Semen may fuel development of cervical cancer. Sorry?

The Medical Research Council team found that the exceptionally high levels of prostaglandin fuelled tumour growth.

They told the journals Endocrinology and Human Reproduction that women with either cancer should ask their partners to wear condoms during sex.

But a cancer expert said the chances of unprotected sex affecting a patient's outcome was "slight".

Okay so the possibility is only "slight". (Does anybody else worry that this expert might be a guy?)

But even a slight chance might be too much for some women. So ladies do I even have to point out the obvious solution to the problem? I mean nobody said anything about the possibilities of throat cancer now did they? Did they?

I love a solution that makes everybody happy.
