Lawyer for Stormy Daniels, Michael Avenatti, hints that 1.6 million dollar payoff to hide abortion, was not for Republican donor, but Donald Trump himself.

(Pertinent portion starts at the 4:00 mark.)

Courtesy Raw Story:

Attorney Michael Avenatti appeared Thursday on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe,” where he gave a wide-ranging interview on the lawsuit against the president and a related criminal investigation of Trump’s personal lawyer Michael Cohen — and he said reporting on the case had missed an important detail.

“So, Mika, you are familiar with the fact that a week ago, Judge (Kimba) Wood ordered Michael Cohen’s attorneys to disclose all of his clients for the last three years,” Avenatti said, “and there were three clients listed — three clients listed. Do you recall which three?”

Brzezinski listed Trump, Fox News host Sean Hannity and Republican donor Elliott Broidy — but Avenatti said she was making the same mistake everyone else had.

“No, no, no,” he said. “Mr. Trump, the Trump organization and Sean Hannity. Mr. Broidy was not disclosed in open court as one of Michael Cohen’s clients.”

Co-host Joe Scarborough asked the attorney what that meant.

“I think at some point we are going to find out, if in fact, the client in connection with the ($1.6 million) settlement was, in fact, Mr. Broidy. I’m going to leave it at that.”

Avenatti wouldn’t say it, but the implication seems clear.

Yes, the implication is quite clear.

And it kind of irritates me because I actually started to write a piece about this in my head while I was driving to an appointment the other day, and decided not to post it because it seemed a little conspiratorial with not much evidence to back it up.

But let me take a stab at it again in light of this new information from Avenatti.

So this Elliot Brody guy is somebody that NOBODY really knows. At least not outside of certain Republican circles.

Though he is wealthy, and produced two b-list movies in 2013, he is not a famous person who typically hangs around celebrities.

He also looks like this.

So in what world does he get his hands on a playmate that looks like this.

I mean I know women are attracted to power and money, but unless this miss Bechard was straight up selling her body for sex, I simply don't see it.

On the other hand we KNOW that Donald Trump has been sleeping with Playboy models and porn stars for years, often did not use protection, and also habitually paid them off using Michael Cohen as a go between.

So the idea that this was HIS child, and that Michael Cohen paid that 1.6 million to buy her silence and arrange for an abortion to protect his boss, fits snugly with what we already know.

And this is certainly not without precedent.

Do you remember the John Edwards/Rielle Hunter affair?

Well after it was revealed that Hunter was pregnant, Edwards campaign staffer Andrew Young came forward and said that he was the father.

He wasn't the father, John Edwards was, and that eventually came to light despite their best attempts to push the false story.

So yes, not only is it conceivable, but since as far as we know Michael Cohen provided semi-legal services to ONLY Donald Trump for little over a decade, it is also the most likely scenario.

I look forward to what comes next.

Does Donald Trump have a secret love child?

Courtesy of WaPo:

The owner of the National Enquirer paid $30,000 in late 2015 to a onetime Trump Tower doorman who was offering an embarrassing story about then-presidential candidate Donald Trump, but the tabloid never published it, according to a person familiar with the payment.

A spokesman for the Trump Organization on Thursday denied the story that doorman Dino Sajudin told the tabloid: that Trump fathered a child out of wedlock in the late 1980s and that top executives of the Trump Organization, including longtime security chief Matt Calamari, knew about it.

“Mr. Sajudin’s claims are completely false,” the Trump Organization said in a statement. A spokesman added that Calamari never made such a statement and accused Sajudin of having a history of peddling false stories.

In an interview Thursday with The Washington Post, Sajudin dismissed claims that he had made anything up.

“You know I took a polygraph test,” he said, adding that he believes his story was buried as part of a larger strategy by the tabloid to quash negative articles about Trump.

“It seems like the writing is on the wall about that, it’s pretty clear,” Sajudin said. He said the story “had to come out,” and he referred further questions to his attorney.

Okay for the record this Sajudin guy is a little sketchy, and has a history of making things up for attention.

However the possibility that Trump has a love child out there seems like something that almost HAS to be true.

The guy has shoved his shriveled orange dick into anything that moves for decades now, without benefit of a condom according to Karen McDougal and Stormy Daniels, so just by the law of averages alone it stands to reason that there are at least a few little orange Trump-a-Loompas running around out there someplace.

By the way the maid who has been identified by a few erstwhile internet sleuths, Carmen Ortiz Santiago Delouise. is indeed Trump's longtime housekeeper, but there is no evidence that she is the Fertile Myrtle who gave birth to this possible heir to the Trump misfortune.

However let me just say that if this story is true, and the mother turns out to be Hispanic, this might finally see Trump's approval rating with his racist base go down to single digits.

Yeah, THAT actually might do it.

Donald Trump claims that he has no idea where his attorney got the $130,000 he paid Stormy Daniels for her silence.

Courtesy of CNN:

President Donald Trump said on Thursday he did not know about a $130,000 payment made to the adult film actress Stormy Daniels for her silence, his first public acknowledgment of the scandal surrounding an alleged sexual affair that has plagued him for months.

"No," Trump told reporters aboard Air Force One when questioned about his knowledge of the payment, which was made by his private attorney Michael Cohen in the month before the 2016 election.

Asked why Cohen made the payment, Trump said: "You'll have to ask Michael Cohen. Michael is my attorney. You'll have to ask Michael."

