronym CUNT, accused Khizr Khan of being a Muslim Brotherhood agent (before sorta walking it back), and questioned whether Clinton aide Huma Abedin is a terrorist agent.
If only there was a word to describe that kind of behavior. Something that starts with a D?
Others who made the cut are Ben Carson, Chris Christie, Eric Trump, Mike Pence, Pepe the Frog, Rudy Giuliani, Donald Trump Jr., Alex Jones, and Breitbart troll Milo Yiannopoulos.
(Not really sure how Sean Hannity and Sarah Palin failed to make the cut.)
Hopefully more of Trump's "basket of deplorables" will offer up reasons to describe why they also deserve their seat in the basket.

So apparently in the Trump family plagiarism is not a bug, it's a feature. Update!
— The Daily Show (@TheDailyShow) July 20, 2016Courtesy of NBC News:
For the second night in a row, a speech given by a member of Donald Trump's family is raising eyebrows for lines previously used elsewhere.
Donald Trump Jr. in his headline address at the Republican National Convention in Cleveland delivered a near-exact repetition of a small part of an American Conservative article written by F.H. Buckley, titled "Trump vs. the New Class."
"Our schools used to be an elevator to the middle class. Now they're stalled on the ground floor. They're like Soviet-Era Department stores that are run for the benefit of the clerks and not the customers," Trump's son said in his speech Tuesday night.
The line in Buckley's article reads, "Our schools and universities are like the old Soviet department stores whose mission was to serve the interests of the sales clerks and not the customers."
Two convention speeches, two charges of plagiarism.
I can hardly wait to see who Eric Trump plagiarizes tonight.
My money is on either Bill Clinton or Spongebob Squarepants. Or, perhaps both.
Speaking of plagiarized speeches, after revealing that the first draft of Melania's speech did not contain the portions "borrowed" from Michelle Obama, they have now decided that those were the fault of former ballet dancer and English Major Meredith McIver.
Personally I'm a little surprised, I always thought that former ballet dancers were the shit when it came to speech writing.
Update: Courtesy of Vox:
"I was a principal speechwriter for the speech," Buckley told Vox. "So it's not an issue."
So here's the difference, and it's big: Melania Trump's convention speech copied whole paragraphs from Michelle Obama's convention speech. That's not okay. Don Trump Jr.'s speech was written by a speechwriter who used some of his past material in the speech. You can argue whether that's the height of speechwriting, but there's nothing unethical about it — it would be a very weird standard to argue that writers couldn't take a line they were proud of writing in a small-circulation policy magazine and let a political figure they like use it in a major national speech.
Okay so here's the question that we have to ask ourselves.
DID F.H. Buckley help to write the speech, after all he was not given credit at the outset, or is this the Trump way of providing cover for yet another example of plagiarism.
I do not know the answer to that question for certain, but let's just say that I remain skeptical that things are ever the way that Donald Trump or his handlers say that they are.
Update 2: Donald Trump has now decided to see all of this controversy as a good thing.
Good news is Melania's speech got more publicity than any in the history of politics especially if you believe that all press is good press!— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) July 20, 2016
Well, I guess if you are a serial liar what else can you do but obfuscate? The media is spending more time doing a forensic analysis of Melania's speech than the FBI spent on Hillary's emails.— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) July 20, 2016
