42% of Americans think that Donald Trump will go down in history as one of the worst presidents ever.

Courtesy of the Marist Poll:

Americans have low expectations for the administration of President Donald Trump. In fact, few U.S. residents think President Trump’s tenure will be remembered as a positive one. Nearly six in ten Americans, 58%, believe Mr. Trump will be remembered as either one of the worst presidents in the nation’s history, 42%, or a below average leader, 16%. About one in five, 19%, think he will be considered an average president. Just 18% say Trump will be thought of as either an above average president, 11%, or one of the best presidents in U.S. history, 7%.

“Deep into his first year as president, Donald Trump’s less than stellar approval rating has lowered expectations about how history will judge him,” says Dr. Lee M. Miringoff, Director of The Marist College Institute for Public Opinion. “For history to treat him kinder, he will have to up his game.”

Not surprisingly, opinions fall along party lines. 88% of Democrats, including 70% who assert Trump will be remembered as one of the worst U.S. presidents, believe the president’s legacy will be tarnished. Even among the president’s own party, there is an overwhelming assertion that President Trump will not end up on the right side of history. Fewer than half of the GOP, 48%, say President Trump will be remembered as either one of the best, 22%, or as an above average, 26%, president. An additional 31% of Republicans think Trump’s legacy will be an average one. Among independents, 60% say President Trump will be recalled as either a below average leader, 18%, or one of the worst presidents to occupy the Oval Office, 42%.

I feel like we should file this under "Duh Ralph!"

I think it is a given that Trump will redefine terrible when it comes to presidents.

I only wonder if it will also be one of the shortest presidencies in history?

I think this lady is my new spirit animal.

So now that we have had the Trump presidency inflicted upon us I am just hoping that he will remain the worst in my lifetime, and that there is not somebody even worse waiting down the line.

Kirk Cameron's craptastic, fact free, Christmas movie is now officially the worst movie ever made.

As I am sure many of you remember Cameron went on Facebook to beg people to give his truly ridiculous movie a good review on Rotten Tomatoes because it was being trashed by regular movie goers.

You know, people with taste.

Well clearly that didn't help at all, and today the film has the unenviable rank of 0% on the Tomatometer.

If that were not bad enough (And really it should be don't you think?), the film also found itself on the absolute bottom of IMBD's list according to ratings.

It is even considered worse than Son of the Mask, Glitter, and something called Invasion of the Neptune Men.

Which only goes to prove that you can fool some of the people all of the time, and all of the people some of the time, but you simply cannot force your obvious Christian propaganda down people's throats just because you were once a semi-famous sitcom star.

The results of the CPAC straw poll are in.

Rand Paul, did the best, just like his dad before him. Of course as we know that has NEVER resulted in a great deal of support during a presidential run.

Odds are Rand is too arrogant to realize that however.

Then it is the great brown hope, Marco Rubio, Rick "Don't Google me bro!" Santorum, Chris "I did not get invited" Christie, and Paul "I did not lose that last election, blame the other guy" Ryan rounding out the top five.

Apparently Jeb Bush, KNOWING that winning this poll is the kiss of death in the presidential race, asked that his name be taken out. So all that was left was this clown car full of losers.

Wow! Check out who is sitting right down at the very bottom.

Uh oh! It looks like perhaps somebody did not wow the participants as much as she thought she wowed the participants.

Damn! That has gotta hurt!

Oh well considering how many phony boobs the CPAC participants saw perhaps they simply did not find Palin's all that interesting.

In a list of the Top Ten Worst Running Mates in Presidential History, how could Sarah Palin NOT be on it?

"What are you talking about? I was CHOSEN to be the VP, right up until God killed off John McCain and handed me the presidency!"
My only complaint about this list from Buzzfeed is that they only ranked Palin as the tenth worst running mate when I personally believe she should have been placed much higher.  (Edit: Oops I stand corrected, apparently they are in random order. So of course we all KNOW who was the worst one don't we?) However I absolutely loved the write up they did to describe her disastrous run as John McCain's VP:

The half-term Governor from Alaska is widely recognized as the single most glaring reason for John McCain's defeat in 2008. She has sparked thousands of jokes and parodies, and, while remaining a largely comic figure among the public as a whole, remains a popular figure inside of the Republican party.

Palin was selected after very little vetting by the McCain camp, who was facing an insurgent Barack Obama who had historical context on his side. Palin, at the time a little known figure, was shown to be either unable or unwilling to answer simple questions during debates or interviews, often whiffing at even softball questions like "what newspapers do you read." Much like Admiral Stockdale, a Saturday Night Live parody image of her emerged (former President Gerald Ford also suffered this fate) that she was unable to overcome, and was largely viewed as unready for the office of Vice President. This was compounded by McCain's age when compared to Obama, as many viewed it more likely that Palin would be thrust into the Presidency, should McCain become elected.

These issues were compounded by the fact that, before her selection, the most effective attacks the McCain campaign had on Barack Obama were his relative inexperience. The selection of Palin severely neutered those attacks, as she was views as having much less experience and credentials than Obama. In contrast, Obama selected Joe Biden, a six-term Senator and the chair of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee as his running mate, widening the perceived gap between the two campaigns.

The McCain staff became increasingly frustrated with Palin, and sheltered her from unscripted encounters from the press, an action that was eventually criticized by Mitt Romney and Bill Kristol. In late September, conservative commentator Kathleen Parker suggested that Palin should resign from the ticket, while former Bush speechwriter David Frum said she had proven she was not qualified for the office. The McCain campaign quickly came to resent Palin, and eventually blamed her for the loss to Obama.

Yeah I think that about sums it up.

Sarah Palin documentary listed among top ten WORST documentaries of all time.

Courtesy of IMBD
Gee, and weren't the Palin-bots recently heard gleefully making fun of what they believed were low viewer numbers for "Game Change?" (Which of course turned out to be false.)

What do you want to bet that Julianne Moore gets an Emmy nomination for her portrayal of the Grizzled mama, and that Game Change wins a ton of awards?  Anybody?

Of course to be fair Sister Sarah also received a nomination of her own for her portrayal of herself in this mythological retelling of her time as Governor of Alaska.

Honestly, is there anybody in the world NOT making fun of the Palin family these days?

Yeah, I didn't thinks so.
