Now for something completely different. Perhaps the most chilling safety advertisement I have ever seen.
It is not often that a movie, commercial or short film, gets to me very often. But this one certainly did.
To learn more about this film and why it was made click the Facebook page here.
The drunk driving one above wasn't intended to be cute..it was to show exactly what people who drive drunk need to see!! Sorry it was harsh but getting bloody and dying is what happens in REAL life when you drive drunk. It should be shown in every high school and to every first time drunk driver, maybe it would open some eyes.
Wow....I just watched the 1st place winner, but I think this one was better. Remembering those days, how many times I was the deso driver and my daughters were too when they were driving. You have to truly hope there are a few in their circle of friends to make that commitment. Sigh...as if gun violence and drugs aren't enough to worry about.
Gryphen..here's another one..very graphic but to the point!

Sheesh that one is harsh. Once things got bloody, I couldn't watch it all the way to the end
DeleteWatched "The Deso" at the website. That was cute.

ReplyDeleteAustralia has always made the best road safety advertisements. This a montage of the first 20 years of Vcitorian Transport Accident Commission ads:
