Shawna Cox |
Shawna Cox, one of Malheur Wildlife Refuge occupiers facing federal charges, has filed a court document claiming federal damages from the works of the devil for $666,666,666,666.66. (Oh, well that seems like a reasonable amount.)
The document was filed in US District Court Wednesday, and quickly tossed by a judge who said Cox's claims were "not cognizable in this criminal proceeding and will not be addressed in this case."
The document also accuses the Feds of trying to execute her and the other occupiers.
Well damn, I guess they DO suck at their job then don't they?
Cox also claimed that the Malheur Wildlife Refuge federal employees did not refuse to show up for work out of fear of being shot, but rather because they felt guilty.
I don't know what they are supposed to feel guilty about but it apparently makes sense to this lunatic, but sadly for her not to the judge.
She should be sent to one of our overseas black sites for interrogation and never heard from or seen again.
ReplyDeleteStupid runs deep in these ignorati!
Indeed. President Supreme Ruler Trump would have her waterboarded.
DeleteIs this the one with 12 kids? Picture that!
DeleteLa Bitcha!
Stupid runs deep in the RWNJ! Look at James wood twitter troll suing for 10 mill a person for a tweet! http://www.wdbj7.com/life/money/james-woods-can-sue-twitter-user-for-calling-him-a-cocaine-addict/37960948
DeleteShe is one foul-mouthed broad! I hope she's enjoying her stay at the Gray Bar Hilton!
ReplyDeleteWell gosh - Shawna seems reasonable and seems to be the perfect person to show how rational these folks really are.
ReplyDeleteI would suggest that everyone read the entire filing. The damage claim for $666,666,666,666.66 is not the craziest part. There are some amazing claims in there, all of which are Sovereign Citizen craziness.
ReplyDeleteWithout guns, these people are merely eccentric whack jobs that could easily be ignored. With guns and the inflated sense of self-importance that they have from thinking that they, alone, see The Truth and are saving the country, it's no wonder that many law enforcement officials think they are the single greatest threat for domestic terrorism.
What would you expect from a crazy CRIMMINAL?
DeleteEccentric RELIGIOUS whack jobs.
DeleteHence the devil, 666 etc.
I wonder she didn't ask for $6.66 or even $666 dollars. No, it has to be $666 BILLION plus.
This is all about the money.
Not having to pay taxes or grazing fees.
Free land.
And money. Not having to pay money and getting lots of money.
Her claims hint of schizophrenia and paranoid delusions.
ReplyDeleteHopefully a psych eval will be ordered.
Maybe just an IQ test.
DeleteHopefully Both!
Deleteoh Shawna, poor, poor Shawna. We always knew you were 'odd'.
ReplyDeleteWhen are we going to treat these people as the lunatics they are? They should not be wasting our money of foolish litigation and should be locked up securely in an institution. Oh, that's right Reagan got rid of all of them.
ReplyDeleteIs she the tip of the floating chit house? Does she connect to the san Bernardino terrorist too? Do bundys use apples too?
ReplyDeleteThanks Shawna! you just made it impossible for your co-conspirators to been granted bail. The judge may cut you some slack just for the entertainment value of your 'suite'.
ReplyDeleteSheesh
She looks too young to recall Flip Wilson, but then, the Devil is always busy.
ReplyDeleteBundys in Undies poster child for Christian Fascist rill "Murican's fighting for their Right Wingin' bitter clingin Proud lunacy.
ReplyDeleteBrought to you by Rush, Levin, Alex Jones, Fox Noise, Kock Bros, and the Christian Taliban preacher cabal who claim Jeebus loved him some WASPs and American is the only language
Give Sarah Palin some credit for this also too. One of the few things she's good at.
DeleteOK Shawna, you will hopefully get your portion of the bill, for taking a daily dump on sacred ground.(in the trench).
ReplyDeleteYou are one nasty fugly, dunb misfit.Brush you teeth.
Stupidest lawsuit I've ever heard of. They'll be lucky if the government settles for even half of that amount. Of course, their lawyer would get a third or more of that so it's not as much as it first appears to be. Still, ya gotta wish these crazy plucky people good luck!
ReplyDeleteAny relation to Fairbanks' infamous Schaeffer Cox? They seem to be equally demented. Familial paranoid schizophrenia?
ReplyDeleteHard to believe there is no genetic connection.
DeletePredisposition for craziness?
Her tax-payer funded, court-appointed defense attorney must be tearing her hair out. Nice try, Shawna Cox, trying to save yourself the filing fee to initiate a civil complaint and instead try to muddy your criminal case with civil claims. I think it's a mistake to say these people are stupid or mentally ill. I think they're cagey and clever despite being badly misguided by their sov cit rhetoric.
ReplyDeleteNot only are these domestic terrorists cowards, but they are moochers. Wanna bet the first thing they yelled for was their constitutional right to an attorney.
DeletePersonally, I want a refund for wasting the attorney's and the court's time.
They don't believe in the federal government, they don't pay their taxes or grazing fees then they shouldn't receive any benefits.
Let them pay for their own attorneys.
Cliven Bundy Indicted by Federal Grand Jury for 2014 Standoff
ReplyDeleteBundy faces decades in prison and a $3 million forfeiture, failing not only in his bid to steal public lands but possibly losing his own
Justice was delayed in the case of insurrectionist Cliven Bundy, 69, but he did not escape in the end. After being arrested upon his arrival in Portland Oregon on February 10, he was denied bail Tuesday as a flight risk, and indicted Wednesday – along with his son Ammon, who led the takeover of the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge, his son Ryan, and two other men, Ryan Payne, and Peter Santilli.
Together, the five men are facing 16 felony charges for the 2014 Oregon standoff, the event which emboldened the Bundy’s to seize the wildlife refuge. Bundy’s sons, Payne, and Santilli have already been indicted for their role in the seizure of and 41-day standoff at the wildlife refuge.
According to the indictment,

What would Jesus do?
DeleteShawna Cox says that she is a sovereign citizen yet, she lists her "rights" under the United States Constitution. Doesn't she see the irony?
ReplyDeleteAlso, too, she is suing for over 666 Billion dollars because she claims that the government is doing the Devil's work. She is a greedy, evil lover of money. Wouldn't that make her the Devil's Advocate? Guess she doesn't see the irony in that, either.
Responding to a rising tide of threats in the wake of the standoff at the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge near Burns, Ore., federal authorities are warning law enforcement agencies around the nation to be on the lookout for retaliatory violence from extremists affiliated with the antigovernment movement.

Four and three quarters of the beast? Shawna, no one forced you to break the law, it seemed like fun at the time, but save your money for peroxide and soap on a rope. It's difficult to stay blonde where you're headed. There's more feces in what you filed than your buddies left on federal land reserved for ALL people. The judge should make THEM clean it up w/o hazmat suits.
ReplyDeleteI lmao when I saw this story earlier today... it's pretty clear that these anti-fed people are not living in the same world as the rest of us. they're are fucking nuts.
