Obama and Clinton in dead heat in New Hampshire.

If you click the above link you can chew on your nails like I have been for the last several hours.

As I first post this Clinton is ahead 39% to Obama's 36%. With 61% of the votes tallied.

She has been in the lead for the last three hours.

I will update this post a few times until I lose interest or drink myself into an unconscious state.

Clinton still at 39% and Obama is till at 36%. MSNBC calls for Clinton, as does Huffington Post, and Associated Press.

Well she won.

Certainly not the outcome I was hoping for, but we are still early in this thing and a 2% percent lead is certainly nothing to brag about.

The next primary is in Edwards and Obama territory. Hillary better enjoy this victory while she can, tomorrow is another day.

  1. Thank you for giving us the wine drinking idea. It really helped. Not a happy night. Husband & I are still trying to figure out what happened in the college precincts. CNN showed them uncounted for hrs, and now nothing, no TV news on them. Well, as you say, So Carolina is looming & that state has enough delegates to mean something. Also NV caucus is same day as SC, where my sister will be manning polls & caucusing. I hear the Culinary Union there (which is much more major than anyone outside of NV can possibly imagine) just yanked their Obama endorsement & said they will remain neutral for awhile longer. Well, you know Vegas, they play the odds & the house always wins.

WHats the REAL difference between these two? They have nearly identical platforms and agree on almost every issue. So it cant be their policy. It must be something more superficial?

Nope , they have MANY differences on healthcare and the Iraq War and the Patriot Act, and spying etc...
    VERY......

Hillary has a very Centrist Agenda...and her Healthcare reforms makes Insurance mantadory and offers people tax cuts....that is NOT embracing a system of singlepayer Universal Insurance that offers accessibility, affordability, and allows all Americans to have Healthcare...

And Iraq, she has never Said WHEN she would bring ALL the Troops home and end the Illegal Occupation....or when she would close Gitmo....
and would she close the Bases in Iraq - ALL of them...

    I will stop now..but
