Courtesy of Alaska Dispatch:
A moose calf was born in the parking lot of an Anchorage Lowe's hardware store on Tuesday, to the delight of shoppers.
"I just seen a brand new baby moose 15 minutes old born in a Lowes parking lot!!!" one onlooker posted on Facebook, along with several photos of the cow moose and newborn.
You know first we have a mama bear blocking traffic up the street from my house with her unruly cubs, and now we have moose mothers just birthing calves right on the edge of town.
It is like a damn critter day care around here.

Sarah Palin responds to Dakota Meyer filing custody papers with the Alaska court. Oh, and Bristol claims to have no idea where Dakota got that incriminating photo of Sailor Grace Palin.
Courtesy of ET:
Bristol's mother, former vice-presidential candidate and Alaska Governor Sarah Palin, spoke to ET exclusively about Meyer's claims.
"For many months we have been trying to reach out to Dakota Myers [sic] and he has wanted nothing to do with either Bristol's pregnancy or the baby," Palin told ET.
"Paramount to the entire Palin family is the health and welfare of Sailor Grace," she added, claiming that Meyer is attempting to "save face."
Well he had sex with Bristol "for a good time call" Palin so I think it is a little late to "save face."
However obviously Dakota has no intention of sitting idly by while the Palins subtly hint to the world that he is a deadbeat dad who abandoned his child.
And how is that Palin cannot get her almost future son-in-law's name right?
Here is my favorite part of the article:
According to Bristol's rep, it's unclear where Meyer received the photo he posted.
Really? Well according to Sarah, via Bristol's ghostwritten blog, " The most important people in Bristol’s life were there to witness the miracle of Sailor Grace Palin’s arrival last night." So I would start with one of them.
However I think we all know that Bristol sent that picture, and simply did not realize the controversy that it would inspire.
Okay folks grab your popcorn because it looks like we are all set for yet another "Thrilla in Wasilla."
See? I told you 2016 was going to be a very entertaining year.

Shooting with the Palin gals.
So the above image showed up on Annie Okey-Dokey's Facebook page along with a whole passel of others.
Here was the accompanying post from the woman who claimed that she was "passing on that online time that enables broken people to try to break others is a way to live life vibrantly without inviting their hate to cloud my home."
Proudly Clinging To God, Guns, and Constitutional Rights to Keep 'Em What a great gift!
What a great way to spend the day with family and friends. (Remember this, guys, as you seek that perfect Valentine's Day gift!) My daughters and I shared the day with friends getting a gun safety refresher course - and learned so much more about self-defense, home defense, and safety.
Even if you've been around guns your entire life, I guarantee you'll pick up new, valuable information to keep you on target if you hire superb tactical instructors like our guys, Peter Menage and Rich Bolender. Mat-Su Tactical, LLC keeps us up to speed on the latest in firearms, various state laws employed to protect the good guys, and your Constitutional right to bear arms.
Contact matsutactical.com 907-357-GUNS for more information, including info on tapping into gun experts in your local area. Let me add my cousin, Jason Morgan, is another excellent instructor; his exemplary military service led him to his position as Director of Operations for NarrowGate Security Agency, Executive & Dignitary Protection. www.narrowgate.com.
Thank you Alaska Directional Drilling for that great gift today! It was a pleasure spending time with you in your home training to be vigilant, prepared and safe... all under the tutelage of great patriots who know how to protect the innocent. Thank you, Mat-Su Tactical.
To all who value your freedom and security, I encourage you to enroll in firearms training courses and get in touch with Mat-Su Tactical and Narrowgate Security. Protect those you love!
-Sarah Palin
You know if I did not know better I might assume that this was just a Facebook style advertisement for a local gun supplier instead of a woman simply sharing personal information with her online followers or celebrating time with her daughters.
Nah!
As it turns out Bristol also shared a few photos of her time helping mom pimp the Valley security business.
There is even a video of her a rootin' tootin' shootin' a target.
Boy those jeans seem awful tight to somebody who only gave birth about ten days ago, don't they?
Must be those Palin tight abs we hear so much about.
Oddly enough the one picture that is no longer on Palin's Instagram page is this one.
Weird huh?
Especially since last night it seems to important to get it up and diffuse those nasty "rumors" that she had given birth on November 4th.
As a certain young lady named Alice might say, "Curiouser and curiouser."
P.S. By the way I am not the only one to have saved the image before Bristol tried to delete it.

Bristol Palin tries to do damage control.
For all the people saying I gave birth 11/4/15............. here is my IV that was started on 12/22/15 when I was admitted, my baby girl was born 12/23/15 🖕🏼stop trying to create controversy where none exists, desperation is the ugliest thing
Oookay, well if that is true then how does an image like this exist?
Those are not the same numbers.
And another thing why in Bristol's post is the IV in the opposite hand?
Now see this does not clear anything up, and in fact only creates more confusion and raises more questions.

