Just in time to make more conservative heads explode before the New Year, CNN votes President Obama as the "Most Intriguing Person of 2012."

Courtesy of CNN:

A year ago, President Barack Obama was under fire. Today, he is being feted.

In just 12 months, the 51-year-old lawyer and former U.S. senator raised by a single mother went from a beleaguered candidate for re-election -- his record and signature health care law under daily attack by Republican rivals -- to being the first Democrat to win more than 50% of a presidential vote twice since Franklin D. Roosevelt.

Now the nation's first African-American president is CNN's Most Intriguing Person of 2012, as voted on by readers of CNN.com, five days after being named TIME's Person of the Year.

You know the Right Wing, with their propaganda machine Fox news, have literally dun EVERYTHING they could think of to defeat this man or make him resemble the boogeyman in   the eyes of the American people, and they have failed.

Kind of helps to restore my faith in humanity. Well MOST of humanity anyhow.

Hey speaking of "intriguing" this was a picture somebody on Reddit took of Obama moonlighting.

Gee no Wonder the right wing attacks seem to bounce off of him.

Happy Holidays from the lower 48! What's the weather like up there? Does the forecast predict icebergs ahead? Before or after the New Year?

Haha! Right-wingers must be wee-wee'd up, or their undie-fetids in a twist, or wondering how that hopey-changey stuff could really work?

Even the babies gurgle with glee!!

ABC’s Sam Donaldson To Tea Party: ‘It’s Not Your Country Anymore – It’s Our Country…’

“The minorities re-elected president Obama… It’s the Tea Party and thinking of the Tea Party and people like that that are driving the Republicans out of contention as a national party. You cannot win nationally if you don’t know something about the way the country’s changed, and the Tea Party seems to think the country can go back 25 or 30 years. The greatest slogan that I hated during this last campaign was “We want to take back our country.” Guys, it’s not your country anymore – it’s our country and you’re part of it, but that thinking is going to defeat Republicans nationally if they don’t get rid of it.”

Yes, their heads are exploding and they're leaving the world of sanity altogether. I just have to say, where were they when George Bush was taking us into war based on lies and media manipulation? Where were they when embassies and consulates were attacked and people were killed over and over and over again? It's quite something that they are so hell bent on making President Obama 'pay' for everything that they think he's done or hasn't done or they've just simply MADE UP in their pointy little heads.

Tea Party Fantasies of Sending Obama to Prison for Benghazi

Sorry Haters: The Gate Has Closed on Benghazi-Gate.

The Republicans guilty of withholding money to protect our embassy personnel in Benghazi are still fantasizing about pinning the blame on President Obama.

Just as they got themselves all hot and bothered over Electoral College fantasies in the wake of their election defeat, thinking they could still somehow get the black man out of the White House, now they think they can send that black man to prison for a crime they committed even though they failed to impeach him as the scapegoat for their crime.

I guess the logic is, if you can’t get him now, get him later. Their buddy George W. Bush and his cronies Rumsfeld and Cheney, of course, can illegally invade and pillage countries and violate international law at a pace that can only be characterized as unholy (and get rich doing it), but Obama should go to prison because of something he did not do.

    Because he’s black.

Drew Zahn on World Net Daily lustily recounts a story that “has been resurrected by the website TeaParty.org, a story at least one national pundit believes could send Barack Obama to prison.”

That pundit is, of course, Glenn Beck, who has made his livelihood out of wondering why the rest of us aren’t upset about fantasies taking place only inside his own head.

The man really is incredible. I was thinking that his stony resilience was from childhood - having to play alone, suffer racial attacks, etc.

But then i think of all the kids who are bullied today. They don't necessarily get stronger - they break, they give in to the hate - they even sometimes kill (Columbine) and be killed.

No. President Obama (AND his MOM!!!) are/were Exceptional people, and WE are all SOOOOO Lucky to have him!
