Disgraced former Fox News host Bill O'Reilly to join disgraced former Fox News host Glenn Beck's third rate talk radio show.

Courtesy of The Hill:

Former Fox News titans Bill O’Reilly and Glenn Beck will be reuniting for a weekly spot on Beck’s radio show.

"We're going to do that every Friday until Beck gets tired of me," O'Reilly said Monday on his "No Spin News" podcast. "And it's a good outlet for me to, you know, discuss things back and forth with Beck, who's a good friend. We don't agree on everything, but it's very lively."

Beck and O'Reilly are friends going back to their time together at Fox News, when they were the two biggest names on the network before Beck’s abrupt departure in 2011.

Glenn Beck actually left Fox after his contract renewal negotiations feel through most likely due to the fact that Beck was becoming more and more erratic on the air.

Of course to hear Beck tell it he was let go because Fox News wanted him to stop talking about God.

So now we have a man fired for sexually harassing women joining a guy let go for talking about the voices in his head, on a talk radio program and website that is on the verge of collapse.

I wonder if they will make room for Sean Hannity on Loser Radio 101 AM once he gets fired as well?

Bill O'Reilly claims that he was fired from Fox News due a Left Wing conspiracy, not because he said and did icky things to the women folk.

Courtesy of TV Newser:

Former Fox News colleagues Bill O’Reilly and Glenn Beck chatted this morning on Beck’s three-hour morning radio show. This was O’Reilly’s first interview since being forced out from Fox News on April 19 following the report earlier in the month that he and Fox News paid $13 million to five women who accused the star of harassment.

Glenn Beck and Bill O'Reilly together again, hos could this not be batshit crazy?

Despite some prodding from Beck, O’Reilly said he couldn’t get too specific “due to the legality.”

“Look, the entire ordeal was a hit job, and in the weeks to come, we will be able to explain some of it. It really has to do with destroying voices that the far-left doesn’t like. That’s the general tone,” O’Reilly said.

Beck then asked if he would eventually come back to explain more or if it would be explained in other venues.

“Both. There’s going to be an exposition soon, but I can’t tell you when, about who exactly this crew is that terrorizes sponsors, threatens people behind the scenes, that pays people to say things. We’re going to name them, and it will be a big story. The left-wing media will downplay the story, but it’s coming. Unfortunately, I was target No. 1. It’s sad for me, for my family and it’s grossly dishonest. From now on when I’m attacked, I’ll take legal action,” he responded.

Yes there is all kinds of secret evidence that can't be shared because it's secret, and the Left Wing media will downplay it because they only report on facts and not secret evidence that can't be shared.

Stupid Left Wing media!

But here's a hint, it's all about George Soros:

“I’ll point you to an article seldom seen this week, it’s about nine corporations that are now being targeted by organized left-wing groups funded by George Soros because they allegedly are profiting from President Trump’s immigration stance. That gives you your road map. Soros is putting up big money right now, and this is going to become an even bigger story in the next six months” said O’Reilly.

“Look, people were very sad when it happened. I felt bad not only for me and my staff, but for the viewers and listeners because they really had no idea what had happened. People know the left-wing media hates me and hates Fox News, but they don’t know the full extent of it…We are accumulating information and hopefully it will all be made clear soon.”

Yep, that damn George Soros and his Left Wing orgy partners totally paid all of those women to act offended when Bill O'Reilly suavely used his immense powers of seduction on them and honored them by masturbating during phone calls with them.

George Soros probably also paid O'Reilly's former wife to make these scurrilous claims.

Courtesy of Jezebel:

In the affidavit, which was signed and notarized on October 10, 2011, and later entered as an exhibit in the couple’s divorce proceedings, O’Reilly’s ex-wife Maureen McPhilmy O’Reilly described a sudden spasm of violence on a night in December 2009.

According to McPhilmy’s account, she discovered O’Reilly engaging in phone sex in their bedroom at roughly 10:30 p.m. one evening. O’Reilly then “flew into a fit of rage” and slammed her into a nearby wall, leaving a hole one foot across. He then, the affidavit claims, wrapped his arms around her shoulders, neck, and hands to immobilize her, and violently dragged her out of the bedroom and down a hallway on the second floor of their 4,600-square-foot, $2.4 million home in Manhasset, New York.

O’Reilly went on, the affidavit claims, to drag McPhilmy by the neck down a flight of stairs and through the kitchen, as McPhilmy screamed that he was hurting her. In the kitchen, the affidavit claims, a security guard assigned to protect O’Reilly and his family saw what was going on, at which point O’Reilly stopped the attack. When the guard asked her if she wanted to report the incident to the police, she declined, McPhilmy added.

