Right now they are being careful and referring to it only as a rumor, but I have a feeling that when more information comes out they will be more than happy to promote the story.
On my end I have received a bunch of documentation in the mail pertaining to Shailey's arrest and am going through it right now for an upcoming post, which will hopefully include another interview with Shailey.
I have also heard reports that there are a number of "Lamestream" media types clamoring for interviews with Ms. Tripp. Like I said, this story definitely has legs.

A little OT but I think that the statement the APD put out on the Shailey story was very calculated. There was a sting in Wasilla in late Oct (reported early Nov.) that uncovered a prostitution ring, FBI was even involved along with Wasilla police and Anchorage Vice Squad. I think that the APD worded their statement so it sounded like they were referencing that ring because when you google Todd Palin all the articles that come up first are about the APD denial of Todd's affair/part in "prostitution ring". IMO that did a lot to almost kill this story.

No proof, no story. Shailey is not giving up her "proof" either, she can't.

Anon @ 12:56... I had a massage this past Friday. She massaged my stomach, without me asking her to. I have been to numerous MT, and all but one lightly massaged the tummy area. I think you've flogged the "massage therapist doesn't routinely massaged the stomach area" enough now. I think you have never had a massage. You should try it. it may make you feel less tense about Sarah being found out. Also, a massage therapist can tell many things about a persons body, just by running their hands over it. The MT pinpointed problem areas before I even told her about them. They "see" with their finger tips. They would be able to tell if a woman was 6 months pregnant, even if she had "tight abs" :)

ReplyDeleteI've had my stomach massaged many times -- not every time -- but many times. For some massage therapists it is routine. And I don't think that a massage therapist would have to touch a woman's stomach to tell whether she was/wasn't pregnant. So many things about a woman's body change due to the hormones during pregnancy. Just for one example, the ligaments of your hip joints loosen and that is why you "waddle" when you are pregnant - whether you want to or not. I prided myself on being very active and trying not to waddle when I walked w/ both my pregnancies, but some people could tell even before I started showing -- especially other women who had been pregnant. No -- I think that Ms. Tripp's statement, if backed up by proof, is pretty rock solid. A trained massage therapist probably knows at least as much about the human body as a nurse.

Interesting part of the Shailey Tripp / Todd Palin case is that the Palins never denied Todd had sexual relations with Shailey Tripp. Sarah Palin only said that Todd is not involved in a prostitution ring and that if you have any questions just ask Todd. I know there was a personal invite from blogger Malia Litman to Todd to tell his side of the story and there has been no response. So Sarah's comment about just ask Todd was a bunch of malarkey meant for her followers to hear and not meant for anybody else who have been asking Todd and the Palins for their comments.

anon 12:56 - just because in your small world of experience you never "heard" of stomach massage, that only proves you have very little experince or knowledge about massage. I am a trained massage therapist - and all massage therapist are trained in massage of the stomach area and what types of massage to do and NOT do for a woman who is pregnant. A stomach massage is done with the client's permission or at their request - so it is not done every single time, but it is definitely a regular and very normal part of a full body massage.

Then perhaps you never complained of menstrual cramps or digestion/elimination problems at a massage?. Do some research and you will see that the abdomen is definitely massaged. I remember my first massage was with a student who was gaining "clinical hours" and doing very full free massages. She "had" to spend time on my abdomen as part of being evaluated even though I had no issues there at the time.
So, nice try attempting to deflect from the Fact that your queen did not birth little Tri-gster.

ReplyDeleteOn another note, my 92-year-old grandmother got a solicitation in the mail today with sarah's picture on the front of the envelope. Inside was more begging for whatever she could send to "help defeat the black man in the White House in 2012."
She and her PAC have no scruples; and the problem is most older people that get this letter WILL send cash, and it will just wind up in her bank account.

Thanks Gryphen, and others who posted the sex story and massage of sp, both are getting out there. I posted and tweeted to many including Wonkette. People in the business are aware of the fact that sp has thin skin and would react if this wasn't true. Since she hasn't is proof to me.
