You know I kind of like the idea of the President and Vice President sort of hanging out together, telling jokes, shooting hoops, and laughing at Fox News pundits.
I don't know if that is the reality of their relationship, but I like to think that it is.

ReplyDeleteBefore the 2008 election, I would not have put those two together as a team. However, they seem to get along really well and complement each other's strengths.
ReplyDeleteThey both seem to have a great sense of humor (which I'm sure is absolutely essential in that position!) and are able to take their jobs very seriously while not taking themselves so seriously.
I think we are extremely lucky to have those two men (and their fabulous wives) in charge of our country!
Oh - I thought they would, read both of their autobiographies. Both common sense, decent people with hearts of gold. Neither grew up with privilege and take the betterment of our country seriously - not into power or "titles". We are so lucky - let's keep working hard to keep Dems in the White House and Congress to keep the momentum going so we don't back slide into the Koch agenda.