The guard was startled by O’Reilly’s appearance, McPhilmy wrote, because he was naked from the waist down while attacking her.

Oh yeah, if it wasn't for those darn Left Wing kids and their Mystery Machine, O'Reilly would still be dragging his wife down the stairs by her neck and engaging in one sided phone sex with unsuspecting women.

Curse that George Soros. Curse him all to hell!

Glenn Beck and phony historian David Barton are charging $375 to teach college age students fake American history.

"I guarantee you the professors at college will have the wrong answer."

If ever there were a statement that should send you running and screaming away from this "offer" it is that one.

Here is more courtesy of The Friendly Atheist:

We spend our mornings in a classroom-like setting and each afternoon we dig through online resources as well as our unique, original library. We will delve into topics such as:
  • A Biblical Worldview
  • The Truth in History
  • America’s Godly Heritage
  • Early Education in America
  • How the Bible Influenced America
  • American Exceptionalism
  • God and the Constitution
  • Reclaiming the Land
We will research our Founding Fathers, discovering their accomplishments, families, and faith, giving individual presentations at the end of each week. This is a specialized training for 18-25 year old.

We tend to give Glenn Beck a pass sometimes these days because he is an outspoken critic of Donald Trump.

However we need to remember that he is essentially just a shyster selling a damaged bill of goods just like Sarah Palin and even Trump himself.

And only thing that keeps him from being really dangerous is that fewer and fewer people are paying any attention to him.

Just something to keep in mind.

I have noticed a ratcheting up of attacks on Rachel and she starts to unravel this Trump/Russia debacle.

Clearly she is making some people extremely nervous, and with good reason.

History will not forget how President Obama was treated.

That is how these idiots responded to perhaps one of the greatest presidents in this country's history.

Let's see how much they enjoy the president that they will have now.

They never deserved to have Barack Obama as their president anyhow.

Glenn Beck's "The Blaze" may soon be headed to that great Right Wing graveyard in the sky.

Courtesy of HuffPo:

Glenn Beck’s website The Blaze is coming apart, suffering from a lack of editorial direction, staff attrition and internal discord, according to sources inside the news outlet.

The site, which Beck launched in 2010 to serve as the conservative counterpart to The Huffington Post, has dropped from 25 employees on its editorial side to just six. A source inside The Blaze, who requested anonymity for fear of retribution, told HuffPost that the mood among the rapidly diminishing news team is somber.

“The few people who are still left are looking for an exit because they know The Blaze is over,” the source said. “They haven’t told us straight up that they’re done with us, but all the signs point to it, and they’re not replacing people who are laid off or get out.”

Other sources at the site say that reporters were notified in September that their phone and travel stipends had been eliminated. They were also notified over the summer that their health benefits would be reduced.

The Blaze officially closed its New York newsroom, a 35,000-square-foot space in Manhattan, in June. The remaining employees are working from their homes.

HuffPo points out that at one time The Blaze was the gold standard of conservative new outlets and at one time had over 31 million visitors in one month.

However one thing I do know about running a website is that visitor numbers can fluctuate greatly in a very short time, ESPECIALLY when you are discussing sensitive and emotional topics.

I am not a fan of Glenn Beck's by any stretch of the imagination, and I could really care less if his little media empire disintegrates all around him, however if I were a friend I would tell him to sit tight and cut back where he needs to, because after the Donald Trump campaign crashes and burns he is going to seem like a pudgy overly emotional Nostradamus.

And those that abandoned him will slowly start to trickle back over after they recover from the shock of being so incredibly stupid that they bought Trump's bullshit.

If that doesn't work he can always sit in his house and bitch on Facebook to his few remaining fans.

After all look how well that worked out for Sarah Palin.

Sarah Palin lashes out at those who are late to jump on the "Trump train," and derides Ted Cruz over his "suicide vest."

Okay this is a long one filled with venom so keep your snake bite kits at the ready.

I am only going to pick and choose a few key rants because if I spend too much time in that swirling vapor of acrimony I may end my day picking off local shoppers with a high powered rifle from a clock tower.

Take a deep cleansing breath, and here we go:

With Donald Trump securing the presidential nomination, the political narrative is shifting rapidly and revealingly. As you watch former haters hop aboard the Trump Train, it’s important to connect dots and understand my concern about a bunch of belated mea culpas with which we’ll now be inundated.

It’s important because time is short and lessons must be learned to avoid future catastrophic capture by status quo politicos.