He said he didn't know where the money came from and ignored a question about whether he set up a fund for Cohen to draw from in making the payment.

I believe this is the first time that Trump has addressed the Stormy Daniels situation directly.

She of course shares the same rarefied space as Vladimir Putin as one of those who must never be criticized by Donald Trump.

I don't know about all of you but I seriously doubt that Michael Cohen made his payment on his own without his client knowing anything about it.

That seems preposterous and would make Michael Cohen one of the biggest schmucks in recent history.

What's more the lawyer for Stormy Daniels is not buying it either.

We know that Avenatti is really looking forward to getting the opportunity to cross examine Donald Trump, and you can bet your ass that if he does he is going to ask him about this money.

In fact only an hour or so after Trump made those remarks to reporters, I saw this:
If Trump lies while under oath, he's fucked.

But if Trump tells the truth, well he's still fucked.

Actually the minute he sits down with this pit bull of a lawyer, he's fucked.

Stormy Daniels' attorney is drawing a line in the sand.

Well that seems pretty clear cut to me.

But apparently not to everybody, because this tweet came out hours later.
Well I think that we all know that Trump is NEVER going to come 100% clean about any of this unless forced.

Which seems to indicate that Avenatti is indeed looking to take this to court and fight it out as publicly as possible.

For anybody who thought this news story only had a temporary shelf life, it does not appear that way any longer.

As I said before THIS story could be competing directly with the Mueller investigation as the thing which ultimately ends the Trump presidency.

P.S. By the way Stormy might be joined in that endeavor by a fellow adult film star.

Courtesy of the Daily Beast:

“Because of his words, Stormy and I are continued to be called liars even after the man admitted he actually did pay her off,” Evans said.

Evans said some longtime fans have turned against her because of Cohen’s statements, which deny Daniels’ tryst with Trump.

“We work very hard in our industry to show the world that we’re credible people,” Evans, who just celebrated her 20-year anniversary in porn, told The Daily Beast. “The industry is filled with strong, intelligent women like us.

“To have worked so hard to be such a solid person in the business and have one person strip it away from you because they’re lying to protect the president… it’s terrible,” she said.

Trying to remember the last time that a sitting president was sued by a porn star, much less two of them.

Yeah, I got nothing.

Stormy Daniels is willing to give back the $130,000 in order to tell her story.

Courtesy of NBC News:

Adult film star Stormy Daniels is offering to give back the $130,000 she was paid for her silence so she can speak freely about President Donald Trump and release any text messages, photos and videos she might have.

The actress, whose real name is Stephanie Clifford, made the offer Monday in a letter to Trump's private attorney Michael Cohen, who brokered a nondisclosure agreement with her shortly before the presidential election.

The letter is also being sent to Lawrence Rosen, an attorney who has identified himself as representing Mr. Cohen, and to EC LLC, a company Cohen formed in connection to the agreement and payment made to Clifford in October 2016.

The letter says the money would be wired to an account designated by Trump by Friday. In return, Clifford would be allowed to "speak openly and freely about her prior relationship with the president and the attempts to silence her and use and publish and text messages, photos and videos relating to the President that she may have in her possession, all without fear of retribution or legal liability," the letter says.

“This has never been about the money," Clifford's lawyer, Michael Avenatti, told NBC News on Monday.

"It has always been about Ms. Clifford being allowed to tell the truth. The American people should be permitted to judge for themselves who is shooting straight with them and who is misleading them. Our offer seeks to allow this to happen."

Oh damn, Stormy Daniels is playing hardball here.

She knows she stands to make significantly more in a tell all book, and possible movie rights (And not just porno movie rights), than she will if she stays quiet.

I have also heard from her attorney that there are several people willing to pay the million dollar fine for breaking her non-disclosure agreement if she talks.

Apparently Trump and his attorneys managed to temporarily kill that 60 Minutes interview, but it does not appear that they are going to be able to keep this woman quiet for much longer.

Whatever story she has to tell it MUST be damn good.

Did Rupert Murdoch pay Rebekah Brooks hush money? Certainly looks like it!

Serving time in prison is SO much easier when you have 11 million dollars waiting for you on the outside.
Courtesy of NBC News:

Former newspaper executive Rebekah Brooks received a payout totaling more than 7 million pounds ($11.2 million) following her resignation from Rupert Murdoch's British newspaper group last year, the Financial Times said on Tuesday.

Brooks, the woman at the heart of a scandal shaking Rupert Murdoch's media empire and the British government, is awaiting trial next year on multiple charges in relation to phone-hacking by reporters at one of her papers.

The FT cites two people with knowledge of her compensation as saying the payout consisted of cash and pension payments as well as an allowance for legal fees and the use of a chauffeur-driven car.

Two of the people cited by the newspaper said the payout also included substantial claw-back clauses for her former employer, News International.

These entitle News International, the British arm of News Corp., to recover some of the payment from Brooks in certain circumstances, according to a third person familiar with the details of her exit package.

A spokeswoman for News International declined to comment and a spokesman for Brooks could not be reached for immediate comment.

Okay so Brooks was paid over ELEVEN MILLION dollars when she left Murdoch's employ under a cloud of suspicion, however there is a clause which states she must return a portion of this money "in certain circumstances?"

Would those "circumstances" include testifying against her old boss? Because I have to say that it kind of looks that way.

Does it look that way to everybody else, or am I missing something here?

And how does this NOT make both her and her employer look even MORE guilty?