Ten days after the birth Sarah Palin has an actual post welcoming the arrival of Sailor Grace Palin NOT written on Bristol's ghostwritten blog.
Courtesy of grimacing, teeth grinding grandmother's Facebook page:
Ahhhh. Relief. A new season... this new year. My resolution time includes specific goals I know I'll meet because I hold on. Like Dierk Bentley sings:
"To the things I believe in - my faith, your love, our freedom... to the things I can count on to keep me going strong, I hold on."
One thing - I'll enjoy a lot more music, a lot less plugged-in tech time. Passing on that online time that enables broken people to try to break others is a way to live life vibrantly without inviting their hate to cloud my home. More music, less blue light, less white noise = refreshing!
(Sounds like somebody is saying that since nobody is listening any more she will spend less time attacking the President and bitching about politics online. I am not exactly sure what this "blue light" is that she speaks of, but if she sees a bright white light she might consider walking towards it. Okay that's mean, right?)
And no matter what 2016 brings, I'll teach my children to really grasp Jeremiah 29:11; to know that in all things, if it's good, it's God. "For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."
(And that my friends is very much how psychopaths typically babble when their prescriptions run out.)
Happy New Year
- Sarah Palin
After that Palin attempts to link to something Bristol supposedly wrote but it goes to a GMail account that I certainly cannot access. (Let me know if you have better success.)
Now I know that virtually every time that Palin posts one of these putrid pools of Facebook vomit that I say that she seems to be losing it, so this time I will skip that and simply let all of you judge for yourself.
Having said that I think we can all agree that Granny Grifter had a VERY disappointing year. After all this is the year her Sarah Palin Channel closed down, her arranged marriage between Bristol and Dakota fell through, she permanently lost her gig on Fox News, she was forced to put her Arizona house on the market, and of course this little bundle of Palin family mythology destroying joy was born.
Oh yeah, I would suggest that Palin has had more than a few visits from the Insanity Claus. Ho, Ho, Ho.

So when commenting keep in mind that this is at least one example of a truly innocent member of the Palin family.

Holiday greetings from the Palin gals.
Courtesy of the Mad Mama of the Mat-Su's Facebook page:
Merry Christmas! I hope you had a joyous day and can keep the Christmas spirit alive in your heart and home all year long. Love from my girls and me.
Okay so I have a confession to make.
I really tried with this most recent pregnancy NOT to go all conspiratorial.
After all not EVERYTHING these people do can be a lie, a manipulation, or a made up part of the family mythology. Right?
Right?
But then things started to happen.
First we had the whole question of "Who's the daddy?" Which neither the Palins nor Dakota Meyer seemed interested in putting to rest. (Why would somebody just let that go on?)
Then we had all of these rumors that Bristol gave birth sometime in November. (No confirmation so could just be people talking on the internet.)
Next there was the fact that Bristol phoned in her participation during Tripp's child custody case. (Well there are legitimate reasons for this, besides hiding a recent birth. Right?)
That was followed by the birth, and the Grizzled Mama's Facebook page showing her holding the newborn which originated from New Orleans.
WTF?
Now that has been followed by a post from our friend Malia Litman in which she called all of the area hospitals every day since December 11th and found that Bristol had NEVER been a patient at any of them.
I give up. Apparently EVERYTHING these people do is a lie, a manipulation, or made up part of the family mythology.

Our friend Betty Bowers has weighed in on Bristol Palin's little bundle of responsibilities as well.
I'd send congrats to all the men who may be Bristol Palin's baby's father, but with the holidays, who has that time? pic.twitter.com/59TBBE6z0X
— Mrs. Betty Bowers (@BettyBowers) December 25, 2015
Ah, you can always count on Betty to bring the funny. While we are once again on the topic you might enjoy the Daily Mail's article on the birth as well as Wonkette's not to be missed article.
You know I think this most recent birth is going to provide plenty of material for many posts to come.
I think there is a lot going on here.

Well look who finally responded to the birth of her granddaughter. Or did she?
Courtesy of Grandma Palin's Facebook page.
Which then linked to Brancy's page where we see this:
A sweet note from my mom…
Oh, perfect love! The best gift ever!
Thank you, Bristol, for your strength and good heart and your love of life. The most important people in Bristol’s life were there to witness the miracle of Sailor Grace Palin’s arrival last night.
Thank you for sharing the miracle with Piper, Marina, and me, Bri! And we thank Todd for taking care of the rest of the family during this most precious beginning of a great new chapter!
- Sarah Palin
So uh, why did that note not appear on the proud Grandmother's Facebook page?
Did she actually write it, or was it ghostwritten for her by Nancy French?
And then there's this:
"The most important people in Bristol’s life were there to witness the miracle of Sailor Grace Palin’s arrival last night."
And then it lists Piper, Palin and, MARINA?
Does that sound like a dig at Dakota to anybody else?
I swear this family gets more FUBAR every single year.