Friends, my concern here is all about the attempted destruction of Trump SUPPORTERS over all these months. I’ve zipped my lips long enough; it’s time to call out those who’ve tried to destroy you.

Wait, her lips were zipped?

When was that, and how did I miss it?

But enough about Trump and his supporters, time to make it all about Sarah.

Personally, since endorsing Trump, my family and I haven’t seen the level of hate and vitriol spewed our way since the 2008 McCain/Palin campaign. It’s been hellish.

From fair-weather friends and “supporters” turning decisively away in the meanest of ways, to me losing jobs – literally – the moment my support for Trump was made public, we sucked it up and hung on to hope that vindication was around the corner. I was told – for the umpteenth time – my career was over for “going rogue” this election cycle.

There are a few more paragraphs of bitching, before we get to this:

Conveniently, oppressors of this nationalist revolution found a way to save face. The obvious wall-writing told them they’d lose money and influence if they continued fighting AGAINST the majority, so the donor class scattered from their polarizing candidate when Ted Cruz’s suicide vest detonated at the GOP convention.

That's right, Ted Cruz's suicide vest.  Because what could be more hyperbolic and over the top than that?

Oops, time to talk about herself again.

I’ve been asked all year questions like why it seems I’m “relegated” to outsider status of current political machines; why there’s no longer a seat at the talking heads TV table; why’d previous “friends” commence public condemnation of me despite me never changing my values, priorities or loyalties to the right causes. The question is suggested, “Don’t you know if you just go along to get along you’d be in the big shots’ good graces?”

Uh, she does realize that the only reason she was not invited to the Republican convention this year is because Donald Trump did not want her there, right?

Time to go back and attack Ted Cruz again, and while she's at it why not include Glenn Beck?

A significant exposition is the billionaire Mercer family’s financial ties to Cruz, his SuperPACs, think tanks, media outlets, and donor class hanger-oners like Glenn Beck, which will explain why guys (like Mercer-affiliated Beck) did a 180 on me – and you – with inexplicable personal attacks to invalidate us.

The inconsistencies and random attacks they engaged in have been so, well, RANDOM that was hard not to giggle publicly at their bizarreness. Beck and his ilk showed they don’t oppose politics of personal destruction they used to rail against with lip service. They actually participate in Alinsky-like tactics that make the rest of us gag at typical political shenanigans.

Yep it really sucks that Cruz was funded by some billionaire, after all that is so much worse than being in debt to the Russians and having Vladimir Putin's hand up the back of your shirt controlling you.

That's right Sarah Palin the man who you broke ranks with your conservative homeys to endorse has now been shown to have significant ties to the leader of a country that we were engaged in a cold war with for almost forty years, and who the conservatives have considered their mortal enemies since World War 2.

Not only that but his nomination, and eventual defeat will most likely signal the end of the Republicans party as we know it today.

So WHO is it exactly wearing that suicide vest?

Glenn Beck's radio talk show gets suspended for not confronting caller who hinted at a 2nd Amendment solution for Donald Trump.

Courtesy of Politico:

Satellite radio company SiriusXM has suspended Glenn Beck's syndicated show this week and is "evaluating" the program's place over comments made last week by one of Beck's guests.

Last week, fiction writer Brad Thor appeared on Beck's program and suggested GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump was a danger to America and that citizens would have to take means that may not be legal in order to get Trump out of office. Beck did not immediately admonish or distance himself from the comments, leading to the suspension by SiriusXM.

Look I understand people's very real concerns about Donald Trump, and support numerous methods for stopping him from being elected.

But like pretty much all liberals I draw the line at actual murder.

And clearly Glenn Beck should do the same.

Sarah Palin viciously attacks old boyfriend Ted Cruz on behalf of new crush Donald Trump. Update!

So yesterday Palin fired up one of her ghostwriters, who I will assume is NOT Nancy French, and posted a meandering backstabbing of her one time pal Ted Cruz on her Facebook page.

Here are some of the lowlights:

Calling GOP frontrunner supporters "low information" disengaged voters, Ted Cruz's insinuation reeks of all the reasons America knows "the status quo has got to go." The arrogance of career politicians is something at which the rest of us chuckle, but Cruz's latest dig strays from humorous into downright nasty. Cruz is right, though - independent, America-first, commonsense conservatives supporting Donald Trump ARE "low information" when it comes to having any information on Cruz's ability to expand the conservative movement, beat Hillary Clinton, unify and lead the nation.

Oooh, like we used to say in the 70's "What a burn!"

Actually to be honest if there were no "low information" voters in this country the GOP would cease to exist.

