I don't usually promote videos from rednecks, but when I do it's because they are speaking out against racism.

Dixon D. White, who describes himself as “a simple southern guy, who was raised in a small country town in the south,” posted a video rant on YouTube, which he titled ‘I’m a redneck and I love America.’ It’s not the video’s title that gained the attention of the internet, however; it’s the subject of White’s rant – racism. 

If you were to judge the video just from the title, you’d probably never watch it. When we think of America-loving rednecks, we’ve seen enough videos from confederate flag waving, NRA supporting, card carrying KKK members, who upload YouTube videos complaining about how poor white people, like themselves, are the real victims in racist America. But don’t judge White’s video by the title alone. 

The content is hard-hitting, and surprisingly honest. So honest, that it may even make you cry.

Well talk about not judging a book by its cover.

By the way this gentleman has quite a few provocative videos posted that are well worth your attention.

The revolution may or may not be televised, but it will be streamed live online. 

Operation American Spring is scheduled to kick off Friday in Washington, D.C., and an affiliated group posted a live stream online. 

However, the feed showed only a call-in show hosted by conservative broadcaster Mark Connors, who said he was broadcasting from a tour bus about 10 miles away from the National Mall because he could not park any closer. 

No verified photos or videos had been posted from the event, which organizers claim would draw between 10 million and 30 million people, by 10 a.m. EST. 

Connors spoke with the organization’s leader, retired Col. Harry Riley, about 9:30 a.m. and asked about rumors that the Federal Emergency Management Administration rounding up participants. 

“If FEMA does try to round you up, how will you defend yourself?” Connors asked. “With a piece of paper? With a flag?” 

Riley said participants would not carry firearms to the event, but he said they were prepared to defend themselves. 

A caller from North Carolina said he feared Obama would declare martial law and begin executing Christian citizens as a prelude to civil war.

Well according to Twitter the only thing that showed up in great abundance was paranoia.

Alaskans to give Duck Dynasty the cold shoulder.

Life's not always fair if you're part of the "Duck Dynasty" brood. We've learned they've been invited to the Alaska State Fair ... but there are already cries of boycott. 

The Robertsons were hired to do a town hall of sorts, telling stories about their lives and their beliefs. But those beliefs include Phil's views on homosexuality ... including his observation that a man's anus is no match for a woman's vagina ... and therefore the boycott. 

We're told there's a groundswell from people who want to either get the Fair to cancel the gig or -- if necessary -- disrupt the gig. 

State Fair officials tell us ... they don't endorse all of Phil's views ... but they believe his core value is family ... something near and dear to Alaskans ... so the appearance WON'T be cancelled. 

Yeah you know I think the Robertson clan might want to watch their P's and Q's while visiting Alaska.

First off Alaskans do not take well to phonies.

Second, we have a rather proud gay community up here who would dearly love to disrupt this event and make national headlines while doing so.

And third it might be worth noting that while the rest of the country was still trying to get a handle on Sarah Palin, we ran her ass out of office. 

So we have no problem playing hardball.

You know, now that I think about it, perhaps August 30th would be the best day to go to the fair.

Sarah Palin's latest promo for her soon to be cancelled new show seems to feature everything about America that embarrasses most of us.

"There's not just the huntin, and fishing, and snowmachining, and dog sledding, we're going to showcase people places and things that inspire people to get off their...."

Gee I wonder what they left out?

You know I have watched entire John Wayne movies that featured fewer gun than this promo did.

Fanatic nationalism, drunken rednecks, abundant firearms, duck calls, running from cattle, apparently Sarah Palin's version of America is a potpourri of idiotic behaviors, near fatalities, and hillbilly hijinks, all set to music by second rate bands found ducking flying beer bottles on the stages of honky-tonk bars.

Yeehaw, America! It's time to lose s few more of them there brain cells.

The tiny town of Deer Trail, Colo. — barely more than a wide spot on Interstate 70 about 55 miles east of Denver, population 546 — is considering an ordinance that would authorize licensed bounty hunters to shoot down unmanned aircraft violating its “sovereign airspace.” 

A six-page petition circulated by a resident says that the threat of surveillance from drones — regardless of who is piloting them — is a threat to “traditional American ideas of Liberty and Freedom” enjoyed by Deer Trail’s “ranchers, farmers, cowboys and Indians, as well as contemporary citizens.” 

Therefore, drone incursions are to be seen as acts of war. 

According to the proposed ordinance, which will be considered by the town council at its next meeting on Aug. 6, prospective bounty hunters can get a one-year drone-hunting license for $25. 

Proposed bounties will be $25 for those turning in the wings or fuselage of downed aircraft and $100 for mostly intact vehicles. To collect the bounty, the wreckage must have “markings, and configuration … consistent with those used by the United States federal government.” 

Such “trophies” then become the property of Deer Trail. 

It would seem to me that it is only a hop, skip, and a jump from  firing on unmanned drones to firing upon Federal agents investigating crime in your town. I mean what would these "licensed bounty hunters" do if the Feds came to arrest them for destroying government property?

Now I am not sure what kind of drones the government might use domestically, but the 10 MQ-9 Reaper unmanned aircraft that we use overseas costs over 12 million dollars.

Somehow I think the Federal government would not take kindly to having one shot out of the sky by a bunch of morons looking to collect a $25.00 bounty. Nor by the way do I think that is likely possible.

This is just another example of rednecks believing that their little popguns can stand up to the might of the Federal government, when in fact if they were to engage in an act of aggression they be overwhelmed and locked away before they could even say "Obama's a Muslim Socialist."

Alabama High School teacher's homophobia and rant against First Lady caught on tape.

School district officials are investigating allegations that a Lauderdale County High School teacher made slurs in the presence of students regarding first lady Michelle Obama and gays. Superintendent Jennifer Gray confirmed the investigation concerns the school’s head football coach, Bob Grisham, who also teaches driver’s education and psychology. 

The investigation includes a 1-minute, 24-second audiotape of Grisham asking who knows who is behind the 600-calorie school lunch. 

“Fat butt Michelle Obama,” he said. “Look at her. She looks like she weighs 185 or 190. She’s overweight.” 

Male voices interject comments during the discussion, at one point referring to Michelle Obama as a “fat gorilla.” 

Later in the tape, Grisham referred to the U.S. as going in the “wrong direction” and tells the students they can “get pissed off at me or not. You can go tell the principal, call the superintendent and tell her. I don’t believe in queers. I don’t like queers, I don’t hate them as a person, but what they do is wrong and an abomination against God.” The tape was reportedly recorded by a student Monday and took place on school campus during the school day. 

Grisham told the TimesDaily on Wednesday afternoon he misspoke. “I misspoke in a debate-type situation,” he said. “I have no hatred toward anyone or any group. People that know my heart, they know that.” 

Gray said a link to the audio recording was sent to her in an email. “It’s an unfortunate situation, and we hope to clear this up as soon as possible,” Gray said. 

No action has been taken against Grisham by the district’s administration or the school board. He was not at school Wednesday, and Gray said he has family obligations that were expected to keep him out of school the rest of the week.

And this guy made these comments in front of his students?

You know I am usually a huge supporter of teacher, and almost always give them the benefit of the doubt, but fuck this guy. He needs to lose his job and NEVER be around  kids again!

I can only imagine the kinds of things he has said in the past that DIDN'T get recorded.

It looks like the Palins have been doing some more renovations over on the compound.

Now THAT is some redneck creativity right there.
