There are a lot of signs that you may have a drinking problem. But none of them, and I mean none of them, are as definite as this one!

A man who cut off his own penis in a drunken bet had it stitched back on by Latvian doctors, the first such operation in the country's history.

While heavily under the influence of alcohol, the 30-year-old made a bet with his friend for 1000 lats ($2360) that he would cut off his penis, according to a Latvian public television report.

No more booze for you! Ever!

    okay I agree - he does indeed have a slight drinking problem...BUT he also maybe needs NEW "Friends" and hey, maybe he has a gambling problem too???
    ( and WHY is the penis- or his penis only worth $2360- was that based on measurement? dry weight? previous bids ?)