But Palin was not finished yet.

Where's information on any Cruz success whilst in his short, half-term U.S. Senate seat, proving his resume's advantage over another career politicians's lawyerly ("Politicians's?")executive inexperience that includes never having created a single private sector job, but boasting of his constitutional law teacher creds? (Remember America experimented with that resume before; how'd that work out for the country?)

Wow comparing Rafael to President Obama.  In conservative circles that is liking calling somebody a commie or socialist.

Palin even goes after Cruz surrogate and old friend Glenn Beck.

Any info on why he won't denounce his highest-profile campaign buddy, despite Glenn Beck's proclamation that he "hates" America's innocent victims of 9/11 and calls the families crybabies?

Palin goes on for quite some time, often resorting to using facts (Gasp!) to twist the knife even harder, and in the end she sums it up thusly:

How does it help unify the party or the nation when that holier-than-thou narcissism manifests itself through negative, biting, deceptive tactics... when he's had so many opportunities to disavow his campaign's shenanigans and apologize for his own?

You would be forgiven for thinking she was was referring to the Trump campaign, but nope she is talking about Cruz and his campaign.

I legitimately do not think there is enough popcorn in the world to satisfy our cravings as this infighting among the Republicans plays itself out.

My favorite part however has to be the response from Palin's Facebook supporters to her attacks on Cruz:

Eric Kessin If Palin is for it, I'm against it. If Palin is against it, I am for it. John McCain, what were you thinking?

John Newbanks Gov Palin. I liked you in 2008 and you were the better half of your ticket, but every since then I have found your thoughts and statements to be half researched at best.

Stephanie Alan this is blatantly false and you know it! We stood by you while your family was being falsely attacked and maligned. Now you are the one lying and attacking? Very disappointing.

Phillip Gladney Welp, I guess I'm "unliking" Sarah now. Don't need this pablum in my feed...

Is it possible to slip into a popcorn induced coma?

Update: Glenn Beck responds

Sarah Palin,

Who is writing your Facebook page because I know it isn't you.

You are better than this. After all your family has been through after all of the lies and smears you have weathered to now use known lies and distortions to hurt others is just not you.

It is really sad for those of us who have watched, defended and rooted for you for many years.

Yes, we don't agree and we had a falling out, but to knowingly lie is the saddest tale yet in your story.

I remember the woman who sat on my set when I told her she gave me hope that we could win, that decent people still had power.

We are not perfect people. Neither of us. It is what makes us human. But what makes us divine is when we try to be better everyday.

Please tell us it isn't you writing these horrible media matters lies and smears.

You know I have often said that I don't believe in heaven, but I might have to take that back.

What is happening right now to the conservatives certainly feels heavenly to me.

Sarah Palin, in her role as Trump attack pitbull, goes after Glen Beck, who is now supporting Ted Cruz.

Ted Cruz's star spokesman and campaign partner, Glenn Beck, promises he will support a socialist vs. the pro-life,...
Posted by Sarah Palin on Thursday, February 18, 2016
I think that even though ostensibly this seems like Palin is doing Trump's bidding, that she has been itching to go after Beck hard ever since he said this about her back in 2015:

“I’m going to say it. I don’t care what Sarah Palin says any more. Sarah Palin has become a clown. I’m embarrassed that I was once for Sarah Palin. Honestly, I’m embarrassed… I don’t know who she is any more, I don’t know what she stands for. I saw a clip of her talking to Donald Trump. What the hell is that? I don’t even know who she is any more.”

Remember with Palin it's always about evening the score and getting payback, so you know she loves to camouflage this as her simply defending Trump, when in fact she is hoping to draw blood for the remarks he has made about her in the past.

Kind of makes you wonder when this guy will enter into her crosshairs?

Because you must know that she really, really wants to take a bite out of his ass.

Nancy French, channeling the selfie addicted Bristol Palin, defends conservative kid after he was Twitter blocked by the President. Except he wasn't.

Courtesy of Brancy's blog:

What happens when you are a young boy who expresses your political views on YouTube that happen to be critical of the President? You get blocked from following POTUS on Twitter.

Real mature, Mr. President.

Is it too much to ask that the President of the United States be more concerned with governing our nation and leading the free world, rather than picking fights with school children?

Unbelievable!

You know what? That IS unbelievable.

So unbelievable in fact that you should not believe it. Cause it's a lie.

In fact none other than Glenn Beck's The Blaze figured that out for themselves:The claim by a popular 13-year-old conservative commentator that President Barack Obama blocked him on Twitter appears to be false.

