It happened at mid-morning Monday, but it was not reported until Monday night, but a neighbor wants her neighbor to quit watering his lawn in the nude.The Tehama County Sheriff's Department received a complaint shortly before 10 p.m. from a woman saying her neighbor on Bywood Drive had been outside about 12 hours earlier, nude and watering his lawn.
It has been in the high 90's in California for a week now. I would absolutely refuse to get dressed until the damn temperature was at least 89 degrees.
I cannot imagine how you people live like that! This must be why I live in Alaska.
