But in the context of numbers like that, yeah, it's hard to see how 10K would make a difference, unless maybe they're in danger of not raking in as much as 100K. Could it be a psychological thing? I.e., they know that nobody who is part of Sarah's nutcase base will pony up more than a few bucks, so if they put out a call for a meaningful amount, people will figure, dang, my $10 won't amount to a hill of beans, so I'll just use my gravy train disability checks oops I mean my hard-earned money to take the little missus out for an evening of fine dining at Mickey D.

I remember one national radio show refusing to discuss it when someone called in. The host said that that was such a ridiculous "rumor" and so impossible to believe that it must be false and therefore they wouldn't even allow the question to be commented on.
Yes, a reasonable person would find charging rape victims for their rape kits totally abhorrent. But that's how Sarah did and continues to get away with so many things. She does things that are so out of the expected norm, that people literally cannot fathom that such a thing would be true.
For instance:
--charging victims for their rape kits
--faking a pregnancy as a sitting governor
--saying the Legislature's Trooper Gate investigators exonerated her of all charges.
Who would lie about something so obviously on-the-record false (Troopergate and other items)? Sarah would because she figures no one will question her....at least back then. Now the more mainstream public is on to her game.

I went back and reviewed my emails received since 12a.m.. There were 12 'end-of-quarter' fundraising emails from 8 Democratic and women's issues PACs. Only one of the orgs disappointingly brought up FEC 1stQ filing when they, like SarahPAC, don't need to file until July 31. Unlike SarahPAC, none of them lied or played the victim or patriotism card, although many were guilt-tripping (why I usually delete-without-opening).

Everyone should contact the government officials for the City of Wasilla (small town in Alaska in the central part of the state) - about an hour drive north of Anchorage - and encourage them 'not' to name the new library after Sarah Palin. If she provides them money, all they have to do is say 'thank you - the funds are much appreciated'!

I watched the news coverage on TV last night about this subject.
Sarah Palin was 'not' one of the people in the line up that shoveled the first turnover of dirt to begin the ceremonial start of the project.
Can you even imagine a library, of all things, having her name affixed when she has proven herself to be such an idiot? The fact she is poorly read has also been noted throughout these past years.