The Blaze goes on to pick apart this kid's story and reveal that he was full of excrement.

When confronted with the evidence the conservative hero started making excuses, and even responded with this bit of nastiness:

On Thursday, after this reporter’s tweets about the matter gained online attention, Pearson told TheBlaze that he no longer had the original copy of the screen grab. He said the screen grabs were taken on a “different device which recently was updated and the camera roll ended up being wiped.”

“I’m a busy kid,” he wrote via Twitter direct message. “I don’t have time to scour the Internet for pictures to bring down the White House. It’s quite possible we used the same device. I refuse to engage in conspiracy theories.”

But hey when there is an opportunity to attack this President why would bottom feeders like Nancy French bother doing any fact checking?

After all it's not HER reputation that's getting trashed by all of the inaccuracies and lies posted on Bristol's blog.

Glenn Beck calls Teabaggers liars and racists, and says he cannot understand the support for Donald Trump.

Courtesy of the Examiner:

On Tuesday, radio talk show host Glenn Beck angered a number of people after he accused Tea Party supporters who like Donald Trump of being racists. He also questioned whether Trump supporters who align with the small-government movement are really "Tea Partiers."

“If you were a Tea Party person, then you were lying," he said. "You were lying. It was about Barack Obama being black. It was about him being a Democrat, because this guy is offering you many of the same things, as shallow as the same way.”

He also identified Fox News' Sean Hannity as a supporter of the Tea Party, but simply said he disagrees with the conservative talker. The comments were made during a discussion of Trump's Dallas rally, which attracted some 20,000 supporters.

“Well, we can’t figure out, there’s a lot of people that we know, that we just cannot figure out," Beck said. "They say they were for the Tea Party, I mean, you know, I’ve had an open conversation with Sean Hannity. He is — he swears he’s a great guy, and everything else. I just disagree with him, on that. Sarah Palin is another one, who had him on the show, and just fell all over him, and just loves him. I don’t understand that.”

Beck, however, wasn't finished. He seemed to echo statements made by Univision's Jorge Ramos, who has frequently compared Trump to South American dictators.

“I cannot understand the Trump thing, and it scares the hell out of me,” Beck said. “If there’s anybody who would like the Greek columns, and the gold and the glitter, it’ll be Donald Trump.” Saying that Trump might have his name on a wall between the U.S. and Mexico is “what a dictator says. I mean, remember, it was Leningrad, and then it was Stalingrad. That’s what dictators do. That’s what dictators do. And we are — if it’s not him, it will be someone else, that steps into that role, if we don’t stop this right now.”

I cannot decide if Glen Beck has lost his mind here, or if he has suddenly been stricken with sanity.  (I'm leaning toward the latter.)

One thing is for sure and that is that there is simply NOT enough popcorn for this never ending GOP circus.

I also have to admit that I am not at all comfortable now that Glenn Beck and I see the Tea Party in much the same way.  I'm pretty sure that agreeing with Glenn Beck is one of the first signs of dementia.

Source close to Sarah Palin (Does his name rhyme with "odd?") slams Glenn Beck over his recent remarks. Update!

So as we all remember Glenn Beck recently came out and said that he was embarrassed that he had ever supported Sarah Palin, and even referred to her as a clown.

Which for most of us seemed a day late and a dollar short.

Then, possibly due to backlash or some ex-alcoholic's misplaced remorse, Beck backed off the clown comment, but stuck with his initial criticism.

Beck explained his change of heart in a long, rather slobbery, Facebook post that whined about Palin cutting him off and no longer wanting to be besties:

I haven't had a relationship with Sarah since about the time of the shooting of Gabby Giffords. Nothing to do with that at all, but it was around that time that she withdrew from me and my team and it was because, as Todd told me on the phone, "we have been told who our real friends are." I was stunned. I had backed her hard in every way I knew how. At that time I really believed in her and in fact I really believed she had the ability to change the world for the better.

While I have reached out since we have not spoken in an any meaningful way since.

I don't know what they were told or by whom, but I can guess as it most likely was the same person that tried to drive a stake through my relationship with mark Levin and Sean Hannity and did for several years.

Now when I read all of this I figured that we were due for another wildly incoherent Facebook post slamming Beck for being a backstabbing crybaby.

But the whole weekend went by and.....nothing.

Until today.

However instead of firing up the old ghostwriter Palin has one her "sources" (Todd) contact Breitbart.

