Alaska's quitter governor and the Tea Party's queen diva Sarah Palin uses her Facebook page to comment on all things political, including touting Donald Trump's candidacy for the presidency. But when it comes to Trump's outrageously sexist comments about her former colleague at Fox News, Megyn Kelly, Palin has remained shamefully silent about El Donaldo's latest round of misogyny.
So much for Mama Grizzly solidarity with conservative women like Kelly, with whom Palin once declared: "We are the women's movement!"
Trump, of course, has been nothing more than a serial sexist when it comes to his constant attacks on women: He has called women "ugly," "fat," "dogs," "slobs," "bimbos," "extremely unattractive," ad infinitum, all leading up to his allegation this weekend that Kelly was menstruating during the Republican presidential primary debate Thursday tonight.
I guess in Palin World, that all makes you a "hero." So be it. But as virtually every major player in the current Republican line-up for president has called Trump on his latest remarks, Palin still hasn't brought herself to take the high road. Just before the Presidential debate last week, Palin gave yet another bizarre interview in which she said that she advised Trump [3:11]:
"I've already told him. I said: Keep it up! America appreciates that you're calling it like you see it. He's telling a lot of truth. And really helping educate and lead the other candidates because they're going to have to step up their game and quit sounding like politicians."
I wonder what "truth" she thinks he's now telling?
Geoffrey goes on to remind us all that nobody holds a grudge like Sarah Palin and that her recent firing from Fox News came on the heels of her rant against Megyn Kelly in response to her interview with the Duggar girls.
You should of course read the entire post as Geoffrey makes several very good points in this article about why he thinks Palin is unable to bring herself to criticize Trump, whereas anybody else would be feeling the sting from her Facebook delivered venom.

First and foremost, it's the responsibility of a mother to protect her family- a role which Palin has long neglected. She has put all of the children- who would allow it -front and center in the public eye. This behavior makes me cringe. If she has finally realized the need to protect her family, then this is good news for her children and grandchildren.

After she quit her job as governor, people made fun of Sarah's stupid run-on, word salad speeches and comments at Fox. Fox must have had their own issues with Sarah because she's not there any more. If she was offering brilliant observations about politics, Sarah would still be at Fox, and she might have even gotten her own show. None of this had anything to do with Sarah being a female. Sarah was and still is dumb as a rock.
If you need an example of a male VP who was also dumb as a rock, I give you Dan Quayle. Those weren't sexist attacks. He really was as dumb as a rock. GWB wasn't much better.

Sarah's excuse for not saying anything was set up last week when she said that she and Todd were stopping in Phoenix on their way to going fishing in Canada. Then, Sarah headed to San Diego to talk to that start up private TV station,which is right on the way to going fishing in Canada. Isn't there any good fishing in Alaska? Did Todd catch all of the fish at Bristol Bay and there weren't any left? What happened to Todd's fishing lodge?

She is satisfied enough and does what she can to keep secrets and the child safe. The problem is by not telling the truth the secrets fester and negative patterns repeat. The child is not actually safe. Too bad Britta doesn't want to admit what is going on. They may not tell her all of it. She and her family should wise up and see the light. It is not just about them and keeping Palin secrets.
There is a child that needs protection. None of the adults want to deal with that.
A parent usually cannot decline or refuse child support. The Courts in Alaska would not sign off on any agreement that includes such a provision. The Courts are looking at what is best for the child, not the parents.

ReplyDeleteI love those posts. No way should Gryphen block them, and he isn't, so that's a good thing. I am sure that goading Sarah is the aim and that is the part that is the most enjoyable. The Kid is playing cat and mouse with her and I suspect that there are alot of people who can fill in the blanks. Not me, because I'm not in the know, but the ones that are should be either shaking in their boots at the possible reveal, or giddy as hell for the same reason. Why does it bother you that these posts are there? Just skip them if it's a problem for you. In the meantime, if you like puzzles, it's exactly that and the pieces are slowly being revealed. Good stuff! I suspect also that trying to stop them from being posted is exactly what someone who is nervous about them would request....hmmm, busted?
