The one thing I will predict is that Donald Trump will not be able to resist getting nasty.
As is made creepily clear by who he appeared in a press conference with right before this debate tonight.
In fact there is talk that he plans to bring up Bill Clinton's past infidelities right in front of Hillary tonight, a move that is guaranteed to back fire.
By the way I watched this Juanita Broaddrick interview and read the transcript and it simply does NOT come off as believable. During the 1992 Presidential campaign there were unfounded rumors and stories circulated that Mr. Clinton had made unwelcome sexual advances toward me in the late seventies. Newspaper and tabloid reporters hounded me and my family, seeking corroboration of these tales. I repeatedly denied the allegations and requested that my family’s privacy be respected. These allegations are untrue and I had hoped that they would no longer haunt me, or cause further disruption to my family.
If Trump decides to go there you can feel completely confidant that Hillary is well prepared to respond.
As for Trump it appears that HIS trouble might be just beginning:

Trump may also try to make something out of those newly released Wikileak documents, but I have spent some time looking through them and I think Trump would be hard pressed to find anything that he can use in this debate.

So in 1998 the Donald appeared on Fox News and ripped Linda Tripp, Monica AND Paula Jones who was at the news conference today. Guess she doesn't care about how he ripped her then as long as she gets another fifteen minutes. And last week Sean Spicer, the RNC spokesman admitted they were trying to Willie Horton Tim Kaine over an accused criminal he represented. And today at Trumps "news conference" they attacked Hillary for representing an accused child rapist when she worked as a lawyer. So apparently Donald doesn't believe in the Constitution and the right to a vigorous defense. If he had his way, the five innocent young men who went to and but later proven innocent of the Central Park Jogger assault would have been put to death.

With only 30 days left, they are jumping ship to save themselves, not to change their platform. Those “Republicans of character” hurling themselves overboard in search of a life boat want to keep their fall back guy Mike Pence. A bastion of anti-women, anti-Planned Parenthood anti-choice, anti LGBTQ, pro-WConversion Therapy, 1st Amendment bashing, anti-equal protection, anti-14th amendment, anti-immigrant, voter suppressing even whiter version of the Republican agenda. You know the non-offensive guy.
Donald Trump’s recent comments were not just vulgar. They were admissions of crimes. They were admissions of assault. They were admissions of entitlement that says he believes he can grope women wherever and however he wants. They were admissions of adultery while his brand new wife was at home pregnant with his child. If you can find an excuse for any of that within yourself, you have no moral high ground upon which to perch your hypocrisy.

So unless he's willing to spend his own money, he's got nothing. No ad buys, no print and mailings, probably lost staff and even those local offices. He basically has no campaign left unless he gets free press. So he'll just keep saying outrageous things to get free press, which will result in him digging that hole even deeper.
If only he could beat Goldwater's low of 37.5%. Come on Donald! You can do it. Shoot for 35% of the vote. Be the greatest, successful LOSER in the history of presidential elections. Lose bigly. Be a YUUUGE loser.

I thought Hillary did a good job; she answered the questions and engaged the audition. Also she and Bill stuck around to talk with the people, after all they are supposedly undecided.
Donnie either was too arrogant to talk to the little people or too tired because he lacks stamina as well as policies.
I really had to laugh when Donnie said the big oil companies are going bankrupt, billions of dollars in profits per quarter is hardly going bankrupt and he really should know about bankruptcy since he has done it 5-6 times.

DeleteInteresting to note that......in the current photos on Daily Mail of tonight's event, Melania's nipps seem to clearly show through her sheer red shirt. Nothing wrong with nipps, but I doubt if she is involved with the "free the nipples" (dumb) campaign and I think it is a little inappropriate. After all, it is almost hard to find a bra that does not have a thin "smoothing" shield that would eliminate that silhouette from showing so the choice seems deliberate.