The blessed event has occurred! Update!
What no manger or three wise kings?
Color me disappointed.
According to Bristol's Instagram account the baby arrived yesterday:
My sweet Sailor Grace was born yesterday, our family couldn't be more complete 💕
Well, there COULD be a father. That might be a more complete family.
Just saying.
P.S. Try not to be too nasty folks. Remember it IS Christmas Eve.
Update: Holy crap! Dakota Meyers is acknowledging that he IS the father.
Best Christmas present ever!! I couldn't be more proud of this little blessing. pic.twitter.com/xCRi8oESRx
— Dakota Meyer (@Dakota_Meyer) December 24, 2015
Wow, there really are Christmas miracles.Well if this is the case why in the hell did nobody acknowledge it before?
Update 2: Does anybody else remember Bristol saying this on the 20th?
It (sic) my daughter's father wanted to be a part of her life, he would @trisha.s10
Yeah something feels off here.

Sunny and Levi had their baby today.
The new baby's name is Indy Rae Johnston.
Now all they have to do is work out this custody arrangement with Tripp and it should be smooth sailing ahead.

Hillary Clinton soon to have a new title. Grandmother.
Chelsea Clinton announced Thursday that she and her husband are expecting their first child this year — as her parents, the former and possibly future presidents, prepared to become grandparents.
In a surprise announcement, Clinton, 34, said she and husband, Marc Mezvinsky, are “very excited” and “lucky” to welcome a child into their family.
“I just hope that I will be as good a mom to my child and hopefully children as my mom was to me,” said Clinton, as her mother, former secretary of state Hillary Rodham Clinton, looked on proudly. A Clinton spokesman said the baby is due this fall.
Thursday’s joyous announcement came at the conclusion of a forum, moderated by actress and activist America Ferrera at the Lower Eastside Girls Club, promoting young women’s empowerment.
“I certainly feel all the better — whether it’s a boy or girl — that she or he will grow up in a world full of so many strong, young female leaders, so thank you for inspiring future generations, including the one that we’ll be lucky enough to welcome into our family later this year,” Chelsea Clinton said.
As Clinton spoke, her mother beamed from the stage. She said she was “really excited” to be expecting her first grandchild and later tweeted: “My most exciting title yet: Grandmother-To-Be!” Former president Bill Clinton tweeted: “Excited to add a new line to my Twitter bio . . . grandfather-to-be!”
My most exciting title yet: Grandmother-To-Be! @billclinton and I are thrilled that Chelsea and Marc are expecting their first child!
— Hillary Clinton (@HillaryClinton) April 17, 2014
Wow, Chelsea is having a baby after being married for four years, and it was planned.Well somebody certainly did not read the "Palin Family Planning" brochure.
You know as I was waking up this morning I turned on my TV, and heard a discussion about this on Morning Joe.
Somebody, and I am sorry I was too groggy to see who, mentioned that this might be politically advantageous to Hillary.
He was immediately ridiculed by Nicolle Wallace, but I think he is undoubtedly correct.
That should certainly not be the first take away from hearing this news, but, considering how tied into politics the Clintons are, it is certainly something that is open for discussion.
After all if Sarah Palin was able to use a fake pregnancy of her own, and the real pregnancy of her unwed teenage daughter, to garner support from the anti-abortion folks, Hillary should get mad props from the female demographic for raising an intelligent daughter, who finished college, got married, and THEN started a family in a responsible manner.
Don'tcha think?
P.S. Here is video of Chelsea making the announcement. Check out the smile on Hillary's face.

Time to "ooh" and "aww." Here are pictures of Levi, Sunny, with brand new baby Breeze.
Courtesy of the Daily Mail Online:
Levi Johnston's and his girlfriend Sunny Oglesby have introduced their baby daughter to the world for the first time.
The couple posed for a family portrait at at Matsu Regional Hospital in Wasilla, Alaska, after welcoming the child around 5.30am yesterday.
Levi, 22, who was dressed in army fatigue trousers, a green T-shirt and cap, is seen cradling the newborn alongside his partner, a 20-year-old school teacher.
The couple named the girl, who weighed just over 6lbs, Breeze Beretta Johnston.
I would just like to point out that there have NEVER been any pictures posted in the press of either Sarah Palin in the hospital after "giving birth" to Trig, nor of Bristol after giving birth to Tripp.
Take from that what you will.

You don't have to believe you were made in the image of God to feel special. You already are special.
I read an article years ago that laid out just how improbable your very existence was considering all of the possibilities, but could never find it again.
I think that THIS chart is a pretty good replacement.
Are you impressed with yourself? Well I am.
