Men who live in rural areas often use condoms incorrectly, according to a study out this week that Indiana University researchers say underscores the shortcomings of sex education in Hoosier public schools.
Almost half the men who answered IU survey questions about their latest sexual encounters with women admitted they waited too long to put on a condom or took it off too soon.
"Hey Betty Lou, how long do I have to keep this damn thing on my pecker? Can't we just take it off and put our faith in Jesus?"
Here is our main probelm as progressives, we are just too damn smart! If we were a little more careless we could populate this planet with Yale professors and newspaper editors. But instead we have a ton of "Jethro's" and "Ellie Mae's" running around voting for whoever can outsmart them.
America, We ain't smart but we're aggressive!