And this is what they said:

“The rift between Gov. Palin and Beck goes back to when Beck violated her trust by reading one of her private emails on the air without asking her permission,” the source tells Breitbart News. “It was right after the Gabby Giffords shooting, and Beck garnered a lot of publicity off of reading the email because up to that point Gov. Palin had not spoken publicly about the shooting.”

The rift apparently got worse when Beck allowed one of his Blaze TV employees, Brian Sack, to trash Palin’s family and special needs son Trig in a crude segment with Beck lavishing praise on Sack as “the next Jon Stewart.”

But wait, there's more.

“The crux of the issue was his indiscretion in reading a private email on air. It was a betrayal of trust. She didn’t give consent to having it read publicly and never would have. There was a media firestorm brewing around her at the time. Everyone in the media was hounding her for a statement, but she was very clear that she wanted to wait, get all the facts, and give her full statement at a time and place of her own choosing. What Beck did totally disregarded her wishes,” the source added. “He’s shown that he has little regard for the feelings of anyone unless they’re useful to his ambitions or point of view.”

I speak Palinese, as you know,  so allow me to translate.

"Glenn Beck is a chubby booger brain, who did not jump through the hoops we held up for him. However we would never have attacked him over it in a way that could have been traced back to us. So his recent unprovoked attacks on the mother of both a combat veteran and a Down syndrome angel straight from heaven are completely unwarranted and only reveal him to be an impotent Nancy boy."

For his part Beck is apparently unraveling (Yet again) and threatening to pack up his dog and pony show and head off into the sunset.

Didn't he already do that when he left Fox News?

Update: Okay here is Glenn Beck talking about the e-mail back in 2011:

Sarah, as you know, peace is always the answer. I know you are felling the same heat, if not much more on this,” Beck wrote.

Beck expressed concern about Palin’s safety, and urged her to hire the same Los Angeles-based security firm that he uses.

The rhetoric of both Beck and Palin has been cited by both liberals and some of the mainstream media as examples of the kind of overheated political discourse that, if not directly connected to the Tucson shooting, has created an environment in which a similar thing might happen again.

“I hate violence,” Palin wrote back. “I hate war. Our children will not have peace if politicos just capitalize on this to succeed in portraying anyone as inciting terror and violence.”

Boy that almost makes Palin sound reasonable.

No wonder she was pissed.

Sarah Palin endorses conservative book club. Yes, you read that right.

Courtesy of the Conservative Book Club:

Former Vice Presidential candidate and governor of Alaska, Sarah Palin, joins and endorses the Conservative Book Club! She is also author of the bestselling books Going Rogue: An American Life and Good Tidings and Great Joy: Protecting the Heart of Christmas. Check out her hilarious endorsement of the Conservative Book Club! She personally came by our office yesterday after participating in the Anti-Iran Nuclear Deal Rally in Washington, DC, with Sen. Ted Cruz and Donald Trump.

So the woman who could not name any magazines or newspapers that she reads is now promoting a book club.

Just how deep is this rabbit hole?

If you visit the New Releases section of the website you will see that the authors listed are a Who's Who of WTF? consisting mostly of conservative politicians, talk radio hosts, and Fox News talking heads.

These include Bill O'Reilly, Donald Trump, Glenn Beck, Mark Levin, Ann Coulter, and Dick Cheney.

That's right, Dick "The Iraq War was a great idea" Cheney.

In the children's section they have such classics as "One Fish, Two Fish, Red Patriot, Blue Commie Loving Faggot," "Alexander, and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Government," "Cloudy with a Chance of Pinheads," and of course "Oh the Places You'll Go When You Grow Up and Enlist in the Military to Defend Our Freedoms!"

Of course the great thing about the conservative book club is that all books come with large type since almost all of their members are over sixty.

Next up I understand that Palin will be endorsing a line of totally realistic wigs and one size fits all inflatable boobs.

Nancy French defends her adopted "mother" against criticism due to Sarah Palin's anti-Iran nuclear deal speech in D.C..

Courtesy of Brancy's blog:

To all the reporters covering the greatest threat to our security, and all the participants rallying around this most important issue – thank you for your great efforts yesterday at the anti-Iranian nukes rally. It opened America’s eyes to what Pres. Obama is doing with Iran. His “deal” with them actually strengthens the enemy and weakens America! Literally, it’s a life & death issue facing our nation and our allies.

My mom spoke along with Donald Trump, Sen. Ted Cruz, Mark Levin, Glenn Beck, Duck Dynasty’s Phil Robertson, and this list of hard working activists who know how bad Obama’s deal is; thanks to all of you for taking time to let us know what’s going on: Reps. Louie Gohmert, Mike Pomeo, Mark Meadows, Gov. Jim Gilmore, Breitbart’s Steve Bannon, Penny Nance, Frank Gaffney, Jim Woolsey, Morton Klein, Michael Pregent, Genevieve Wood, Anne Bayefsky, Jenny Beth Martin, Lisa Mel Norton, Bill Walton… and everybody who showed up to protest the rotten deal that puts Israel and America in great danger! Thanks for bearing Washington, DC’s scorching heat – Mom said she felt like she was in a Bikram Hot Yoga class up on stage!

Amazingly, there was crazy criticism of my mom’s speech from activists in the “Black Lives Matter” group. They totally twisted her comments, accusing her of racism! Mom doesn’t have a racist bone in her body – none of us do. They discredit themselves with radical and false accusations like this. How in the world are her comments “racist”?

Um..like this.

French then offers a transcript of Palin's speech to prove that she was not being racist, for some reason leaving out this portion:

So up there in Alaska, across the way, Russia...You know there is a name for this taking advantage of America. There is a Russian name for that. And it is called 'fortochka.' And that means Obama's window of opportunity.

(By the way you should read what one Daily Kos poster wrote about that portion of the speech.)

Palin's Facebook page also linked to the article, proving once again that Nancy French is a woman of many faces.

Palin also takes a moment on Facebook to pimp her new book "Sweet Freedom."

(Which coincidentally is the same thing Todd said when Palin bought that new house in Arizona.)

In other Palin news Glenn Beck wrote a long, and mostly incoherent screed, apologizing for calling her a "clown," but standing by his claim that she is no longer relevant.

Here is a very small portion:

I don't have a relationship with her and most likely now never will. That is okay, she is not losing any sleep over this, I am sure;

We don't see eye to eye on things. That is okay but some of them are large ticket items;

I do hear her speak sometimes and I don't know what I saw in her. But, that is probably my fault because I probably projected many things that I wanted to believe she stood for.

With all of that said: none of that makes her a clown.

No it doesn't, however the speech she gave in Washington, and many others that she has given in the past, DO make her a word salad spewing clown of the first order.

But then again who in the Republican party is NOT wearing a bulbous red nose these days?

Glenn Beck: "I'm embarrassed that I was once for Sarah Palin."

Courtesy of Real Clear Politics:

On the Thursday broadcast of his nationally-syndicated radio program, Glenn Beck trashed Sarah Palin for her joint appearance with Donald Trump at yesterday's anti-Iran deal protest on Capitol Hill.

"Yeah, I'm going to say it," Beck prepared his audience. "I don't care what Sarah Palin says any more. Sarah Palin has become a clown. I'm embarrassed that I was once for Sarah Palin. Honestly, I'm embarrassed.

"Why do I say that about Sarah Palin? How can you say that about Sarah Palin? Because I don't know who she is any more, I don't know what she stands for. I saw a clip of her talking to Donald Trump. What the hell is that? I don't even know who she is any more. I don't know what she cares for. I don't know. She doesn't know what I stand for. We had a falling out long ago because she listened to people who were lying to her about me. Fine. Don't care. I don't care," Beck said.

Oh yeah, that just happened.

Glenn Beck calling somebody else a clown. I think my irony meter just snapped off.

Actually Beck is a little late since almost all of the conservative pundits washed their hands of Palin after her Iowa speech back in January.

Oh you just KNOW that Palin is not going to let this go by without comment.

Popcorn time!

All of those Fox News viewers who bought a shit loads of gold are about to lose their shirts. You know, if they wore shirts.

Courtesy of the Washington Post:

A little less than four years ago, the world looked like it was about to end and gold hit an all-time high of $1,895 an ounce.

The United States had manufactured a debt crisis, and Europe hadn't been able to manufacture a solution to its actual debt crisis, so panicky investors sought safety in the same place they had for 5,000 years: a shiny rock. The only problem, as you might have noticed, is that the world did not, in fact, end. It's still here, so gold prices aren't. The yellow metal has fallen 42 percent from its peak—and 8 percent in just the last month—despite the fact that the Federal Reserve has printed more than $1.5 trillion in this time. That, after all, is what gold aficionados said would make its price go to the moon, if not infinity and beyond. So what's happened? Well, exactly what economists said would happen.

Hah! God I love this!

The article goes on to point out that gold does not pay any dividends, or interest like other investments, however it does cost money to store. So not only were the conservative morons who put their life savings into gold about to go bankrupt but they are paying a storage fee for the privilege.

As I am sure most of you know Right Wing media outlets like Fox News and talk radio, have been awash in advertising urging everybody to put all of their money in gold before the zombie apocalypse, or something like that.

And of course like good little lemmings they have been doing exactly that.

Only now those golden parachutes of theirs are more like shiny anvils tied to their ankles as they struggle to stay solvent.

I imagine that pretty soon we will see elderly conservatives jumping out of windows all over the country in response to this news.

Not to worry however as most of them live in one story trailers so the fall should only result in a sprained ankle and some minor abrasions.

Unless they land on one of their personal mobility devices that is. Because THAT could really leave a mark.

Glenn Beck claims that due to the Supreme Court decision supporting marriage equality that he may lose his radio program. Will the good news never stop?

Courtesy of Right Wing Watch:

Glenn Beck reacted to the Supreme Court decision legalizing gay marriage today by declaring that he will now begin to look for different ways to broadcast his message in case the FCC attemps to strip him of his broadcasting license because his Mormon church will not perform same-sex marriages.

"This could mean the end of radio broadcasts like mine," Beck warned. "I am on now public airwaves regulated by the federal government. If I say, or anybody on this show says they're for traditional marriage, which I am in my personal life ... that now puts this radio broadcast in jeopardy because we are on federally regulated airwaves. I will tell you that I am going to begin, today, looking for other vehicles besides the radio broadcast just so, in a two year period, should somebody start to mount this, what does that mean?"

And here I thought the best thing about the Supreme Court decision to make gay marriage legal, was..you know gay marriage.

But if the decision forces Glenn Beck off the air, and perhaps others like him, then to be honest gay marriage would probably only be the second best outcome.

I'm just saying.

The Dish Network enters its second week of Fox News free satellite TV. Okay now I'm jealous.

Courtesy of Raw Story:

Dish Network subscribers who are fans on Fox News’ “fair and balanced” reporting are entering the second week of not being able to watch their favorite Fox hosts, as the war between the network and the cable provider shows no sign of letting up.

Dish Network pulled the plug on both Fox News and the Fox Business Network on Dec. 20, after the two sides could not agree on a new contract, with Dish claiming Fox was using their popular news shows as leverage to overcharge for other Fox programming the provider was less interested in.

The resulting blackout led Fox to unleash their loyal viewers on Dish, via Facebook, with threats of cancellation unless Fox News was made available to Dish’s 13 million subscribers again.

In response the CEO of Dish has accused Fox of extortion, which sounds just like something they would do actually.

In the meantime Dish subscribers are getting completely away from conservative conspiracy theories and misinformation as they have replaced Fox News with Glenn Beck's crazy ass network The Blaze.

Yeah, I'm not sure that's any actually better.

Judge rules that defamation suit against Glenn Beck can proceed. Is it Christmas already?

Courtesy of Salon:

A federal judge on Tuesday denied Glenn Beck’s request to dismiss a libel lawsuit that accuses the conservative talking head of defaming a Saudi man Beck falsely accused of funding the Boston Marathon bombing last year.

As Josh Gerstein explains, Beck sought to have the lawsuit tossed out on the grounds that Abdulrahman Alharbi, the man who brought the suit, was a public figure because of his presence near the finish line of the marathon, where two bombs exploded, killing three people. As a public figure, Alharbi would have had to clear a difficult hurdle in order for the lawsuit to proceed, proving that Beck intentionally lied or acted with malice in making the accusations.

But in ruling that the lawsuit could move forward, U.S. District Judge Patti Saris rejected the argument that the mere act of attending the event made Alharbi a public figure.

“Choosing to attend a sporting event as one of thousands of spectators is not the kind of conduct that a reasonable person would expect to result in publicity,” she wrote. “Quite to the contrary, a spectator at an event like the Boston Marathon would reasonably expect to disappear into the throngs of others, never attracting notice by the press. Because he did not ‘assume the risk of publicity,’ Alharbi does not meet the definition of an involuntary public figure.”

Of course the argument could also be made that Beck essentially MADE Alharbi a public figure when he plucked him from obscurity and essentially blamed him for the terrorist attack.

For those who may not remember Beck claimed to have information from a government source and proceeded to completely manufacture a relationship between the innocent bystander and the Tsarnaev brothers:

The broadcaster eventually called Alharbi an al-Qaeda “control agent” and the “money man” behind the attacks. “You know who the Saudi is?” Beck asked. “He’s the money man. He’s the guy who paid for it.”

“Is this speculation or are you reporting something?” a co-host asked.

Beck ignored the question. “He’s the money man.”

I hope this Alharbi guy takes Beck for millions.
